Anonymous Prospect: Had an appointment but my regular therapist was in the hospital. The people there (who had my email) never bothered to tell me my appointment was canceled. When I arrived they said they emailed and called. I asked for proof and they then doubled back and said they forgot to. This was an emergency appointment. I am no longer using their services. EXTREMELY unprofessional

Zinc Platí: The worst mental clinic. There is a danger that they may leave the customer abandoned without any alternative visits. My example is: The psychologist goes to another center without notifying me and I stay listening to the secretary telling me this good news and without giving me another alternative. I am very disappointed with your professional behavior towards the client.

Tara Konradi: I had an online session at 4pm and no one called me. I called after 10 minutes and spent 1.5 hours (HOURS) calling multiple times, being put on hold, told I would receive a call, but receiving none, etc...I finally spoke with someone who said the therapist didn't call because I hadn't paid yet. I have TWO emails confirming that I can pay with credit card during the first session and it is very clear in those emails my first session is online. No one there had enough respect or professionalism to call me and tell me that I had to pay in person before the first session if the first session is online. Instead, they just didn't call me for our scheduled session! They finally said I could pay over the phone and the therapist would meet with us for an hour, so I passed on my credit card information and paid. Ten mins later they called and said oh sorry the therapist left for the day. Editing to add they called me, apologized, and made things right. Appreciate taking responsibility for the mistake.

7M Uzx: There is no follow-up by the doctor responsible for my child’s condition.. There is no diversity in treatment. Only two therapists have good experience, but the rest, unfortunately, do not have experience and professionalism in work and treatment. I was disappointed in this center. Leandra Climent: They look around a lot, the management doesn't treat you with respect, the workers do. There is no doctor on call, because they don't have one, they don't even have a small first aid kit. At first they treat you well and tell you super correct rules, respecting your space, but then it's not like that. In addition, they put stricter rules, every time. The workers do not have enough experience. They don't have a health care provider in charge of the medications and they make mistakes. The bosses treat you like we're simple. They don't take a good look at each case of the person and end up being very automatic, without thinking that each person is a world. As they have the right of admission, they do not treat people with a bad prognosis, so that at the same time the statistics come out positive. They also hardly treat the workers, who deal with jobs such as cleaning, glazing, the garden,... They don't respect you if you feel bad and if they have a sign that you have to leave the apartment, you look forced. They tell you that for living there they give you a discount, if true but approximately 5%. Very disappointing, they don't make you feel at home, everything is very cold. I BELIEVE THAT IN THE ADHD AREA THEY SHOULD GET MORE EXPERIENCE. OR MAYBE CHANGE THE DYNAMIC. THEY ASK TO SEND MEDICAL REPORTS AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT PAYING SESSIONS (WHICH ARE NOT CHEAP. BUT IN THE MARKET THEY ARE THE PRICES THEY ARE.) THEY SHOULD CARRY OUT MORE STUDIES. YOU GO WITH WHAT OTHER DOCTORS REQUEST AND MAKE OTHER RESOLUTIONS. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. MAYBE IT IS THE DEPARTMENT OR UNFORTUNATELY WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF MY CHILD. BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD MAKE A SELF-CRITICISM AND TRY TO IMPROVE AT THE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. BECAUSE THEY LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEY HAVE MADE ME WAIT EVERY SESSION (AND THAT THE REGULATION IS CLEAR IF YOU ARRIVE LATE OR YOU ARE NOT GOING, YOU WILL BE SUNNESSED BUT IF THEY ARE NOT PUNCTUAL NO) I PAYING THOSE MINUTES. AND THEY HAVE GIVEN HIM SOME SESSIONS THAT HE DIDN'T NEED AND WHICH WERE NOT THE AGREEMENTS. OBVIOUSLY I DON'T THINK THAT ALL THE STAFF ARE SO INEFFECTIVE, SURE THERE ARE VERY VALID PROFESSIONALS. Shana Sh: My daughter was hospitalised at this hospital for a week as she had a pretty bad infection in her eye. The hospital is amazing. The doctors and nurses work around the clock to care for the children and make sure they're comfortable at all times. The volunteers are absolutely fantastic. Amazing people who dedicate so much of their free time to make the kids' stay as pleasant as possible. In the end my daughter didn't even want to come home because she was having so much fun there😅. A huge thank you to all the staff, doctors, nurses, cooks, cleaning staff and expecially to the volunteers. You're all beautiful people! Keep up the hard work! ❤️

Olena Obukhovska: Great personnel, they help confused tourists with their 11-monyh old sick baby fast and professionally. Thank you so much! Also, it is a very beautiful building, both internally and externally.

Matthieu Pujol: Clean, modern, the staff was kind to our baby and to us, helpful, efficient. Wish we were told about this place before we went to other options. One thing to improve: take urine earlier, even if you might not use it. After two blood works, they finally decided to investigate but baby had no more pee left. Waiting for the pee+analysis added about 3h to an already long night... Seems nonsensical to us.

The staff at this hospital were very attentive and they helped us get assigned to an English speaker doctor (Pablo, thank you!). Love the amenities and things that they provide for the children. A local couple that were in the waiting room also told us that this is the best children's hospital in the city. Our check-up was very thorough and fortunately we were able to get on with our vacation after the visit!

Mind Labs: Canadians travelling with infant - We had a great experience. I am very cautious about medical services outside of Canada but I felt this hospital was professional and trustworthy. Always ask many questions to get clarity and be in-charge of your child's medical issues. Small language barrier but the majority of doctors and nurses speak pretty decent English. It was a flat 80 euros to see doctor. It took us 3hrs in total. We received fairly quick assistance. Good for piece of mind while traveling with infant.
