The usual thing in a job like ours is to prepare the patients to end their therapeutic relationship with enough time, and at the same time allow the center to find a trustworthy substitute. Zinc Platí: The worst mental clinic. There is a danger that they may leave the client stranded with no alternative visits.My example is: The psychologist goes to another center without notifying me and I am left listening to the secretary telling me this good news and without giving me any other alternative.I am very disappointed with your professional behavior towards the client.

Tara Konradi: Also adding another star because the actual testing and experience with the therapist once we got started was great. Really they just need that the reception team is better trained. I had an online session at 4pm and no one called me. I called after 10 minutes and spent 1.5 hours (HOURS) calling multiple times, being put on hold, told I would receive a call, but receiving none, etc...I finally spoke with someone who said the therapist didn't call because I hadn't paid yet. I have TWO emails confirming that I can pay with credit card during the first session and it is very clear in those emails my first session is online. No one there had enough respect or professionalism to call me and tell me that I had to pay in person before the first session if the first session is online. Instead, they just didn't call me for our scheduled session! They finally said I could pay over the phone and the therapist would meet with us for an hour, so I passed on my credit card information and paid. Ten mins later they called and said oh sorry the therapist left for the day. Editing to add they called me, apologized, and made things right. Appreciate taking responsibility for the mistake.
ابو عذبة الحريزي: The worst experience I ever had, to the point that I felt that my son returned to the worst schedules, late appointments, not committed to treatment. When you demand intensive treatment, they argue that there is no therapist, you will never repeat the visit
Cristina Giraldos Rodríguez: En Barcelona no he estado, pero en Guttmann Bafadalona me trataron muy bien Gracias a ellos volví a caminar y m los fisios que me ayudarlo y me volvieron a enseñar a caminar, a mover los brazos, en definitiva a volver a vivir ahora están en Barcelona, así que estoy segura que sea un 10.
OM: It took them 20 days to let me know that a DPS (diaphragm pacing system) cannot be placed on an advanced stage ALS patient. I called and the lady didn't speak a word of English, telling me to email. I emailed and Katia and Gisele kept on asking for medical records, when the status of the patient was clear: intubated, needing intensive care. They don't even have intensive care units and when asked about these facilities, they still needed to see a medical record first. Mind blowing! A clinic in France told me straight away that DPS cannot be placed on intubated mechanical ventilated patients. I hope my message saves you the ordeal of contacting this clinic.

Diego Fuentes: Más de una hora de espera. Consultas de 45 minutos a 180 €. En una de ellas ni siquiera se habían leído el informe y dedicamos la mitad del tiempo a contarle lo que ya debería saber. Otra, soberbia y prepotencia a raudales. Después, más de un mes esperando sus informes lo que los hizo inservibles por la evolución del paciente. En resumen: un esfuerzo enorme en el viaje y más de 500 € tirados a la basura.
Leandra Climent: Miran molt pels calers, no et tracten amb respecte la directiva, els treballadors si. No hi ha un metge de guàrdia, per no tenir, no tenen ni una petita farmaciola. Al principi et tracten bé i et diuen unes normes súper correctes, respectant el teu espai, però després no es así. A més a més van posant normes més estrictes, cada cop.Els treballadors no tenen prou experiència. No tenen a un sanitari encarregat de les medicacions i s'equivoquen. Els caps et tracten com si fóssim simples. No miren cada cas bé de la persona i acaben sent molt autòmats, sense pensar que cada persona és un món. Com tenen dret d'admissió no tracten a les persones amb un mal pronòstic, per a qué alhora de les estadístiques surtin positives.Tampoc tracten gairebé als treballadors, que s'ocupen de feines com la neteja, els vidres, el jardí,...No respecten si et trobes malament i si tenen marcat que s'ha de sortir del apartament, et veus forçat o forçada.Et diuen que per estar allà vivint et fan descomptes, si es veritat però el 5% aproximadament.Molt decepcionant, no et fan sentir com a casa, tot és molt fred.Després et venen que tindràs una casa domòtica però després sempre estàn fallant les coses.I després et sents molt sol, per qué encara al principi et diuen que el que volen és crear com una comunitat, però després no fan res, sembla un edifici fantasma.I per últim, encara podria seguir, per tant que pagues la qualitat no es massa bona.

Cristina Giraldos Rodríguez: I haven't been to Barcelona, but they treated me very well at Guttmann Bafadalona Thanks to them I walked again and the physios helped me and taught me to walk again, to move my arms, in short to live again, now they are in Barcelona, So I'm sure it's a 10.

Christie M: Fatal fatal the truth, in some session he came unprepared and you could tell he was improvising the consultation aimlessly. Very disrespectful and unprofessional of him. Besides, when the time comes, not one minute more nor one minute less, he dispatches you as if you were at the checkout in a supermarket, a little more and he doesn't even let you finish the sentence.
