Nick Leachman: Their music choices unforgivable. Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus into call me maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen, with music video. Lights on very bright. Ugh
Alexander Lauschke: Good for a dance to contemporary pop music. Drinks are alright. Guys mainly in their 20s and 30s. We had a fun night out. Would go again.

Stanislav Ivanov: I went there for the first time 3 years ago and I thought it was a very cool place with great interior and crowd. I went there last Friday and the interior has changed a bit to smt not directly my taste, but it was still popular place for the same great crowd. Really good-looking guys in their 20ties and 30ties, not Circuit queeny, but more sophisticated and cool, great music. People were dancing, having fun and enjoying it. I would totally visit and recommend this place to anybody.
Ben Miller: A nice gay bar in the centre of BARCELONA - the staff are fantastic and very friendly (and sexy! Haha) The music is exclusively POP, but this helps to create a very friendly, approachable and fun vibe. Also nice to hear a good mix of music in both Spanish and English, as other venues can tend heavily towards English-language pop music 😁👌. Make sure you wear shoes with good grip, as the sloping entryways between rooms are a bit of a death-trap - I found this out first-hand!! 😂

Neil McLaren: Great music, nice atmosphere. Not a big cocktail menu, but well made classics. Beers €3-4.50. Great value during the daily happy hour until 9.30.
Daisy Savage: Nothing too fancy about the drinks but the music and atmosphere here are awesome. Aperol Spritz too sweet and watery, but get a beer and enjoy!
Leonardo: Mythical bar in the city. Happy hour from 6 to 9 pm. Excellent music, perhaps the bar with the best music in town. I recommend trying the pisco sour. They make it very well and tasty
Jules H: The only truth about any of these positive reviews is that there is a bar inside the establishment. I ordered a vodka/soda with a “splash” of lime for €7 and the bartender literally filled 1/3 of the glass with lime juice to the point that it was undrinkable. To mess up a vodka soda is a special kind of ridiculous. The worst part of this place wasn’t even the bad cocktail—the restroom had no toilet seat, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, and unflushed fecal matter in the toilet bowel…. And since there was zero trash can or trace of anything paper related in the bathroom I can only imagine what that poor soul had to wipe with. The bartender was also distracted in conversation with the only other human in the bar, who appeared to be her boyfriend. Go here if you want to waste money on cab fare to Hell’s gate.

Ashley Enger (aenger): Deep in gothic quarter, pretty dingy but very 80/90s grunge vibe. Drinks reasonably priced.
Andrea Di Mauro: the place is really nice, dark and enchanting, beautiful decorations and murals, the musical session on Tuesday over the top, the only negative note the staff (except the bouncer) listless and unpleasant.

Wesley Kelly: Really enjoyed this place. Lots of hot guys. Unfortunately I wouldnt go back as you are allowed to smoke inside and as a non smoker it hindered my experience.
Steven bosque: The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life !! They got mad when I was got my phone out and was getting cobify! When I explained to them I didn’t know I couldn’t have my phone in the bar and was my first time they were completely terrible.. the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation in my life . And I honestly think it’s because I look Latino ….. shame on you to treat people that way it was a great space but I will never be back and make sure any one I talk to about Barcelona never goes there. Tamara Cardenas: I loved this place, a unique spot for rock and metal lovers. They don’t have a great variety in beers but the ones they have are just fine. Great atmosphere, good music and great food. The Big Misteak was very tasty and really good for 2 people!

Aid: Sorry but as a person who used to work in costumer service, being completely ignored after 20 minutes of entering completely empty small pub while the bartender was walking around us, im 30 and never experienced this. We chose this place based on recommendation. The only negative experience from Barcelona, and I have been there twice.

The staff was very friendly, the Padovano bartender was very willing to play Alice in Chains when I suggested it (it was the first band that came to my mind when I read: Grunge is Dead)

Steven Heckmann: If you are from a city like Philadelphia and love dive bars, this will be your home away from home in Barcelona. A touch a familiarity in a new world. The prices are great, the ambience is grungy/rock n roll/skateboarding, the atmosphere is upbeat. I had the pleasure having Carlos as one of my bartenders during multiple visits. Awesome dude. Happy hour deals were fantastic and even after happy hour I could get a bottle of Heineken and a shot of Jameson for 5€ (2.50€ each).

Julieta Miranda: The bar is beautifull, clean and nice ambience. Despite that, I had a terrible experience with the bartender. He was rude and unprofessional, and also not a honest person. I asked for a menu and he didn’t give me. Also I didn’t receive the recipe and I’m pretty sure he overpriced the drinks. He trew things inside the bar like he was upset with my presence and all people around notice the same. The bar is beautiful but put people working like that make me never back anymore. UNPLEASED!

NCH: If you’re looking for yummy drinks and a place where you can get the prettiest pictures to blow up your social media profile, this place is definitely a must-visit! Neon lights, cool decorations, creatively made cocktails with even more lights and extras.. LOVE IT! Also, don’t forget to order some olives! They’re sooo tasty! Plata Cocktail Bar has become one of my favourites. The staff and the bartender are super friendly and very helpful. We will be back for sure for some more fancy cocktails! Lauren Meek: Amazing experience here when on holiday! The cocktails were amazing and presented so well, one of a kind! It is on the pricier side but worth it for the experience. We were alone the 2 of us as young women and the manager couldn’t have been any more helpful in making sure he walked us to the next street and found us a taxi as it was late at night. Great experience
David Alvarado: I ordered a margarita when bar hopping the area. The margarita was bland and watery, so it tasted like a nightclub drink (which is not what I was looking for). The accompanying tapa was a nice surprise however, and the staff were friendly. I had to pay in cash since they had problems with their terminals.

David Tudor: First night in Barcelona and stopped in on a whim. Very welcoming, English speaking staff who made a nice vermouth which was ordered alongside a beer. The bar was quite dark and small but the atmosphere was good and to my liking and the music not too loud. This would make for a great place to come with friends to chat the night away over some reasonably priced drinks. 5 stars based upon my experience and there was no good reason to give it any less.

If you are into dancing and singing along with the crowd to a variety of popular songs in English and Spanish, you will feel right at home. The staff is friendly and bar is clean and well managed. They have a limited menu but that is so what they offer is cooked and presented well. If you like italian food go, then stay and talk to everybody at the bar including the owner. If you are new in town and need a friendly crowd, at this place there are no strangers.

Pak Chiu: Disappointing - the male staff served all other white clients before an ethical minority... Sad to say guys, I was recommended to come here because it apparently stood for diversity and representation in Barcelona. Yet, when I was at the bar, the guy served everyone but me to the last (a gay, south asian male). The female barman tried to serve me but she was re-directed by the same colleague to serve yet another white male customer... I guess white guys still rule...
EVRIPIDIS sabatis: Relaxed bar with alternative, queer crowd, good music, playful vibes and friendly staff. It also has a terrace on the little square in front.

Sebastian Klinkhardt: I wish I could give 10+ stars for this bar. Marc and Rubén are awesome people, very attentive, fast, intelligent, funny, very kind and they make the best drinks, especially Mojitos. We actually went to the bar 4 times in one week because of them. I hope the boss from Boxer knows how good his workers are and I hope they get free shots and a raise!! We will definitely come back to Barcelona boxer Cafe at one point. I wish them all the best for their future.
Надія Тимощук: Great bar! Very friendly bartenders. Took a cocktail "Cosmopolitan". It is very tasty. I recommend! The atmosphere, the lighting music in the bar is also very nice. Prices are moderate, especially when compared to prices at nearby bars. Definitely recommend!
