Chris Parker: Although there is plenty of stock to choose from and it is all laid out pretty well .. I was a little disappointed with the customer service , my partner was looking for a pair of training shoes but there were no socks on hand to aide her in this and our requests fell on deaf ears .. We ended up having to buy trainer socks as well !! ..

Kjersti Johnsen: Bad service, sells used shoes at full price. If you absolutely want to buy your shoes here, make sure you check properly if the shoes are ok. They will NOT change or give refunds for bad quality! My advice : find a better store, there are tonnes of them in Barcelona!
Digital Artz: Beware buying from the this store if you’ll be claiming for tax free , they will give you wrong slips on purpose , the reason why I’m saying that is because me and my friends when and bought sneakers from there , and we requested a tax free slips together with forms , and when we reach the airport and trying to claim the tax free , we couldn’t scan the slips and it referred us to customs ,and when we get there ,the customs office said we haven’t been issues a wrong slips and that it’s not on the system,he said we need to go back to the store and the cop text slips , by this time our plane was boarding in the next 30 minutes

Vinoth Babu: There is no queue at the entrance, since government had relaxed covid rule, the entire shopping space was kept opened. Could see all the varieties of sports items were available with enough stock. Could also see stock of bicycles, since last year during covid pandemic there were stock outs for cycles and the problem is resolved by decathlon. Enough service staff were available to guide the purchase with the explanations about the product. Asusual they were kind enough. They have installed more than 12 self payment kiosk which was easier to pay for the items purchased. Could see some crowd inside the shop. Overall a good experience.could see some people were shopping tents, which made me to set up my mind for a camping trip outside Barcelona. Soon may visit decathlon again for purchasing it..

Description: I went to buy a pair of football boots as a gift today. I found the boots that I was interested in and I went to the casher to ask her to provide me with a pair of 43. She brought the pair and put them in a plastic bag and smashed the bag on the counter while having conversation with her colleague. She: you gonna pay cash? Me: No, card please. She: aha card! After paying, Me: Thank you! Bye! She: continues her conversation with her colleague

Dominick Maone: Awesome store. Awesome prices. Had four or five things I just had to buy. Has all of your beach needs, running, biking, hiking, scuba, mountain climbing. Basically a really nice Academy type store. Really really cool checkout. You just put the stuff in the bin and it automatically knows what you have. I have never seen that before. The credit card machine was trying to force me to pay in USD, that was pretty annoying. At an atrocious exchange rate, 1€=$1.04. They are not getting me with that nonsense.

The Trip Log · Travel Blog: As you know Decathlon is a very big place and actually because COVID all areas are restricted inside. You cannot go and grab and check things. You have to ask guys to bring the stuff you want. Also, the queue to enter the site is always long, so we don’t really recommend to go there but ofc, if you have time you can do it. You can go to pick up things bought in Internet, in this case there is a different queue (faster). If you like this review, let us hear from you! Stefan Trotman: I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but I stop by to see what they had in stock. I was on vacation and found that the store had quite a bit to offer and even though I wasn’t buying anything I can appreciate that other shoppers would like this knowledge.
Marco Caito: After a wrong suggestion of a worker, he said that Nike doesn’t produce the size 42,5 of a certain model, found later on at the shop beside them, they don’t want to return the amount within 20 minutes from the purchase of the size 43. Customer service needs to be improved in this place..!

Mike Henstridge: The place is fully open now, but with the current covid situation a lot of people have taken up cycling in order to stay away from the public transport system. As a result the bike stuff like shoes, helmets, pedals and everything else related to cycling is low or devoid of stock. This was the second one I went to out of three on the day in question, and none of them had any pedals or shoes of the type I was looking for.

Sureshkumar Pabbisetty: Forum sport looks good in diagonal MAR. Many brand of shoes, T-shirts and other items available. Here the goods bit expensive comparative other shops. Very few helpers to help us in need.
Katerina Petrova: I am still in shock. I bought a Fitbit online, it arrived the next day, which was great. But when I opened the package, the box was old and clearly opened before. The watch did not work and does not charge and it does not switch on at all!!!!! I then tried calling them to tell them I have been delivered a faulty product, but they are referring me back to Zelerius (the delivery company), and via the phone it is impossible to reach zelerius or speak to an advisor. Avoid at any cost!
Anissa Rockefeller: Worst customer service ever! It was so bad I wasn’t even able to purchase anything. The store was not busy and there was plenty of staff working. I tried three times to try to get help with shoes. One worker told me to wait then went back to stocking. I had to get her attention again. After twenty minutes, someone finally came over to quickly tell me it was the only size they have and walked off. I then tried to buy a ball. There was one person at the register doing something that was obviously taking a long time with a customer while the other staff just stood around. After awhile, I gave up and went to the Nike store where I got everything I needed in less than 15 minutes. Needless to say, I’m never going back there again.
Gr Jk: I wanted to buy something and they had 1 staff member on the till with a queue of about 12 (she was clearly looking into a tricky customer so was taking her time) l. 4 other staff members came by to have a chat and didnt think of serving the long queue customers. After 7-8mins and no queue movement i quit to find a decathlon. Ive worked in stores for years, id be fired for less
