Giulio Toscani, PhD: Boutique bicycle shop, as usual, with the advantage of having a very cozy archtecture and wide range of products, but with all the disadvantages of just being a number if you are not part of the boutique clients, meaning also an average service.
Y3MG: I do not really understand the fuss which some of the reviews online have been causing. I ordered a hard-to-get bike (XL) from them. Got amazing service by Hilario, who was constantly available over whatsapp even. The bike arrived in 7 days, which was perfectly fine. Might have even missed the first delivery attempt, not sure. Great service so far. Have to still inspect the bike inch by inch for marks during transportation, but so far, I am pretty happy!

Isabella Taylor: I’m visiting from the U.S. and my boyfriend back home is a store manager at a Trek store, so I wanted to surprise him some special gifts that said with “Trek Barcelona”. The sales guys told me they didn’t have anything (yet - coming soon!), but they made sure I didn’t leave the store upset and empty handed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had some cool gifts that I could bring home and feel excited about. Trek stores are known for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to bend over backwards for their customers, and Trek Barcelona Centre did exactly that. They truly care about what they do and how they make customers feel.

Ted Benge: Nice staff but did not do a good job at all. We’re supposed to pack the bike for air travel but instead charged me 50 euros to take off the handlebars and drop it in a box with no protection whatsoever.
Ronny: Friendly team and quick and perfect service. I enjoyed buying my new Orca Aero bike there during my holidays at Costa Brava. A short call in the morning and I picked up the bike already in the afternoon. Also nice showroom for all Orbea products. I loved it! My recommendation!

Nero: This place is very good. Cheap price, good bikes and a very kind owner who realy love bikes (he repair them by himself). We had an amazing bike tour, thanks to him. He gave us a Map and told us what streets are good to drive with a bike. You want regret to get your bikes here instead of many others bike rent stores where you have a feeling of driving a stolen bike.

Amy Scheb: Bikes and route recommendations were great but what really stood out (and the reason for my review) was the owner’s kindness. We walked up to the shop and someone with a disability was blocking the door. The owner came up from outside the shop with a sprite, opening the sprite and then helping the person drink. As we were awkwardly watching him, he didn’t rush her, push her out of the way or prioritize his business. He helped her and let her take her time. We didn’t press the situation so he may have known her or it could have been a random act of kindness. Regardless, the owner deserves to be recognized (and have your business) for being a good human.

Amirah Milas: If I could give zero stars I would. I am appalled with the service. So the man Carlos( black bold man) had sold us tickets for some water activities. A man working outside has brought us in trying to convince us to at least have a look at what they offer. So we paid our deposit which was 25€ and was told the next day we would pay €15. We were told it’s near this shop and so he gave us the address. The next day we entered the address which is was a 40 minute drive from the store. This costed us €35 for one way. On arrival I was greeted by Miriam who worked at sea riders baldona who was very confused on the situation and told us we had to pay another 55€ for the activity. This was not what we was told by Carlos. This business is appalling and the people need to be trained in these situations as their reaction wasn’t satisfactory. All In all I advise people to stay away from this business their are more honest people that can help you with what you need. Specifically tourists I would advise to stay away and young girls aa they try to finnese and talk their way through business.

Víctor Fuentes: Just went to make a little repair and asked him when the shop will be closed to take the bike before cause i use it to move for work. It’s suppose they close at 7PM but at 6PM they were already closed. The guy unprofessional and completely rude. BTW you have another bicycle shop 10min walking from there (next to Barceloneta Metro) it’s better but didn’t go there cause was closer. ...needed to get a bus to get back home...
Nadire Berker: We went into this store by chance when we were looking to buy a second hand race bike for our first triathlon. It has been our shop ever since. Mr. Gabriel is very knowlegdeable, extremely helpful, and really generous, moreover he is a great coach! We always receive polite, professional service from this young, efficient gentleman who speaks perfect English as well as Spanish.
Agnes Barkoczi: I had a super quick and very good service. I took my bike in for a maintenance, they got it done on the same day for a good price. I only can recommend it.

Andrea Paesante: Once I bought a pair of wheels and after one month waiting they just forgot it. Another time i changed the crackset, asking what bottom bracket i should install to adjust the chainline accordingly, they said than only installing it we should know that, saying it was just 30 minutes service to pay. I accepted and when I recollect my bike they charge 1 hour and the chainline was about 2 mm off. They have some good price but be advise that if you need to service your bike it is better to go somewhere else
Deric Sherry Gunshor: This is an awesome bike shop in the midst of the city with a variety of quality bikes for rent including single speed. I went on a great group ride led by a shop employee one Sunday morning that toured vineyards, countryside and coast (beware it was 80 miles!).

Blake Jankowski: Velodrom is my favorite bike shop in the world! Huge inventory of Rapha, Pas Normal studios and more. Aleix always helps me in English (amazing!). They offer in-store pickup if you order from their website and are in a rush, Jordan’s workshop downstairs is always quick to help me out. I highly recommend going out of your way to visit Velodrom if you’re in Barcelona or Girona!
Michael Laurenti: Okay let’s start from the beginning. I came into the store as a new rider. Of course I had many questions to ask. What bike? How much? Gravel or Road? Being someone that has never be on a road bike the List of questions continued! I sat down with Javier. He not only answered every question of mine, but he pointed me in the right direction. Set me up with an absolutely beautiful 3T. All based on my riding experience, knowledge of what I wanted, and my local riding location. SOLD. He was absolutely professional and amazing. Made the experience easy. He also provided my wife and I with the some of the best restaurants in Barcelona and even some restaurants in his hometown where he grew up in! I mean the guy emailed me a two page list of restaurants, coffee and ice cream (we had the best ice cream in Barcelona). I had to wait for the bike due to Covid and distribution issues. The shop check up on me they asked me if I need anything in regards to setting up my bike. Bibs, helmets, what shoes I would need all sorts of jazz. Unfortunately, the original 3T that I wanted had some issues from 3T. Javier contacted me and told me some issues that they were having with 3T and they upgraded my bike and group set and still kept The original price as before. No one could ask for anything else. I’ve truly had a wonderful experience and I made friends. I now have my first bike. A long wait but well worth it. Thank you to everyone that helped at the shop. If you are looking for a bike or have any questions, this is the shop for you.
Finbarr O'Reilly: Staff at Velodrom were great in helping me select a new bike after mine was damaged in a crash. There were a number of pandemic-related delays, mostly from the source at Factor bikes, which was frustrating, but understandable and Javier kept me well informed. The delays led to extra costs after bike was shipped by Factor without the ordered groupset and was delivered without the carbon saddle as requested, but Javier and team were helpful in providing solutions in a timely fashion. I also bought a Wahoo Element Bolt 2 and Favero Assomia two-sided power-meter, both of which are great. All in all an excellent customer experience and pleasant atmosphere at Velodrom. Stephan Reichl: Its a nice looking bike shop but thats actually already everything they are. I would never give my bike to these people. In my opinion they know nothing about bike mechanic and even when it looks fixed afterwards you will see soon that they more or less ruined your bike.

Arturo SM: Best place in town. After many years with my bike I have never found a place like Biking. The staff is kind, welcoming and smiley. They kept my bike on Friday afternoon and I got a call on Saturday morning, my bike was checked and fixed already. It feels now like when I first bought it. I’d recommend to everybody.

Marcel Suijkerbuijk: I brought my bike in for the annual service and they weren’t helpful at all. I informed them that I came from Mallorca and had to take the ferry back the same night. They were not flexible or helpful at all. When I asked for a new inner tube they only said inside inside.. and left me searching for one somewhere in the shop. They couldn’t be bothered at all. I put my 2000€ bike back in the car and I will find a good shop in Mallorca. Bad service.
