victor martínez: I took a GShock to change the battery and a little later the digital module stopped working. The official company told me that the battery was not correct and had overloaded the module, the repair will cost me 190 euros.Unfortunately I cannot complain because I did not ask for any document proving the battery change of the watch model.They have ignored the email communication and the complaint form.I take away a lesson learned.

The quality of customer service here is top notch, I got answers to all my questions without any urging. I was so pleased that I almost spoiled the surprise of the engagement, because I wanted to tell my fiancée how nice it was to buy a ring! Of course, we came back here for the wedding rings, and we weren't disappointed either.
