Alfredo Corretjer: Visited different websites for different places before traveling to Barcelona, no regrets choosing this place. Staff members helped me with my needs and gave extra advice and suggestions. They ordered an out of stock item from their Madrid store and arrived as promised. During pick up visit, shared some issues with my camera and staff helped me to address them. I wish I could live here in Barcelona and enjoy this marvelous store instead dealing with websites in the USA . They aré currently offering free seminars. until November 19.
Sean Sparrow: Stellar experience! I went to buy a lens, and asked for a new one, not knowing they sell used equipment here. The guy working the desk informed me the had an used one in stock for almost €1000 cheaper (!). I took the used one, and it was practically new, works perfectly. Highly recommemd these guys-- they're knowledgeable and want to help you out.

Max W: Repair service Went there to try and repair a camera. The repairman was very knowledgeable and tried what he could. They couldn't fix it and had to send it to the manufacturer. They charged 40€ for this, but I'd get this deducted if I eventually repair it through them. It took 1 month to get an estimate of the repair cost, which seemed unreasonably high. I decided to decline the offer and instead sent the camera myself to the manufacturer. Of course CASANOVA kept the 40€, as agreed. Within 3 business days I received an estimate from the manufacturer, which is 100€ lower than from CASANOVA, for the exact same pieces! Quite an unpleasant experience, and not trustworthy from now on.

K M: Amazing customer service and really well stocked. I broke a camera whilst on vacation and needed a new lens. I emailed the shop and they held a lens for me and had it all ready when I went in. So much on display but really knowledgeable team.
Mario Sculac: Been there a couple times. Every time I tried to find something they insisted a different (more expensive) product. For example, I was looking for the Sony A7ii, the employee kept telling me to get the A7sii. I had to keep telling him I don't want it nor do I have that much money. Another time I was looking for a Minolta lens, and I was redirected to get a Sony lens. It's like I was treated like I know nothing about cameras/lenses. Not nice to English speakers either.
Trishie Shumba: Came here 25-20 minutes before closing time. They were in a hurry to close up to an extent that l couldn't get what l wanted. They told me that they're supposed to switch off the machine 10 minutes prior to their actual closing time l was sad because it was urgent for me as it was my anniversary the next day. 😔

This is a great place to stop for all your needs & supplies like batteries, film or maybe a new secondhand SLR?

Harold Lum: Lovely little photo curiosity shop just off the rambla with a collection of analog equipment, mainly Yashica, Rollei and Leica. They also do repairs, so they seem to know their stuff. I bought an MG 1 Yashica rangefinder and am quite happy with it. I had one that drowned in the ocean 40 years ago. The guys are quite friendly and helpful.
Nick Buri: A little expensive, but as a bike traveler looking to replace a film camera lens this shop was a godsend. He even took my broken lens, which I didn't want to carry on my journey, off my hands for a discount on the new one.

Edwin Toone: I have been waiting a month to get the sensor cleaned or replaced on a D600. This is the second time I have had to wait on this same problem. I want a replacement camera but at this point I would take the old one back so I can have it for work. Finicon never answers the phone! I have called at least 30 times with the same music and response that ends with a disconnect. If you are visiting BCN and you need your Nikon repaired better wait until you are home than go with these idiots! With this kind of service I am really thinking about changing to another brand. Come Nikon, you can do better than this. Look at all the comments, they are almost all bad!
Claudia Cherigny: Worst technical service ever. It took 7 months to get my Nikon AW1 repaired and it hasn't even been properly repaired. If they don't get better at their technical service, I would recommend not to ever buy Nikon - and I won't do so myself.

Virginia Vaccaro: As most say, the worst technical service I know. I do not understand how the Japan headquarters are letting the brand fall to the ground for this technical service. All my life I have been faithful to Nikon, but after going to their technical service, I changed brands. Directly, they did not even want to look at my cameras when they were bad from the factory. They already have the name correctly ... "end ,,," because at this rate they end up with Nikon.
Sònia Colomo: I bought a dji mini 2 in this shop, one of the batteries is not working and it is impossible to contact them by phone. I've been calling for a month and impossible to get an answer. Totally disastrous technical service and post-purchase attention. I had to contact dji international for a solution since this store, which in principle is the official distributor of dji in Spain, does not give an answer. If I could I would put 0 stars.
Jose Luis: The diopter viewfinder of one of my cameras (D700) broke and after the bad reviews that Finicon has, I was scared, but in the end my experience has been totally favorable, it took 14 days in total (7 days for the budget and 7 days for repair). During this period I contacted 2 times by email and they responded the same day, with the delivery of the camera there was a bag with the parts that have changed, perhaps the price could be a little more adjusted but in general I am very happy with the service. I think, and that is why I am writing this review, that they have changed the service for the better, they have sent me a satisfaction form after the repair, I hope they continue like this for the good of all Nikonistas; or
Jose Dasairas: Lousy and slow service. Disrespect for Nikon buyers. If they offer a guarantee that is at least of quality. I bought a Nikon d5100, after a year and a half my shutter failed, sometimes it shot and sometimes it didn't, I took it to the SAT, after a month and a week of waiting they return it to me, I shoot 14 photos and the shutter fails again, but this time definitely. It was fixed in no time. I bought a d610, two months before the warranty ended there is a failure in the curtains, after taking two months they bring me the camera with the problem solved, but after a week I realize that the microphone does not work and does not record audio and the Fn and shot preview buttons do not work. For fear of what will happen next if I return it, I have kept those errors in the camera, due to the alleged professionalism of the Nikon SAT workers. They are supposed to be specialists ... The technical service dirties the brand, since I have already decided to stop using Nikon, and I do not recommend it to anyone because of my experience with finicon.
Jonas Amadeo Lucas: The worst technical service by far. I am a professional, and one more that sells all Nikon equipment to move to another brand. I love Nikon but Finicon is a scandal and makes me lose a lot of money and patience with his long waits and botched service. Today I came to find a D4 and the repair was so flushed that rubber bands came out of the buttons of the machine. Repair price 300. Very expensive for a fudge.
J D: Unpresentable, I left my camera and after a month and a half without it they returned it to me without repair, they had it for another week and then they fixed it. Now I've been waiting two months with another camera and what's left... If it is no longer under warranty, take it to be repaired elsewhere or directly do not buy any more Nikon.
