Ellyn Artis: I had a great experience at the Chanel store! I had to wait in line a bit, but everyone was welcoming and friendly once I stepped inside. Stock seemed quite limited, but they had a classic black bag that was calling my name. It was the last one—and big shout out to Rachel, who was helping me, for being kind and giving me space to take my time—despite others wanting the bag. I didn’t know that inventory was so low, so I wasn’t prepared to make such a quick decision. Anyway, she was fantastic, and I’m really happy with my purchase and the whole experience overall!

Rebecca Chan: I would say this location is more of a 3.5 but I can’t give half stars. Anyway, the SA’s are all friendly and helpful. The store itself is typical of most Chanel boutiques, nothing that really stands out. Where it loses points is the mediocre inventory. They had no card holders, barely any wallets, no classic bags in black or tan available, nearly no sizes of shoes unless you have tiny or huge feet, and very little jewelry. I understand many locations are usually sold out of the popular colors and styles. However, that’s a planning issue between retail and corporate that should be improved. There was a very short wait to get in on the Thursday evening we went, and I suspect it will be even longer closer to Christmas so be aware.

Nic Chan: Been to this store couple of times with my partner and my first experience is bad. Customer service is almost non existent and SA seems rushed - But we still bought a WOC. The second time we went and been assigned another SA (Christina) and her service was excellent. Didn’t manage to get anything due to low stock and she felt sorry as well! 2 months later the new season launched and we decided to go back and with some luck, was again assigned to Christina. She served us patiently and helped us to get everything we wished to see (she is literally walking between floors searching and asking her colleagues). In the end we’re so glad we get what we wanted and it’s all because Christina goes above and beyond. Unfortunately the right SA will make or break your day (even when shopping at luxury stores where top service is expected) so the 5 stars is for her only!

Mahwish Khan: Very poor experience. Tried calling and emailing before hand to inquire availability and to get an appointment, nothing was honored. The inventory is low and the SA’s are not helpful at all. Got the sense that because I didn’t look like their “regular clientele” I did not get received well. I was told there would be restocking on Monday. Arrive there, wait in line for 45 mins only to be told there is no stock. I am pretty certain the SA’s are choosing who they sell what to which is a shame. Would not recommend this store or the staff which is a shame. Ended up getting a bag from LV with much better stock, much much better and non judgemental staff as well as a piece that is still classic but doesn’t make you go around in circles to get it even after having the money to pay for it. Very disappointed with Chanel Barcelona

N H: Very polite salespeople but not much help provided. When I asked if they have woc, they said they're sold out and didn't provide other options. Ended up shopping at other stores in the passeige de gracia because of better customer service and beautiful bags.

Alexandra Nightray: A very pleasent surprise. Like my titles say I was very pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the CHANEL store and hospitality of the staff. Usually, staff in high-end stores act like they make it rain and if you are just looking they don t care for you. On the day when I was going there weren't many people as usual so you don t have to wait to get inside. I ended up buying my first CHANEL item and I was very happy. I was offered a drink. They will also help you with your de tax documentation. When I visited the store for the second time to buy perfume I was also treated very nicely and again offered a drink even though I was buying only perfume I was treated with respect. So if you are in Barcelona and you are thinking of purchasing a CHANEL bag or exclusive perfume or you are just looking for some particular item, I highly suggest you visit this store you won't be disappointed.

Dora Costa: Sadly I must say that my first experience ordering online was really not a positive one, quite surreal in fact. Firstly the Black Friday code wasn't working, so I had to try and retry different kinds of items just to make sure that it wasn't working... Eventually I just gave up and placed my order. Secondly, I ordered a tea cup, but it turns out it was out of stock and it had to be exchanged for a coffee cup and its plate. Thirdly I checked the gift wrapped option and filled in the text box for a message card, but nothing was gift wrapped and no gift card with the message I wrote was sent. I purchased a perfume (Flowerhead by Byredo) on sale, because on their Instagram they stated they wanted to make room for more perfumes and therefore were having a sale. When the perfume was unboxed, I was very surprise by its dark shade of yellow. I have previously owned this perfume and know it should be clear. I still have a little in a bottle that is nearly 5 years old, and it is still much clearer than the one I was sent. When lifting the cap I detected that the fragrance was different too, with a strong alcohol predominant smell, which I have never smelled in Byredo's perfumes. I've checked and the design of the perfume I was sent is the old design, the same as my nearly 5 year old perfume, and the batch numbers are quite close to one another. I contacted Byredo and they informed me their perfume's shelf life is 48 months. So La Comercial is selling a perfume past its shelf life, claiming a discount of 51€ that is not correct, because the price of these perfumes back when this perfume was manufactured was 140€ and not 170€ as they claim. So I received a nearly 5 year old perfume that is no longer in acceptable condition for a 21€ discount. Even after I provided photos and Byredo's statement, they refused to acknowledge this situation, basically saying, over and over again, that a perfume can change its colour and smell and that is normal. They eventually offered for me to send it back at my cost to be analysed by they perfumer, who supposedly had analysed the ones they had in stock and they were fine. After the perfume had been analysed, if they concluded it was fine, I would have to again pay for it to be shipped back to me, and I wasn't even informed of this fact the first time they offered to analyse it. Given that, after countless e-mails with hard facts that the perfume was not in proper condition, they kept stating that a perfume can change its colour and smell and that is normal, I knew that if I were to send if back it would just generate more costs... Previous to this conclusion, when I was planing to send the whole order back, given all the errors, they eventually declared that if I were to return not only the perfume, but the coffee cup and its plate (that I did not order) back, they would charge me 10€. This has been the most surreal experience ordering online, absolutely nothing went right and when faced with obvious mishaps the shop just denies everything and doesn't even try to compensate the client in any way, offering only empty solutions that will generate even more dissatisfaction.

Beatriz Perez Deniz: Terrible attention. I entered the store and he didn't even greet me even though I said hello out loud. I walked around the store looking at bags and she didn't even get up from her chair and kept talking on the phone telling her life story. I work in the sales sector and I find it a shame that there are still people with this little kindness and respect. Without a doubt, I would never recommend that you go to this place, a shame, with all the tourism that there is in El Born, it leaves a bad image for people like that.

They refused to accept back the goods of good quality with all the tags, referring to the policy of the store. And the light in the store is such that if you try on things at home, you will be horrified.

Ramsha Khan: Oscar made shopping here so much fun and all the staff were such a delight! They really go above and beyond with their customer service. Their prices are very fair and they go out of their way to find exactly what you’re looking for. Will definitely be returning the next time I return to Barcelona.

Lisa-Marie: Beautiful store in a great location, service was reasonable sales associates helpful but when we returned to pick up a custom order they couldn’t find it. It took four clerks to find it. When the store got busy they seemed quite overwhelmed. We had issues with some locks purchased but they fixed this really quickly. Custom work was flawless.

Not sure if it has to do with my Asian looks (never understood why all Asians are assumed loaded, because I'm not!) but the service provided by both local and Chinese staff has always been positive and attentive. Hence I often buy from them.

Louise Collins: I have worked in Furla handbag store in Ireland for over 5 years and after visiting this store I have to say I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service! A lady with short blonde followed me around the store very un subtlety and continued to do so non stop! I made it abundantly clear that I was very annoyed at her following me around the entire shop (she was literally breathing core my shoulder) and she had no shame and continued to tell me every single colour they carried this bag in. I went so far as to ask her was she ok and she responded yes and continued to ask me questions - I would like to state I was relatively well dressed - not that this in any way should affect her behaviour.SO UNPROFESSIONAL and JUVENILE, I am DISGUSTED!!!!

Roman Cedillo: Would not recommend anyone buying anything from the store, I bought a nice $600 euro bag for my wife and returned the very next day because she did not like the functionality of it, and they did not allow me to return it. If you are really looking for a Longchamp bag, buy it at a bigger department store where they have a better return policy and customer service!

Red: It's a nice shopping center. You can eat there, have a drink, buy toiletries and clothes. Nice view, not so noisy there either. Although be careful walking up there, the bridge is thoroughly broken, the planks are coming off when some walks in front of you, it could lift up a board which could make you trip or hurt yourself...

Artem Postavniev: It features a large variety of shops and boutiques including homeware, clothing, jewelry, toy shops, cosmetics and shoe shops, even one of the official Barça merchandising stores it’s here. It’s colorful setting near the Barcelona Port makes it an excellent spot to hang around and watch the sunset in perfect sight of the cruise ships arriving to Barcelona.

Lee Hart: If nothing else it's a place for a pee for a fee. Apparently other floors have free facilities, which are hard to find in the city. Lots of yachts to admire. As near the cruise ships it's extremely busy and crowds gather when they close the bridge to let boats through. Makes you feel uneasy with the reputation for pick pockets. Also, like most cities in Europe the police allow gangs to sell counterfeit goods.

E R: Situation is lovely but shopping centre now very deserted with many shop units not occupied. Not much of interest. All a bit sad and dirty. Better to spend time wandering around other parts of Barcelona. Nice to see the port though and more laid back and relaxed than other parts of the city in high season.

Kenny Veltrop: Honestly there's not too much to do here. There's a few basic shops, some restaurants and a little entertainment. Because of the size of the building it's also ridiculously hot during summer. It's s nice walk to this place, but you might as well turn back once you get there.

Baisakhi Bhattacharya: We went on a Thursday Noon . The top floor for gastronomic area has only one empty restaurant.There is construction going on . Only one or two open restaurants with a view .. The shops are there and seems very empty .. I totally felt bored and came out . Same with Diagonal mall .. many shops were closed , maybe Covid hit hard … Overall it was ok to visit with kids but not much to do ..

Rafa Hughes: My second favorite commercial center in Barcelona. Nice shops such as Mediamarket, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Ray Ban, Beneton, Apple. Good options for food. Foster's, Brasileña, Vienna. They use to have the New Park Bowlling. But now they are renovate the mall, so no one know what's gonna happen in that area. Nice location. Made for locals, not for tourists. It is a perfect option if you want to shop or eat something fair away from the touristic crowded areas. Metro line 1 (red) Torras i Bages station

ilikeitdark: Finally went here after many years, and.... it's great! It's outside so nice, and almost has a southern California, Los Angeles vibe because of it (but the people aren't as cool, but you can't have everything:). Nice selection of shops and restaurants. And maps and signs to find everything. Highly recommend for shopping mall fans in Barcelona.

Andreas Wilder-Gerhardt: Very big shopping mall with a lot of stores and a great food court. Absolutely to recommend if you want to spent half a day or even more there.It´s good to reach by public transport with the bus H8 or the Metro L1.

Ademar Albertin: The shopping mall has a fantastic infrastructure with many different stores, from fashion, electronics, to food. Therefore, if you are thinking on having any meal over there, bear in mind the lines are quite exhausting at any of the available restaurants (fast foods or proper places), the lines around 1pm to 3pm can get at least 1 to 2 hours for you to get your seat and start ordering, which for me is a major downside. For buying things, it is a good place to go (although I prefer Glories), but to eat is a no-go place, unless you don’t mind waiting for a long time.

Gaelle Vanden Berghe: One of my favourite shopping centers in Barcelona.They have stores that can't be found in other shopping centers for example. It's a bit outside the city and if you go by public transport the bus stops right in front. Metro is a few blocks away. Like a 10 min walk.

Alexandra Rybka: Please be careful when you go there. This shopping mall is famous for pickpockets who are very “professional” here I used to hear stories about how people got robbed here and one time I got robbed as well. I’m always paying attention my belongings, but one second was enough for them I went to the information post and the girl put the info about my phone that was stolen, but it was never found I’ve been to this shopping mall a couple of times after that happened, I prefer to go to another place, because even tho la maquinista have a lot of stores, I prefer to feel safe when I do shopping Here you can actually spot pickpockets and frauds in the crowd. Stay alert!

Rocio Vargas: It is a great mall center, it has many stores, an amazing game in the middle of the mall for kids, the have to step or touch the floor and it will change some shapes and pictures. I love the terrace, go all the way up and en you 360 view, you can go sunrise and you can take good shots. Take a good jacket with you it’s November and it’s windy a lot. Go down and entonces a meal or a drink.

Isabella Dicaprio (Isabella): I was pretty amazed to see the fantastic transformation of the bull rink into a shopping mall. It has several nice restaurants with fantastic views and some of the traditional shops as well. You can also watch movies and spend a couple of hours enjoying art exhibition of famous painters such as Van Gogh. Ideal for families.

Leonardo Fant: Multi-story shopping center, on the lowest floor they find the delis, then for two floors we have various stores and going up to the top we have a terrace with a beautiful view and some restaurants. All in all a nice place to walk around being in a central area of Barcelona.

Lorena S: This was once a bulls ring. The stunning outside structure was kept and the inside was turned into a shopping mall with cinemas, shops and restaurants.At the top there is an amazing 360° terrace with amazing views. You can see Montjuic, Tibidabo and some iconic buildings 🔝

Artem Postavniev: At the top of Las Arenas de Barcelona you have a wonderful bird's eye view of Barcelona. The top floor also has restaurants that go all the way around the building. A floor down from the restaurants you have the Arenas cinemas. All the films are in Spanish only. The rest of the floors in Arenas are dedicated to shops. The structure was first used as a bullfighting arena but was reconstructed and designed into a commercial centre in March 2011 by Richard Rogers. Arenas de Barcelona is shopping centre.

Jake L: I never thought I'd rate a mall 5/5! The lower levels have a supermarket, coffee place etc, whilst the higher levels have a variety of shops, even a cinema! And, of course, if you can figure out the escalators... there's an amazing rooftop layer, providing 360 degree views of the whole city. It's a great place to look out after a walk, or just to orient yourself.

Ambar Verma: A good mall with 5 levels (-1 to 4). A selection of restaurants on -1 and gourmet restaurants on 4. Cinemas on level 2 and stores and shops on other floors. The Pl ESPANYA metro lines accessible from level -1. Awesome views of pl espanya from the top (level 4)! Don't pay for the 360 degree elevator outside, they charge €1.5 just for the way up. Instead go through the indoor elevator for free.

David Cremin: Such a beautiful building inside there are many shops and restaurants also it has 12 cinema screens so there is probably a movie for everyone's taste. Brilliant views from the top of the building. There's a glass lift that takes you to the top where you can have 360 degree view the lift costs €1.50 or you can go inside the building and take the lift or escalator for free.

Rika Gö: This used to be a bull fighting arena which was made into a shopping mall. You can get a very nice view from the top. There is an elevator on the outside which you have to pay for. But you can just walk inside and take the escalators all the way to the top for free and enjoy the 360 view up there.

Sandra Jordan Denn: I was in this store on July 6th with my husband who was purchasing a wedding gift for me — we got married 4 days prior in Spain. While in the store, the staff was excellent and so was the sales associate who helped me select my beautiful Summer collection staples. The next day I flew home to the US with my bags in tow not checked and stored in Business Class. Upon arriving home, I noticed the bottom of the medium red Sidonie Saffiano bag was deformed. None of my other bags but the Sidonie bag (which is quite expensive) had anything wrong with them. I emailed Prada Corporate immediately as I had not even had the chance to use the bag. Their response “normal wear and tear and we won’t fix it!” I called the Corporate office and got the exact same reply. Per the Customer Service representative “Once the decision is made by our evaluation team, the case is closed”. He also told me that they base it off of the pictures sent so they deem off of a picture, not willing to request the bag be shipped to them, whether or not I can exchange or repair the bag. Mind you images must be a certain size to send via email because it they are too large they won’t go through. So at the end of the day I’m stuck with a deformed bag that I just spent thousands of dollars on. Doesn’t seem Prada cares too much about their customers if you ask me. I’m writing this review in hopes someone from this store can help. It is extremely unsettling that spending this amount of money on a designer bag gets you this sort of customer service.

Artem Postavniev: Diagonal Mar one of the largest shopping centres in Catalonia, with gross leasable area and more than 200 fashion retailers, restaurants, leisure and services. In addition, it offers 4,800 car park spaces totally free for 3 hours. Recently, the centre was refurbished and modernized in order to adapt it to the new needs of consumers and industry trends.

Dominick Maone: Really clean and large mall. Lots of bathrooms. Tons of shops, restaurants, drink places, even has a super market.

M Silva: Nice mall, great place to cool down. There are a couple of areas where kids can play and a decent food court. There were no dedicated clothing stores for children - only what you can find within other stores like Zara and the clothing section of the grocery store.

Nw3 Parquet: Lonely shopping. Clean shopping center, wide range of trendy clothes and other goodies, plenty nice restaurants and bars.

Daniel V Jensen: This is a very good mall in Barcelona. I have been there many times after just one week. Alcampo, the supermarket is great to visit. They have everything. Highly recommended place to go shopping.

Gary P: Visited the shop in early September. I knew what we wanted when we visited so there was little browsing to be done. Assistant helped with selecting the item and we agreed that we would re- attend next day assistant gave us her card. Visited next day to be told assistant had a day off. She was working the next day at 1030h. Attended the next dat about 15 minutes late to be told she wasn’t in for another hour. Told to come back later. We didn’t re-attend. The feeling was that the shop did not take us seriously, never had problems in previous shopping experiences at high end establishments. Will not return due to the poor customer service. Staff should spend less time appraising the way customers look and providing a quality service.

Charles PITON: My wife and I bought our wedding rings. While we are very happy with our rings, the purchase experience was extremely disappointing. We have been served by a Russian (or Eastern European) lady who was lacking everything from what a Cartier Ambassador is usually expected to provide. From advice, attitude to service. Even filling a Global Blue form has been a long and painful process due to her very high stubbornness. My wife and I left the shop even stressed because of the tension she has been giving us for 45 minutes. Pretty sad, as coming to Cartier is usually a moment of joy for us, as it has been also for my parents in the previous decades.

Chandana Silva: Spacious shopping mall close to Hilton Barcelona. Decathlon has a huge store well stocked with sports clothing as well as winter wear. A lot of shops and restaurants are pretty much in demand as there were a lot of customers. Line 67 has a bus stop at the parking entrance.

Özge Ergün: It is a spacious shopping mall with several eateries and lots of stores for clothing, cosmetics, accessories, shoes etc. There is also a Decathlon inside and a Fnac. You can basically find anything you are looking for. Even when it is crowded, it doesn't feel too busy. The location is quiet convenient, it has several entrances situated on different streets. Also some stores have direct entrance doors from the street.

Qixote Yves: Great commercial centre ! Many shops, restaurants, large underground parking ! Super!

Ramya Mishra: This is a very big mall with almost all famous brand stores. There are several restaurants inside the mall at ground floor. A little ahead of the mall are other famous branded stores like H&M, Uniqlo, UCB, etc.

Carles Carrera: The “posh” mall in Barcelona. Semi open spaces. Right size, not too big and great food offer both as grocery and dine in. Parking lot is not cheap and you pay from the first minute.

Sofi: I went here to collect two items - a game and a glass, the website said it’s available in this certain store. But my order was cancelled two times without a reason so I decided to come by myself. But when I came there and asked the guy where can I find it he just said that it’s not available and didn’t even wanted to show me where I can look by myself. When I ask him if he could search by a code of items which I had prepared, he refused and said literally “Trust me We almost live here, it’s not in stock” and when other lady was trying to help me he also said to her that it’s not available so she didn’t help too. The curiosity is that I came to the place the lady pointed to where the game should be IT WAS THERE. There were plenty of them and they are visible, it’s not that they’re hide somewhere. Just because this guy thought that he knew everything and refused to check by the barcode or even to have a look it was amazingly terrible experience. It was my first time buying from you and I think it will be the last one because I’ve spent so much time and effort.

They told me that the other one is about to arrived...It never arrived. I contact them again and they finally told me that the shipment was canceled without giving me explanations. Customer Service lied to me. I have now only 1 shelf, cannot hang the set like as I had planned for the baby room. So don't buy nothing with pre-order!!!!!!!!!! Or just do not buy anything online! The only good thing is they gave me my money back of both products. I have to admit that I was really surprised! Anyway it was a bad experience. I will never buy nothing again online.

Andrew Stevens: OK so it has some name brands but it's like an outlet/discount store with high, high prices. The clothes are styles that didn't sell a couple of years ago so now they are trying to sell to tourists. Not a good place to shop, there are real outlet stores with better clothes and styles. Avoid.
