Katja Pianka: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The service is wonderful. They overcharged me twice for my dry cleaning and it was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss, but whatever. The wifi is not good though, so if you need that-you may need another option. It kicks you off every couple minutes and is very spotty, so my phone bill is always nuts when I travel to Europe and stay here. 😄

Harriet Sneddon: 6 of us went to the wet deck for a day 11am-5pm. The minimum spend was about £1100. The surroundings are lovely and the cabanas were great. The service was lacking. A few mistakes with orders were made and they were not that attentive, we often had to go to the bar to get someone to come over. It was all forgivable but at the end of the day we went to the front of the hotel to ask for a taxi, the hotel bell boy told us he could only get taxis for hotel guests. The bar and door men had told us to go to him for a taxi. When I said we were hotel guests as we had just spent the whole day there, he said management had given him the instructions to only order taxis for overnight guests. He then proceeded to show me his tan marks to say he has spent all day outside and he is just following orders but that he won’t help, and if we wanted a taxi we need to walk down the street. All in all not a great experience.

Lo unico a detallar es que tardaron más de 1hr en entregarnos la habitación. El check in era a las 13hrs, y hasta las 14:30 no tuvimos lista la habitación. No fue nada cómodo solo contábamos con 1 día para recorrer y eso nos ha quitado tiempo honestamente. Nose si volvería.

Для тех кто уже бывал в Испании дальше будет не интересно, для остальных: Хостел расположен на одном из этажей жилого дома. Для того чтобы попасть в хостел нужно сначала позвонить в домофон с табличкой хостела и только потом подняться на узком лифте на второй этаж. Узкий лифт, узкие коридоры, узкие площадки-это норма для Барселоны так что не пугайтесь). Он есть считайте уже повезло). На втором этаже, в лифте нужно нажимать не на кнопки 1/2/3 а буквы LL и LB (точно не помню). Дальше вы стоите перед высокой и узкой дверью с надписью Hostel Barcelona City Centre и видите перед собой кодовый замок 🔓. Вам предварительно должны сообщить PIN-код для этой двери. Далее вы проходите направо и уже попадаете на администратора. Администраторы очень общительные, очень доброжелательные люди. Огромное им спасибо!! С какой просьбой мв не обращались везде помогли нам, всё рассказали, оставили хорошее впечатление.Habitaciones: Мы отдыхали в 3 местном номере с ребёнком. Одна большая кровать и 1 маленькая. Pamela Klean: The Arai hotel is located in a convenient location in Barcelona for getting around but unfortunately must say the room was poorly laid out and far too small for the $515.00 per night that we paid, we stayed 4 nights and it was most uncomfortable.When I booked I had put 3 people in because we were traveling with our son for some reason they said we had two but regardless the Deluxe room we booked is noted as being for 3 people on their site since it has a pull out couch.However if you see in the photos when you pull out the couch the whole room is just a big bed with no space to walk so if you need to use the restroom or try to get to a suitcase you have to roll or crawl over the beds to get to anything, definitely not feeling upscale, honestly I hated being in the room since we had to do gymnastics to make our way around.I don't write reviews too often but for a luxury hotel that again we paid over $515 a night for it had no place to put luggage. it had one armoire to put clothes in so much of our stuff stayed in suitcases for the 4 nights. I was embarrassed to be in the room because it felt like we were in a dorm room with luggage on floor and postage size room with beds taking all floor space.It was nice having the kitchenette but honestly would have preferred a larger room instead.The bathroom had a good shower but this also was poorly laid out and very darkThe front desk had mentioned they could move us toward the last night of our stay and I said ok but then when that day came about they said they booked the room that they were going to move us too so I felt misled.Also there was a constant buzzing noise in the room they came and tried to fix but they couldn't, so we had to live with it.I wish I could recommend the Arai hotel Derby Collection but unfortunately for the high price we paid and the very cramped floor plan I can't since it was one of the low points of all the hotels we stayed in during our travels in Spain.Noteworthy details: The building is nice but the room size and floor plan makes it not comfortable and not luxury feeling especially for the amount paid. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need for my stay, and convenient so I didn’t have to eat out every single meal. With a central location, it was easy to get around, but also felt like a neighborhood, with a school and market just a few doors down. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I would absolutely recommend.

Eliza Dunn: Encantador hotel: me alojé aquí por cuatro noches y me encantó. La ubicación está muy cerca de todas las atracciones que queríamos, cerca de restaurantes y bares, así como de la playa. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Service was impeccable! I have traveled to some pretty great places, but this is the best service I have ever had. Across the board, the prices throughout the hotel were verging on extortion, $350 for a bag of laundry? I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and understand there is a markup but at this hotel it felt predatory. Rooms were good not great, location was a bit far from the main attractions in the city. Overall experience was extremely lacking and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

At a 5 star hotel there should also not be lines to get on the elevator with a 5 minute wait. The carpets in the lobby are stained and when we switched rooms they still smelled AWFUL. One of our rooms had a damp mildewing rug and black mold behind the trash can. They informed us that the reason it smelled was a flood. I believe that if there was a serious flood the hotel should be CLOSED. The hallways also smell awful and lots of carpet stains there too. Also not enough seats at their TINY pool for the amount of rooms they have. I will never stay here again, do not recommend.

Craig Rutledge: Room smell very moldy, and asked to be moved and second room was the same. Service, for exception of concierge desk, was awful, from restaurant service, to front desk, to bellhops. Housekeeping accidentally picked up one of our shirts with towels, which fortunately after I called they found. Just on and on. Definitely not worthy of a Ritz Carlton branded hotel.

Olli: While they helped me to change room, my iPad charger was lost by housekeeping! They didn't want to compensate it in anyway. They forget or reply late. and promise to comeback but never contacted again. They are understaffed in reception - you wait long time for check-ins and check-outs. Arts used to 5-star hotel not anymore worth the money.

Upon entering the room, you also felt a terrible smell, dirty carpet, everything that happens in the corridors can be heard from the room. We went to change room, but everything was the same when we entered. We booked a room for two days with breakfast. When we woke up the next morning, we thought that at least we would have a good breakfest, but when we arrived, we were not allowed in until we paid for breakfast again... The food looked cheap, the plates were worn. I regretted eating because I got food poisoning. Will never want to return to this hotel again...

Stefan Huber Gumede: El personal del hotel es agradable. Pero las habitaciones están en pésimas condiciones, no son dignas de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nunca he estado en un hotel donde tengas que pagar extra por usar la sauna o la sala de vapor. El spa pedía 60 euros cada uno por utilizar el spa. Me he alojado en varios hoteles de 5 estrellas o menos, pero nunca me encontré con uno así. Los precios en el bar y en el bar de la piscina son ridículos. Comparado con el Burj Al Arab, tengo que decir que los precios del Burj Al Arab son una ganga. Realmente me gustaría recomendar el hotel ya que podría ser el mejor de Barcelona. Lamentablemente no vale 3 estrellas. No vale 440 € por noche, en el mejor de los casos, 120 € por la experiencia general. No me quedaría de nuevo.

I feel that they go above and beyond to serve us.I jus stayed yesterday 17-18 of July, and the reception staff members and Mr doorman went above and beyond to recover my swimsuit which I left 1 month ago. They made many phone calls to find my swimsuit. I would had been honestly fine if they didn’t find it since it was left for a long time…but they didn’t give up.They are truly good people. They take a good care of their customers.

Patricia Baars: Gran hotel para eventos corporativos.Recientemente organizamos un evento corporativo en Novotel Barcelona ciudad para 150 compañeros de toda Europa. Barcelona es muy buena accesible desde toda Europa, el hotel está muy bien ubicado (a 35 minutos del aeropuerto) y tiene una buena capacidad de habitaciones y salas de reuniones. Y vale la pena mencionar, una gran terraza en la azotea en el piso 19, que se puede privatizar para una cena de cóctel.Todo el personal del hotel fue muy servicial (recepción, seguridad, personal del restaurante/azotea) y nosotros, como equipo organizador, tuvimos una gran colaboración con el director del evento Anthon (y su equipo). Desde el principio, ha sido muy profesional, atento y servicial con todas nuestras solicitudes y cambios de última hora. ¡Ninguna pregunta o pedido era demasiado, y siempre una respuesta con una sonrisa! Gracias a esta constructiva colaboración, nuestros compañeros tuvieron una gran experiencia y evento en el Novotel Barcelona City.

Johnnie Ormond: Easy location. Room small but workable. Lovely rooftop pool and bar. A real highlight. The staff do their best. Our safe was fixed in minutes. The TV took longer but staff tried. Ivan the bellman was super polite, found us a taxi and helped with luggage. Only negative was breakfast. Despite a timed slot it was really chaotic and having jars of sweets available at 7.30 am, particularly for kids, is frankly inappropriate.

Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la cordialità di tutto il personale in particolare di Ivan, Salvatore, Andrea e Simona.Nearby activities: L'hotel è situato vicino a un grande centro commerciale e a pochi metri si trova la torre Glories. Sempre nella stessa zona ci sono varie fermate di mezzi pubblici tra cui quella della metropolitana. Infine la struttura dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla Sagrada Familia.

AM 75: cuando llegamos tarde en la mañana

Michael Joseph: Stayed for a 4 nights for a holiday. The room was nice with great views as we had a corner city view.The only complaint we had was the key system. The room keys are the old magnetic dip type. They were constantly deactivated and required to go back downstairs and then get the key re-coded and then come back up. Only to have to repeat this again when we went out again. At one point we had 4 keys in case one didn't work, and within a day 3 of them failed.Hopefully in future this hotel moves to a more reliable RFID system like all the other Accor Hotels we stayed in on our trip. Staff were well aware of this issue as it was happening with multiple guest, and I felt sorry they were having to deal with constantly re-coding keys.Staff were friendly and while I was worried as I can not speak Spanish, their English was perfect.

Celia Huergo: We arrived at the Hotel at 12:00 PM and the room was logically not yet available, but when we returned at 11:00 PM they sent us to one without air conditioning. They knew that the AC was not working, my daughters were suffocating from the heat. I do not recommend this hotel, there are even cockroaches. We had to go to another hotel at almost 1:00 AM. They don't care how customers feel. No one called us the next day to apologize. I recommend the Meliá Barcelona Inside Apolo, it's much better and it was cheaper.

The Maldonado’s: Truly accessible and well located boutique property. Steps away from, La Rambla. Well decorate it and staffed. The hotel offers breakfast, and other incredible amenities like loan bicycles for all guests to enjoy.Centrally located to access attractions by walking distances, or quick means of transportation.Rooms are clean modern and spaciously designed while maintaining a cozy personal feeling. Small elevators but easy access.Rooms: Modern clean with art decorations that make it feel more in home an less in a hotel.Nearby activities: Great restaurants right outside the hotel, local stores, souvenir, clothing boutiques, etc.Safety: While in Barcelona be mindful of your surroundings.Walkability: Walk accessible to all main attractions.Food & drinks: Hotel has a nice restaurant area with outstanding breakfast buffet.Noteworthy details: You may have to walk a super short distance from the main street of la rambla to the hotel entrance.

Jake Derouen: I wanted to like but the rooms were a major let down.The location was awesome and the service in the bar area great. The front desk helped as much as they could.The room was way too hot. The air didn't do much to make the room comfortable. The front desk did bring a fan that made the night bearable but not enjoyable.Would not recommend.

Manjusri Basu: This hotel has elegant architecture, a great location and so much character. It is a great pity that rooms are poor in terms of comfort and that service is so iffy. Service in the breakfast room and restaurant is really great. Front desk suffers from either inefficiency or indifference. Air conditioning in some rooms is poor to non-existent. We slept in three different beds, because of air con issues. All the mattresses were lumpy and old. Furniture is of cheap quality. Storage space is inadequate. Our second booking was cancelled despite our telling all the front desk staff on three different occasions on three days that we would be checking in the morning after. Alexis and Natalia were the only two people at front desk who tried to help us. Does not deserve the four stars after its name.

Carmen Hernández: I love this chain of hotels because the room and the breakfast are very good. In this specifically I found a room that needed a couple of fixes but nothing serious, we were able to enjoy their services well. The only thing that personally, when I chose it in the La Rambla area, I felt quite insecure when I returned at night since it feels a very heavy atmosphere and you see a lot of homeless people in the streets. Although the town hall keeps it clean daily because of the dirt left by homeless people. I know this is a bit off topic but this chain of hotels is great but this location in person made me feel unsafe.

He said no, look how many people are waiting for their rooms and we haven’t even started on yours. They obviously don’t have the housekeeping staff they need to run this hotel. I think they had more guests waiting in the lobby for their room than they had guests check in.I’m paying$400+/night. You can afford to hire cleaning staff!UPDATE: I’m checked in. The room is toasty hot. Ok. Turn on the AC and wait. We waited 2 hours and the temp went down a degree or 2. I called reception. Could they please send someone to fix the AC.Sir, this is a problem with the whole building and we don’t know if it can be fixed.It wasn’t fixed. My partner and I are here at 2 am sweating in Barcelona heat and the windows won’t open.See the review below about the AC before. They said it was fixed - they said. No.It’s not. Do not believe these people. Chose a different hotel.

Christian Balmer: We have stayed at the beautiful Hotel Duquesa de Cardona in Barcelona several times. We decided to have our two-day wedding reception at this hotel in June 23. The beautiful roof terraces, the good food, the top service and the beautiful rooms convinced us. The whole celebration was accompanied by Moises the Food & Beverage Manager. He coordinated the food, the musicians and much more. Moises did an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you very much! All 45 guests enjoyed the stay and the celebration very much. We look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future and remember the wonderful celebration with pleasure!
Allison Taylor: We had a great stay here and will choose it again on our next trip to Barcelona. Enrico at the front desk was such a joy - it is so nice to be greeted with friendliness and effervescence when entering your accommodation after a long travel day or even a long sight-seeing day. He gave excellent advice as well on places to go and things to do. Such a gem of a person! We had a room facing the marina and it was perfectly clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the location. We did visit the rooftop briefly a couple of times just for drinks and it had a nice view. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walking and you have access to the Gothic quarter, El Born, Barceloneta or find a taxi/metro station.

Internet National: Super Hotel mit aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Egal bei Ankunft, bei einem Drink oder Abendessen auf der Rooftop-Terrasse oder Room-Service. Alles klappt wunderbar und man fühlt sich schnell zuhause.

AsianInHarlem: Este hotel goza de una ubicación perfecta frente al Barrio Gótico de Barcelona. El servicio es excelente, tratan a sus clientes con respeto. Su personal es muy proactivo al tratar de ayudar a los clientes. El desayuno bufet es bueno. Recomendaría el Hotel Duquesa de Cardona en lugar del SoHo House, unas puertas más abajo, únicamente por el servicio.

Mark Nicholas: Could not find a more photogenic location to stay. Street and rooftop views worth the stay alone. Rooms and staff great. Drinking and eating on the rooftop bar with the views was superb.Walkability: Great access to the Gothic quarter.

John D'Amato: We were greeted warmly upon check in and offered complimentary Cava sparkling wine after traveling from Madrid. Our room was spacious and the rain shower was nice. The hotel is in a good location, we walked everywhere, mostly. You will need taxis to get to some of the major tourist attractions for sure such as Sagrada Familia church and more. Breakfast was good I just wish the servers were a bit more friendly. They need to smile more. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop pool! The view from up there was pretty nice. You can see the water and the cruise ships too. You can walk to the water from this hotel in about 20 minutes.

Welsh Tucker: H10 is in a great location and the room was spacious/amenities are nice. Our issue was with the AC. I understand that air conditioning is a luxury in many European countries but if we are paying for it in the nightly rate it should be working. We noticed when we first got there that the room was very warm especially given the summer heat. The front lobby was nice and cool and then the room was warm. We contacted the front desk as soon as we realized it wasn’t working. At first, the front desk told us to “just wait 20 more mins or so” as they can remotely control the AC system. We waited for almost 30 mins in the hot room with no progress. We called again, they said they would send someone up, no one showed up for over an hour. We called again, finally someone came and said the filter was extremely dirty which is a concern for a 4 star hotel. Eventually, they seemed to partially fix the AC so we just decided to deal with it for our one night stay. However, I left fairly disappointed with our stay given that half of our time there was without AC/having to reach out 5-6 times for someone to fix it.

Césped artificial VERDECO: It is a pity that there is a hotel worker who thinks that only he can park his motorcycle in front. And if not, he threatens to call the police. The next time I pass by I will take pictures of his motorcycle, blue

Ariadna Gutiérrez: Yesterday, my friends and I decided to come to h10 madison, because of the good reviews it had. After a long journey to find the destination, my friends and I entered, we asked to go up to the terrace and the receptionist looked at a colleague who told us that the terrace had been full just 5 minutes ago and that we could come, It was obviously an excuse, and my friends were judged by clothing appearances, and we had to leave. I do not recommend this place, it looks like a nightclub in the sense that you need dress requirements. And the treatment has been lousy. It's a shame they get such good reviews and then treat you like this. If you don't look like money, to the street!

vanesa Cigarroa: The rooms are very nice, the check-in employees are nice. The sidewalk of the hotel lacks a LOT of cleaning, it shows that they do not throw water to clean the sidewalk. Then housekeeping comes super late like 3 pm. Very expensive and they freeze 50 usd per day in case of future consumption or damage.The good thing is that it is in front of the Diagonal Mar shopping mall, which has many stores and is PRIMARK

Is it a cruise ship start point, a techno rave pool party or the worlds longest lift wait time?The lifts are a nightmare, granted one was out of service but on several occasions we tried the lifts only to be told none are available. Taking the stairs in 29 degree heat isn’t great. Also if your room is near to the lifts you will hear them moving up and down all day and all night! This is incredibly loud and frustrating when trying to relax.Purobeach: The pool is a lovely area providing you can get a bed there. We struggled on a couple of occasions and gave up on our final day as the waiting list was so long. I was told by another guest that non hotel guests are given priority as they pay to reserve beds. If true then this leaves hotel guests as second class despite the high cost to stay here. Astonishing!!It would have been nice to be able to use the facilities that we paid so much for. 🤷‍♂️. The constant techno music that goes on late into the night is annoying as well. On our final night this went on to the early hours, why is this ok in a hotel where people need to get up early to catch a flight? 🤷‍♂️. I attempted to drown out the constant thumping with my own headphones and incredibly I could still hear the music over the top of mine!Prices: Check your credit card limit as this place is pricey. 9 euros for a bottle of water!! I don’t mind paying for quality but overcharging for standard drinks is a bit much. On a more positive note the jugs of sangria were great despite the price.Staff: Very hit and miss with how helpful, polite and attentive they are. If you pop back to your room from the pool area prepare for interrogation. Attempted to complain on a couple of occasions but reception was always busy and they don’t answer the phone from your room. Upon checking out we wasn’t even asked “how was your stay”. The receptionist was only interested in calculating what we owed.Breakfast: this was good with plenty of choice and the staff here were much better than in the other hotel areas.Room: We got a sea view but it’s obscured by other buildings. Feel like that should be called out when booking and paying for that privilege.Location: Great if you like the beach, not so good if you want to explore the city. The metro is poorly connected from the hotel so you are at the mercy of taxis. A lot of the standard booking apps don’t get a response from the drivers so you have to hop in and take a chance on the cost. We had a couple of drivers take us the “scenic route” to increase the cost!I’ve stayed at a fair few Hilton’s and this one clearly felt a level below the norm. Clearly optimised for revenue rather than guest experience.Ultimately I was very disappointed in the hotel, service and overall experience. Would not return.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, a poca distancia de la playa y del centro comercial Diagonal Mar, que cuenta con una gran selección de tiendas y lugares para comer. Rishabh Jain: We were travelling with a 3 year old kid and had booked the place for 5N. When we reached, we realized there was no toilet paper in the washroom, the kitchen had no tissue or any cleaning cloth / paper. Dustin bag was just one. Locker and washing machine were not working. When we pointed out the same to Luis from Aparteasy, he casually said yes they are not working. No apologies or anything. For things missing, he said you can buy it from a nearby store and we missed keeping it. Even the apartment washing machine kept on the first floor was not working. Finally after a day he send a lady who checked and confirmed that indeed the washing machine on first floor was not working. We had to checkout early and find a new place to stay as it was not at all conducive to stay there. Everything is very dated in the apartment. Plus the location is not very convenient from places if you will be walking and on top of that no communication from the Aparteasy team. You just keep sending them messages but they won’t respond. Be careful before booking.

The house had an AC which helped during the summer; bed linen and towels were also provided. I’ll definitely visit again. Thanks Luis.

The roof terrace was great, especially as we were lucky to have unseasonably warm weather! The location was very central, it was very easy to get around and the area was nice. Our host responded promptly to any questions we had and was very helpful throughout with tips and advice. We will definitely return to this apartment when next in Barcelona!

Aurelija Micyte: Luis's place was wonderful. It is in a very good location, you could actually go to most tourist attractions by foot. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and we really enjoyed the tapas restaurant "La Flauta" recommended by Luis. Also I would like to thank Luis for his hospitality, although we did not get a chance to meet, Luis made it very easy for us. He is very quick to respond and he answers all questions. Would definitely come back to Luis's place next time we' re in Barcelona.

Javier Escudero: A very nice, intimate and cozy hotel, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing in the heart of Barcelona. I recommend it 100%. I stayed for a couple of days for work reasons and I felt very comfortable. Mauro, the Head Concierge, was very attentive at all times and always ensuring that everything was to my liking. And the butler Daniel very professional and pleasant.

Xus DMV: Today I have discovered this hotel. We were walking One of us was explaining things about his past in those streets and we decided to enter. Rather, the girl who was at the reception, super attentive, encouraged us to have a drink in that magnificent patio they have. Super attentive, super empathetic. From the outset, the service staff, a 10/10. I forgot to ask her name. So glad that we booked here.The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful with amazing architecture and history. Amazing location in the gothic quarter with easy access to restaurants, the beach, historic sites and shops.The check in process was very smooth and included luggage delivery, a glass of cava and pastry.The staff is absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew. We had several questions regarding recommendations for restaurants, transportations, tours, even a good beard trim and they were able to assist.We took part in their tapas restaurant, morning breakfast and cocktails in the bar and overall had amazing food and beverages. Service was also splendid, shout out to Carlos.The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable with a well stocked minibar and plenty of room. Great turndown service as well. Did use their laundry service as well and was able to get same day processing which was great.Overall I cannot say enough about this place from the staff to the amenities and small touches. You would be greatly missing out if you didn’t elect to stay here during your time in Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit!

K M: The hotel is perfect for visiting Barcelona because of its convenient location just minutes away from every attraction. A sophisticated colonial style, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and everything very fresh. Nice terrace where you can listen to music and have a drink.The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproofed so the neighbours feel as if they are sleeping with you. For those who are light sleepers I would recommend an alternative.

Jennifer Li: The hotel is located right on La Rambla which is extremely convenient. The service was good and the bed was comfortable. The lemon water at the lobby was a hit for my kids especially in the hot summer of Barcelona. A couple things I would suggest is having a box of tissue in the room and a coffee machine. Overall the stay was great and I would come back to the same hotel on my next visit.

John Mann: The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was convenient. The only drawback, IMHO, was the constant noise from the street , below, which was almost 24/7. Also the rooms definitely don't look like the rooms pictured at ALL.

Gabe Jackson: If I could give Lugaris Beach Apartments more than 5 stars I would. The staff is so wonderful. They were extremely helpful during the check-in and check-out process. They were beyond kind. During check-out, we were offered lockers to keep our luggage in while we explored during our time before our flight. The lobby is so clean and inviting. The apartment was absolutely spotless. It is equipped with everything you need. The pool was wonderful too. Lastly, the location was better than I imagined. So close to the beach, cafes, and shopping. This is the only place I will be staying whenever I am in Barcelona. I HIGHLY recommend Lugaris Beach Apartments. Thank you, Lugaris for the best vacation ever!!
Viviana Padurean: Great place to stay in with family or friends! Minimalist interior design, the apartment lacks nothing, is spacious and bright. Comfortable and located excellently near the beach and paseo marítimo as well as the Rambla de Poblenou with lots of places to eat out and admire.Great and prompt service from Lugaris Apartments. Worth the price tag. Only recommendation would be to add a stepper for kids to easily access the restrooms. :)Would love to come back one day.

Sanjay Arora: The customer service and 5-star service provided during our stay were fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the check-in service and the friendliness of the security staff during my late check-in. The reception staff was also very friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was a stone's throw away from the beach. I will definitely choose it again for my next stay. Hasta Luego !

Desde el desayuno hasta su restaurant.Muy lindo todo. Excelente atención. Excelente la ubicación, tranquilo, y sobre Paseo de Gracia, y muy cerca del subte. Mejor no viene.Esta vez, decidimos alojarnos en unos de los apartamentos, muy buenos, con vista impresionante a toda la ciudad de Barcelona.Pueden mejorar los colchones, como único punto a observar.Espero volver.

H L: 진짜 최악.. 방음 전혀 안 됨 근처 클럽 노래 소리에 창문 덜컹거리면서 방 전체가 울림… 복도 소리는 방에서 생생히 다 들림ㅎ 대부분 호스텔 도미토리 방들이고 더블룸 몇개 있는 것 같은데 냉장고도 없고 에어컨도 안 시원하고 방도 좁음. 그런데도 1박에 더블룸 20만원 이상.. 아무리 바르셀로나라지만 미친거같음

Marcela Minniti: Los empleados/as nos trataron muy bien. Check in y check out muy fáciles. Hay recepción 24 horas. Ubicado en Paseo de Gracia, no puede fallar. En la esquina hay líneas de metro. A pasos de La Pedrera y a unas pocas cuadras de casa Batló.Nuestra habitación estaba en el quinto piso, la señal de WiFi no llegaba bien, demasiado lento o nulo. Si bien para nosotros no resultó un problema importante ya que no solemos utilizar demasiado internet en la habitación, para un hotel de estas características y por el precio que se paga no debería ser un problema
