Simon Falk: Excellent assortment of cigars for a store their size. They didnt speak English that well but we got along just fine with basic terms and gestures. Wide range of both cuban and non-cuban cigars including the quai d’orsay, gloria cubana and padron (all rare where I come from). It was also larger and had a wider range than any of the other shops I found on google maps.

Peter Lee: They sold me a fake Cuban cigar - claiming it’s from 2001 with box and wrapper. You know it’s fake by the taste and band. The band was old for sure but nothing binding to the stick. You would expect some residue on the wrapper and band. Second, taste was totally off. Very fresh and more Dominican and Mexican Tabacco. The worst thing you can do as a shop is sell fakes. Don’t ask for anything rare or fancy or they’ll rip you off like this.

Yahya WANE: Very good selection of cigars. Whether you are looking for Cuban or non Cuban cigars, you will probably find them in there. I have been living in Barcelona for 4 years and used to pass by the shop, neglecting it because of its size. When I first walked in, I was surprised by the way cigars are arranged with so little space. Brilliant. The prices are very good and the tender selects your cigars or let’s you do it if you want. They want to make sure that you will be satisfied. In other stores, they don’t let you touch the cigars and you end up with a bad experience. Will definitely be back !

Iaroslav Demydovych: Their selection is not bad and the guy that help me choose was very friendly but I would never buy cigars from this place again. Bought four cigars and all four of them were hard as a rock could not smoke even half of it, they just don’t stay lit.
Response: our cava is always at 75% humidity and a constant tempratura of 19 degrees, I do not know which cigars chose but we are constantly choosing cigars for our customers so that they have no problem, we are simply retailers, not Manufacturers if in origin in factory have not been chosen for consumption,this problem will have it in all stores. I know very badly your bad experience for your person, we hope that in the future, your thinking will change, your review always helps us to improve.
Erin Donovan: The one positive thing about this shop is that they still sell menthol cigarettes, despite the EU ban. However, the sickly-looking effeminate cashier with the Bart Simpson hairdo should be fired. Not only was he short tempered with me for apparently inconveniencing him with my custom but I also observed him yelling at a customer for her hesitation in specifying the number of menthol packs she wanted to buy.

Maria Fernanda Mancheno: Worst store experience ever! I bought a postcard and I only had a 10 euro bill and the guy starts yelling at me saying “you are so selfish, you just ruined my day and you know what? I have to sell the postcard to you but you just ruined my day”. Honestly I don’t even know why I still bought it, should’ve left the place. If this is how you treat people and based on other reviews I read I’m not the first one you should close the store
A V: I went to several cigar stores in Barcelona and this one was my favorite by far. The selection was much better and the cigars were in great shape. I picked up a Limited Edition Montecristo and Limited Edition Romeo and Julieta. Both were in perfect shape and were very good. They also have a nice accessory selection and I purchased an excellent cigar punch at a very reasonable price.
Diego Assandri: Never seen so little professionalism and rudeness. I ask for the price of the cigars and the lady without even looking at me passes me a paper list and leaves me at the counter. Then a guy arrives who with a lot of boredom and without saying a word give me the cigars that I chose. I suggest these two people change jobs. Trade requires more. Surely they would be very good elsewhere. Maybe.
