Tuncay Sönmez: A very bad customer experience. I bought a product and ask if it's possible to return it. If the product is in the same condition, without a problem the guy told me. 2 days later i'd like to return it and they want to let me read their shop policy(no returns possible) Obviously lying to increase sells. Never happened to me before.

Hache McFly: After two years playing full with my RTX 3090 the temperatures began to skyrocket. Unaware of me, I went to a store in my neighborhood for basic maintenance. However, instead of improving, it got much worse. I decided to go to this store led by good references. And he couldn't have been more right. My graph went from 85 degrees in the core, to 65 degrees. Sergio “IMSergio07” Funes: My roommate brought a laptop that wouldn't boot with the problem diagnosed by me (corrupt partitions) but due to lack of resources I couldn't fix it. It was very important not to lose the data and he specified that they call him if they were going to delete data. The idea was to physically remove the disk and rescue the data with a program, but you haven't even deigned to do it. They have made him lose his data and on top of that you have charged him almost €60 to reinstall Windows. inept.

It had the casing and screen broken by a blow, I thought it could not be fixed due to lack of spare parts. And he helped me amazingly with the pc parts i needed! i came back a day later because i wanted to buy some extra stuff and the other guy that helped me gave me a good experience too! The MediaMarkt is across the street but i would recommend everyone to go to PC Componentes! They have friendlier employees, you will get helped sooner, they have way better prices (2 euro vs 17 euro for a cable!) and way shorter waiting lines at the checkout :) Leonardo and other staff, thank you so much for my experience! Johan Lantz: Everything I buy breaks and that is fine!!! I have bought a 1500€ custom gaming rig, had a problem with the MB and they fixed it in a week. I bought an expensive gaming chair and it broke after a year, got a new one in a few days. Bought an expensive Razer gaming keyboard which broke in less than a year and they made the warranty replacement in 24h. It is not the fault of PcComponentes that the things I bought broke and their excellent post sales service makes me 100% confident that if I have any issue with my purchase, they are there to help me fix it.

Bilal M: Pathetic experiance with them. Worst customer service and worst system. I ordered a product online for self pickup at barcelona experiance center. It was expected to be delivered 23rd july, then they mailed that due to logistics problem it will be delivered on 26th july and until 29th there was no status update in tracking and it wasnt delivered yet. Then i complained and they apologized that there was a problem in delievery method we have sent the pacakage again and you can pick it up tomorow. Again it wasnt delivered. Customer service guy said its delievered and he have talked to the center, you can pick it up. The shop is going to call you too but i havent recieved any call in 2 days. When i go there again they said its not delievered and he cant check and confirm the status from customer service. I was frustrated as it was like they are making fool of me and i leave my work to go there again and again. When i asked him to give me in written, he misbehaved with me. Never have i ever saw such bad customer service. He didnt even check with customer service. On the web in tracking it said delievered. I havent recieved my order yet and no compensation of my time and energy wasted

Antoine Don: I've been looking for an online tienda de informatica in Spain for the past few weeks as I needed a fresh 4090 build for my 3D render work. I'm extremely happy with what they build for me, very professional. They communicated with me during the process because some parts I choose were incompatible with my case and everything has been smooth and professional. The shipping was EXTERMELY fast, I received my PC in 24h even tho I'm living in Andalucía. For thoses who might been worried about shipping a costly PC build, the outside shipping box had minor deterioration (pretty normal for shipping) and the PC inside is VERY WELL PROTECTED. They have several layers of protection : 1. air protection. 2. boxes of your other components the inner box 3. Styrofoam around the PC case. 4. The best : inside the PC, they put some kind of auto-inflating plastic which has a styrofoam that adapt to all your components inside your PC. This way, everything is in place and doesn't move a tiny bit or is affected by any movement during the shipping. Overall I'm very happy, I will definitely do business with this company again. +5 stars, thanks for the awesome job <3

Sergey Evchenko: Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience of buying gaming PC. First of all that’s a lot of money that’s why I’ve researched everything we have in Spain and by far Neobyte is offering the most competitive prices on all the components. Also they are lowering prices for videocards following current crypto winter trend. Which is really good for us, gamers. Second step was selecting actual components. I’ve checked through the list of offered configurations as I was searching for 3080, i7/12, DDR5 rig. If you are reading it in 2025 it can sound old and ridiculous but for 2022 that’s a very solid configuration. I found pretty similar to what I was searching for but went for a custom config as I wanted more RAM and an old school cooler. Surprisingly custom config added just a bit to the price for custom assembling. I’ve read again through the whole feedback about being careful with the packaging to be able to return without problems in 14 days. Then I’ve payed quite a lot for my dream gaming PC and started to wait! In three days as was promised I’ve got notification about delivery and next day delivery company dropped my boxes at my home. As I expected my PC was carefully packed and filled with the special material. I’ve opened and set it up and then extensively played different games for some days to check if everything is fine. No surprises, everything was working as expected. Super high FPS in all games. High performance in work related applications. I am really thankful to Neobyte as everything went smooth and they were able to provide the best possible experience. Low prices, great selection of components, fast service. Definitely will come back and recommend to others. But be careful with packages and save it for two weeks if you want to get easy return. That’s quite simple. Good luck to everyone! LD Juery: We bought a whole new PC from NeoByte about a month ago. The least we can say is that we are more than happy and satisfied of their work. The team is very nice and always willing to help and listen. I don't know if they speak English there, but no doubt they will do their best to help! The PC itself is perfectly built and setup. Special mention to the fact that the case arrived perfectly cared and packed in its original box with high level of protections! You clearly feel their professionalism. 2 concrete examples. First one is that we bought a z270 mobo with 3200MHz DRAM. By default, the z270 chipset tops DRAM frequency at 2133MHz, but the guys didn't forget to enable XMP in the UEFI options in order to benefit from that DRAM clock speed. Second one is that they took care of placing all cables in a nice and fashionable way. In a few words, do not hesitate to buy from them. Big up to the team! Big up to their availability (in-person, over the phone... and even web chat!!). Big up to their prices... cheaper than most online stores! First time I'm writing a comment on Google, but they really deserved it. 6/5 would even be closer to the truth! Damien

potspoyraz: I went to Neobyte with a grafic card problem. They check the computer immediately and found the problem in 5 minutes. They were so helpful. Turns out my problem was a wrongly connected cable and a dirty ram. They worked on my pc for about 15 min cleaned it and connected the cables. AND CHARGED 0€!! These guys deserve the best!! Cristian Serban: I contacted them for an upgrade to a system that i bought 2 years ago. They asked me ´how they can help´ and then they just went silent! Horible service! Regardless what their prices and variety of products are, the customer service is unexisting! At least for me it was! I will not even bother to translate it in spanish. Just unacceptable!

Karol Depka Pradzinski: They make a lot of errors. Even when correcting errors, they make more and more errors... I don't recommend. Took 3 weeks to replace SSD on warranty! Unbelievable. They don't want to show you the computer connected to a monitor in the shop (which could prevent some mistakes and having to come again). They whole area stinks with car exhaust even worse than Barcelona air "quality". They reply to e-mails either very slowly (after some days) or not at all. That is probably the worst shop (of any kind) I have ever seen. AVOID or SUFFER !

Marcel Leusink: I was looking for a new Synology NAS + 4 WD Hard Drives, and Life Informatica had the model that I was looking for mentioned on their website. We gave them a quick phone call to confirm that they actually have the products in stock and if they also offer express delivery in the weekend. The friendly woman on the phone checked the availability and confirmed that the products are in stock and that they indeed offer express delivery in the weekend. Because we really like to support the local economy in times like this, we decided to order the product from Life Informatica. They were even 10 euro's cheaper in total than Amazon :) We placed the order through the website and the products were delivered that very same afternoon.
