Me atrajo entrar a la tienda y obviamente comprar algunos. Probé el rollito de pistacho, estaba simplemente delicioso pero un poco seco; Sigue siendo una delicia. Probé la focaccia de queso de cabra y calabacín asado y también estuvo muy buena. Bien equilibrado con el queso y las verduras. Luego pedí un americano helado y también estuvo genial. Terminé saliendo de la tienda con un bolso de mano y la barriga feliz. Hay que probarlo si estás en la zona.

Tommaso Rubini: Si está buscando una auténtica experiencia en Barcelona, La Colmena es el lugar para ir. Esta pastelería/bombonería es rica en historia y tradición, y cruzar la puerta es como retroceder en el tiempo a los primeros años del siglo XX. En su interior encontrarás una gran variedad de dulces tradicionales como las palmeras, el xuixo de crema y la famosa ensaimada. ¡Todos estos pasteles están recién hechos y son absolutamente deliciosos! La tienda en sí es bastante pequeña, por lo que probablemente sea mejor darse un gusto o dos para disfrutar cerca de la hermosa Catedral de Barcelona, a solo unos pasos de distancia. Estoy deseando volver a visitar pronto!

Antes he preguntado si lo hacen cada día, información que ellos mismos me facilitaron cuando compre varias barras estas pasadas navidades y también me han dicho que sí.El caso es que no es el mismo delicioso turrón que compré en Navidad 2022, nada que ver, el azúcar sin quemar y si estaba quemado ya llevaba varios días quemado, o sea vulgar como cualquier turrón comprado en un supermercado.Total decepción y encima hemos pagado 12 euros por una barra pequeña que va a ir a la basura orgánica.

Jmn: Magnífica pasteleria donde puedes encontrar pasteles muy vistosos. De formato te puedes encontrar individuales, medianos o grandes.Compré un Jade mediano, el precio es un tanto elevado pero el pastel estaba buenísimo. Tenía diferentes capas cada una con una elaboración distinta, es muy refrescante y veraniego, todo un acierto. Volveremos a probar más pasteles, muy recomendado.

El pastel era enorme y el cortado muy pequeño.Cortado es un café español que se elabora mezclando espresso con leche, pero sinceramente, no noté mucha diferencia en sabor respecto al café con leche. Esto se debe a que el sabor del café no era tan amargo ni más fuerte que el de un café con leche.El bizcocho de zanahoria estaba formado por dos láminas y se untó crema de limón entre las láminas y en la parte superior de las láminas. Sobre todo, la vida de un pastel es la hoja húmeda, pero desafortunadamente la hoja se desmoronaba.No estoy seguro si fue porque los pasteles se guardaban en el estante o si los pasteles aquí eran originalmente de este estilo, pero el sabor no era tan bueno como la apariencia. Aún así, el espacio en sí es una cafetería realmente agradable.

Todo lo demás que probamos era normal: arándanos, ricota, piña y vainilla. Hemos tenido mucho mejor en De La Crem. Todavía recomendaría este lugar, pero sugeriría apegarse a los sabores "italianos" como el pistacho, ya que las opciones veganas no son tan buenas.

Teniendo 15-20 minutos de cola casi cada dia, esta bien para hacer marketing pero un mayor local con otra dependienta seria más productivo. Estando allí esperando nuestro turno, mucha gente que pasó quería helado pero escuchabas como se iban porque “ni loco hago esta cola”.

Frany: Mi heladería favorita de Barcelona. Yo y mi familia vamos mucho porqué de verdad los helados están muy rico... A excepción de hoy. Lamentablemente hoy hemos pedido coco (siempre lo pedimos) y realmente no sabía a nada, el sabor que destacaba parecía leche ,crema,no lo supimos definir peró Coco no era. Otro sabor que solemos pedir es Fresas del Maresme. Le aseguro que tampoco sabía a fresas. Otro ha sido Mora con Lima y tampoco hemos notado este contraste. Considerando que conocemos lo bien que lo hacen solo espero de todo corazón que sigan haciendo los helados como siempre. Y que NO por satisfacer la gran demanda ( tmb de turistas ,que por supuesto se merecen lo mismo sabores ) en este periodo del año , se vea afectada la calidad del producto que igualmente pagamos a un precio alto por su "calidad".Pues , hoy pongo 4 estrellas porquéentiendo que pueda haber sido un día puntual. Igualmente le daremos otra oportunidad y espero poderle dar 5 estrella. Cuiden de nosotros ,cuiden del producto porfavor .

I had an amazing chimney roll with coconut ice cream and Nutella and my kids shared a loaded bubble waffle with all kinds of toppings - they didn't finish it (they are 5 and 9) I barely finished my chimney! Portions are huge so come hungry but they were seriously so delish! Staff were lovely and friendly too

When trying to order they told it might take 30-40 min to get the chimney roll, and manipulated to take other item. Tried their bubble waffle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, and in my opinion seemed a bit over hyped! They don't serve in a proper waffle box and all the sauce and cream had melted and socked in tissue they served it on. It's good, but could be better.

Jamie: The staff was very kind and they handled the long line of customers well, but the food was not good and not worth the queue. Disappointing. :(*The chimney roll gets one star. It looks lovely but it is just one scoop of ice cream that is carefully perched on the top and quickly falls deep inside the hot hollow roll. The roll/bread was hard like a cracker and not easy to bite, too stale to bend, so getting the very melty ice cream from the bottom was impossible. I threw it away.**The bubble waffle was better, two stars because it did get soggy quite quickly, but you could access the ice cream and it was at least edible. It was a much better texture than the chimney roll.**Our group also got regular cones and those were fine, but we could have just ordered that from the dozens of ice cream shops we walked past to get here.

El pastel de queso tampoco lo he probado porque el de estilo japonés no me gusta demasiado pero se ve muy fresco y esponjoso desde fuera.Una nota importante, creo que deberían limpiar el peluche de Doraemon que tienen en la barra porque con el tiempo se ha ensuciando bastante.Voy muy poco a gracia pero cuando vuelva cae otro dorayaki de nutella seguro!
