Resumiendo me fui del establecimiento entre gritos de Verónica y de otra señora, y solamente por decir que no me parecía bien que no me hubieran avisado que ya no estaban los anteriores dueños, y más cuando se le pregunté expresamente por whats App ( ya que me preguntó qué raza era mi perra y me hizo sospechar) y me mintió. Por sus gritos e insultos me fui convencida de no dejar mi perra con ellas. Me fui pero he de decir que me echó entre gritos.Editado: Cuando hice la reserva por whats App del anterior dueño, al preguntarme por la raza de mi perra, le pregunté si no estaban los chicos, y me dijo que si que ella era verónica y se encargaba de la agenda. Fui a la cita y la sorpresa al no ver al peluquero de siempre, fue preguntar por él, y me dijo que lo habían traspasado. Al no ver claro el dejar a mi perra con una desconocida y después de tal engaño…ya se puso nerviosa y me empezó q explicar lo que era un traspaso. No entendió porque yo no quería dejarla, me trató como si dejara un abrigo en la tintorería…. Y me fui entre gritos e insultos. En resumen cero recomendable.

Judit Lopez Veiga: Que la ley justifique algo no necesariamente debe ser correcto.Empiezo así porque es el único argumento que tiene este local para excusar cómo tienen a los animales en ese sitio. Hoy he entrado por primera vez con ganas de comprar un muñeco para mi perro y he oído ruidos así que he ido al final de la tienda y me he llevado una desagradable sorpresa. Si, tenéis perros, conejos, y pájaros metidos en cajas minúsculas de vidrio con apenas un par de meses y amontonados. Vuelvo a repetir, que la ley os ampare no justifica depende que tratos… Y no por ello está bien amigos, ya no el echo de que veais a un ser vivo como producto, sino el echo de que los trateis como latas de comida amontonadas pese a sus necesidades. He leído un montón de veces la misma respuesta de que tienen el doble de espacio pesando x gramos (lo que no te dicen es que tienen a 4 o 5 cachorros amontonados en el espacio que corresponde para 1. Podríais tenerlos en espacios mas grandes, respetar que necesitan estar los primeros 3 meses (como minimo) con la madre, que tener a pajaros encima de roedores es un tormento para los mas sensibles, etc... Podriais hacer eso y asi garantizar un montón de beneficios que tendrian esos pequeños, pero no lo haceis y preferís intentar tumbarme el comentario... Muy decepcionada, pero es solo mi opinión ¿no?😎

Da sitzen viel zu junge Welpen auf Zeitungspapier mit kleinen Lüftungsschlitzen auf viel zu engem Raum. Warum dieser Laden überhaupt Tiere verkaufen darf ist mir ein Rätsel! Ich bin ohne einen Artikel zu kaufen gegangen.

No sé si tiene suerte de dar con un empleado más dedicado de lo habitual o son todos así, pero de diez.

Very disturbing to see they sell puppys in small boxes with a glass door and the birds are in super small cages with too many. Even if they might “require the legal measurements”doesn’t necessarily mean it should be done like this. Sad the shop doesn’t take their own morality first and stop selling puppies in there, put less birds in bigger cages. Regardless of the “legal requirements”. They obviously only care about the money and not the well-being of the animals. Then at least listen to customers/people giving this as a feedback! This review has been given by another person months ago already and their respond is really beyond unbelievable. Definitely not going there again.

Альбина Садыкова: When you buy puppy from crate like this you should remember that you are buying dog with psychological disorders from young ages. Human babies at this ages are not left alone, and same story with dogs. The puppy is not yet ready to be separated from mom due to age. Puppies don’t know how to be alone. This is not included in THEIR basic settings, because in past they needed to stick together in order to survive. So if you don’t want in future your dog being destroying all the house every time being at home alone and every time when you closing toilet door, you shouldn’t buy dogs from crate. They already have psychological issues and usually it’s very hard to fix even for professionals. Without systematic classes of teaching to be alone, the dog will think that his/her owner, (who has gone for even five minutes), is leaving forever. And it will always be experience of existential horror.Because of this, up to 3.5 months, it still impossible to leave puppy alone for more than an hour. Puppies in this shop are much younger.Don’t buy anything here in order to stop supporting this seller

Claro que sí, "llévese su cachorro y páguelo en cómodos plazos. Y si no le gusta el color, le muerde las zapatillas o no menea la cola cuando usted quiere venga a por otro que tenemos más y en distintos colores". Lamentable.

Cachorros en pequeños cubículos, en algunos casos sin compañía de otros cachorros, con una mirada de tristeza que te parte el alma. Es una etapa vital que tienen que vivir junto a su madre y hermanos y están completamente solos y encerrados durante días, y en los peores casos, semanas o meses. ADOPTA, ¡NO COMPRES Y FOMENTES ESTA BARBARIE!

S: Tienen en venta cachorros pequeños, metidos en jaulas de cristal, sin poder salir, ni jugar ni luz solar y 24h ahí metidos, todos rascando la ventana para salir. Asqueroso.

ana murillas: Compramos una cachorrita de Pomerania que se puso enferma a los dos días de estar en casa. La llevamos a la veterinaria del propio establecimiento, Yolanda, que era un amor, porque vomitaba y tenía diarrea y la trató con glucosa para evitar hipoglucemia y nos dijo que si seguía así habría de ser ingresada. Por la noche la llevamos al hospital y tras varias pruebas nos dijeron que tenía un parasito intestinal raro que además se transmitía a los humanos. Al segundo día el gestor de la tienda Oriol nos dijo que la llevaramos a la tienda que la cuidaban ellos, ya que estaba en garantía y ellos se hacían cargo de los gastos y no querían pagar más hospital. Tras una semana allí nos dijeron que ya podíamos llevarla a casa, aunque veían unas larvas pero creían que estaban muertas. Pues bien, a los dos días misma situación, la perrita vomitando. En esta ocasión Oriol para ahorrarse los gastos nos dijo que la llevaramos a la tienda. Era un domingo, no había veterinario y la perrita estuvo sola y enferma. Pues biem, al día siguiente lunes por la mañana me llamó que la perrita había fallecido.No puedo creer el trato inhumano que le dieron a ese perro por su avaricia. Mi hija pequeña destrozada, era un emotional support pet ya que tenía problemas de ansiedad, lo que contribuyó a darle aún más ansiedad.Al día siguiente fuimos a hablar con Ypolanda la veterinaria y nos dijeron que ya no trabajaba más allí! sospechoso, no?No compréis allí! por mi parte nosotras estamos buscando criaderos de cría ética. Una vergüenza ese sitio!!!!!

There are no ramps or anything to help them up. It was very hot and the air conditioning wasn't on, it was unbearable, I had to open the door but it wouldn't stay open, so we were suffocating. It doesn't explain anywhere how it worksservice I stopped the wash by mistake and had to pay €12 again because there was no way to go back. In total II spent €24 to clean the dog and theI left it wet so you couldn't be in there in the heat. If you bathe it manually, you get full of water... I don't know, it was very disappointing. We will never return.

Vanessa Vélez Merchante: Estuve el domingo por la tarde, cuando llegamos estaba todo mojado, hacía frío, el agua no salía fría, pero tampoco caliente, al irlo a secar el aire tampoco salía caliente y parte del agua se quedaba estancada, imposible poderlo secar, harían falta mínimo dos toallas, lo aconsejaría para el verano, ahora pasan y pasas frío.

Cuando llegué había otro perrito en la ducha y en cuanto salió apareció una chica del local que secó el suelo en un momento y hasta me ofreció toallas que no utilicé porque llevaba las mías. Con 10 euros te da para lavar y secar a un perro de tamaño mediano, la mía tiene mucho pelo (gossa d'atura) y salió húmeda pero no chorreando. También puedes pagar por algo más de tiempo para secar al perro. Comentar que el acondicionador que sale de la máquina es una maravilla y dejó el pelo de Nuba súper suave. Sin duda repetiría.

Eso sí, recomiendo llevar toallas para secarlo antes de usar el secador si el perro tiene mucho pelo (el mío es de doble manto). Sin duda volveremos!!!
