Sebbi Lee: Sales associate sold us a dirty bracelet that had plenty of scratches. He didn't even bother cleaning the one I tried on, which was visibly dirty with fingerprints and scratches before I put it on. I assumed that he would get us a new one or at least clean the current one when we purchased. I didn't know that he packaged the same one, DIRTY and scratched until I got back to the hotel. I even tried cleaning it at my hotel with a cloth, because mistakes can happen, but it wouldn't clean and the scratches remained. I have never had such a terrible experience with Tiffany and Co. despite owning several pieces that I purchased from other locations.

Alessia Mattiaccio: A large elegant and captivating shop where your fantasies can get lost! We were served by a lady of Russian nationality full of grace and kindness.

Jenny Lou: My boyfriend and I visited the shop, we wanted to try some wedding rings. However the shop is under staffed, there is one person talking to a customer, and one person responsible for opening the door. We talked to the person who is responsible for opening the door (if there are new people coming in), she said we have to wait for the other person finish with the other customer. I wonder, why would you hire a person just standing there opening the door and not able to help customers. We waited a bit in the beautiful store, and then we left because we don’t know how long we had to wait.

Bogdan Dzyu: Who doesn’t love Tiffany’s? The staff was very attentive and helpful. Offered coffee and chocolates as we browsed and tried things on. We were assisted by Monica who was extremely sweet and helpful.

Eliena Ang: I was in the store today to get my necklace and bracelet cleaned and got really good service from Elena, very kind and patient explaining every detail. The store is very clean, beautiful and great variation of selections and all the staff make you feel really comfortable even if you are there just to get a free post-sale service. Neal Roscoe: Small, beautiful shop featuring mostly Carla’s own works but also some other well curated items of interest as well. It’s hard to describe her style other than to say unique and very Barcelona. Carla makes her own jewelry in the store so is always happy to stop and personally greet customers as they wander in from the street. Worth a visit if you want something from Barcelona that is not touristy or mass produced.

A day in the life of a Yeti: Honestly I can't bring myself to buy cheap silver/gold plated massively overpriced mass produced tatt. The shop worker proudly told me they silver plate to 0.015mm thickness. Wow at 25€ per troy ounce of silver, i can really see why they charge over 200€ for something that weighs maybe 10 grams at best. That's got to be a whole 1.50€ of silver on that! 😄

Laura Millares Costas: Bad attention in the Rambla Catalunya store. The clerk makes me wait while she is placing material (the store is empty and I am looking at her). When she decides to assist me and I explain my problem with a bracelet that has been broken in less than 1 year, she tells me that since it was bought in a jewelry store that is a franchise, she cannot do anything, even though I have the purchase receipt and the guarantee of the mark, which is supposed to be valid for two years. I go to the store of the same El Corte Inglés brand, and there, with the same explanation, and seeing how the bracelet is broken, the clerk tells me that she will change it automatically because it is clear that it was defective. So if you like this brand and want to make a purchase, better go to El Corte Ingles, much more friendly and attentive to customers, which I understand is what the brand should want, if they have that commitment to quality.

Kat L: I've just been visiting Barcelona and wanted to get presents for friends and myself from the Gaudi building, La Pedrera's gift shop. I got sidetracked when I saw the wonderful stylish UNOde50 shop next door. Easily distracted by beautiful things in beautiful settings and helpful staff, I came out with 3 stunning pieces. Lucky I was on a short timeline as I had relatives with me wanting to go next door or I may have purchased more. I bought and have been wearing the bracelet 'Your Excuse' in black leather and and extra one in brown leather as a gift. I also bought my daughter (26 years old) the 'Shackled' bracelet which I gave to her this morning, which is what reminded me to find out a bit more about UNOde50 as I had no idea who, what it is other than from Madrid and made in Spain, from the obliging assistant. My daughter owns and rides horses, hence 'Shackled' has that equestrian hardware look to it. She loves it. She also loves my buckled bracelet so I'll have to keep a look out for it or it may disappear! I checked online prices with those I paid and it's much better value buying in the shop itself. Not sure why, thought it would be the opposite, not so. Oh well just might have to go back to Barcelona to buy some more of their beautiful jewellery. Good excuse.

Joel Nolasco: My experience here was amazing. Ruiman Xu and the tiger staff member were very nice and helpful. I could make this review about the great price but the price is the price. What makes this place special is the people. From what I gathered it is a family owned jewelry store. They have done a phenomenal job at hiring the right people. The service is amazing. We walked in not expecting anything on a Thursday near closing time. Ruiman attended us and took care of us past 8pm their closing time. She left such an impression. We left the store, continued on with our travels when in Paris we opted to change our flights to have the ability to come back to the store and make our purchases. Our return to the store started with an email requesting an appointment. The appointment was set, we communicated via what's app and the excitement began. Our visit was better than the first. The cocktails were amazing. The people were great. And they have gained a customer for life. All my next watch purchases will be from Rabat. We bought two watches, an Omega, a Tudor and two earrings, one with a small diamond (which we received a certificate for) and a solid gold one.

Badr Slassi: Went to repair a breitling watch. All went fine until some east european lady starts asking me about my residence card. While she already had my passport. she’s not allowed to do that. This place is racist and I am never buying a breitling again. Avoid this place.

El Caballo: I am a serious watch collector and enthusiast. I was followed around the store like I was about to steal something by and old man sales assistant. All while wearing a €5000 watch and then basically asked to leave. I will never shop here and never recommend it to my friends. Now I will go buy my new Tudor watch somewhere else. Adios

Gary P: Visited the shop in early September. I knew what we wanted when we visited so there was little browsing to be done. Assistant helped with selecting the item and we agreed that we would re- attend next day assistant gave us her card. Visited next day to be told assistant had a day off. She was working the next day at 1030h. Attended the next dat about 15 minutes late to be told she wasn’t in for another hour. Told to come back later. We didn’t re-attend. The feeling was that the shop did not take us seriously, never had problems in previous shopping experiences at high end establishments. Will not return due to the poor customer service. Staff should spend less time appraising the way customers look and providing a quality service.

G T: Worst Cartier store I’ve experienced globally. Not only was the wait excessive, only to be told flatly that ‘we don’t stock that’, but on a scorching hot day I was not even offered a cup of water, nothing. The consultant couldn’t care less about customer experience. I love Cartier, but if you’re going to buy it (and pay the premium), buy it from anywhere but here. Richemont needs to address the poor quality of the Cartier Barcelona boutique, thankfully I can purchase elsewhere.

Charles PITON: My wife and I bought our wedding rings. While we are very happy with our rings, the purchase experience was extremely disappointing. We have been served by a Russian (or Eastern European) lady who was lacking everything from what a Cartier Ambassador is usually expected to provide. From advice, attitude to service. Even filling a Global Blue form has been a long and painful process due to her very high stubbornness. My wife and I left the shop even stressed because of the tension she has been giving us for 45 minutes. Pretty sad, as coming to Cartier is usually a moment of joy for us, as it has been also for my parents in the previous decades.

Clarissa Priscilla: The store temporarily relocated to Casa Battlo, which I found to be really idyllic. The guy standing in front was lovely and showed me to the elevator right away. Everyone in the shop was also quick to help and was very friendly. I was assisted by Leysan who was really effective in her explanations from beginning to end. I had a lovely experience.

Tina Patel: Be careful! Went in to get my watch battery replaced. After some inspection the guy said it was not good news and that something more serious was wrong with the watch. He would have to send it away and it would go cost 300 euros. I said I would think about it. He gave me the watch back without the battery. Got another quote from a smaller watch repair shop in Barcelona. It was just the battery and they charged just 15 euros!

Grace An: RUDE staff. Very disappointed. I bought a necklace here and Yafang helped us. She was very impatient in explaining things to us, especially after we made the payment. When she helped with the tax refund paper work, she said that she couldn’t find the receipt and asked me if I took it. I said no. Then she said it was on the desk and asked me again if I took it. I checked my bag and said no. Then she said, weird. And she finally found it somewhere in the store. When we asked about how to do the tax refund she didn’t even bother to explain anything. WTH??? This is the worst ever experience I’ve ever had in Barcelona, well actually, all around Europe. I bought it here cuz the store is next to our hotel, otherwise I would definitely shop somewhere else.

Simon: I've had bad experiences on two separate accounts in this store. 1. for giving wrong information (and knowing it) also known as lying, while i was buying an engagement ring. (it's a to long story to go in detail) 2. the money that i had on my customers account (150 euro's) was terminated without any notification of expiration. After a lot of hassle they gave me a discount of 150 euro's on my last purchase.

Scott Main: I was extremely unhappy with my purchase. I had ordered a replacement sterling silver replacement wedding band that was gunmetal grey. I was told I would need to have it refinished every couple of years. Within 4 weeks, it was all scratched up. When I went back to the jewelry store, they relayed that I must be hard on the ring. Seeing as it is covid and I wasn’t allowed to go anywhere, i have no idea how I could have been hard on the ring. They offered to refinish or provide a credit to the store for the same amount. They relayed a steel ring which would not have all the issues would run 500€. I ended up purchasing the same ring from the United States for 70€. I don’t believe in the quality of this place and will never wear my ring. Hopefully I can sell it for a fraction of what I paid for it. I would steer clear of purchasing from this place. They only stand behind their work if it means you will use that money on something else they make. Not much of a warranty. I wish I could share pics here as you would be astonished at how bad the ring looked after 3 weeks.

The deterioration of the piece comes from it being misused. As we explained by the time of its purchase, silver pieces are very delicate and need to be taken care of. After studying your case we offered three solutions: - Reforging the ring with a more resistant material. - Reforging it with the same material, but with another shade so it would last longer. - Give you a voucher for the same amount of money so you could purchase any other design. After you rejected all these options, and going against our company policy, we offered an exceptional measure: reforging the ring for free, assuming Clemència Peris all the costs from manufacturing to raw materials. Our intentions have always been to offer you the best possible solution, although the problem did not come from the company. All our pieces are forged with the highest quality materials and go through extensive quality controls before being released. We are very sorry that you did not choose any of the solutions we proposed. Our company has done everything in our hands to fix the problem.

Thilo Rudat: I was looking for a couple of months for an engagement ring and wasn't happy with any because the shape of the rings all looked like the followed the same pattern and didnt have anything unique. Clemencia designs rings herself and give it a unique design. It was no problem to adapt the ring size free of charge after the engagement. Clemencia also takes time and comes across very competent when it comes down to quality of the rocks which I have no clue about (which I suppose counts for the most of us). Highly recommended!

Javier Balbás: I went looking for an engagement ring and it was the place that I were looking for! They are professional, but at the same time familiar and close with the client. They explained what they offer, how they create their products, and advised me about everything that I didn't know. As they are one of the few jewelries in the world that still creates jewelry manually, they could create a unique, personalized ring for my now future wife. And the ring is splendid, they did an amazing job with it. I recommend it to anyone looking for any special, quality present!

Lucas Moreno: We entered the store for a product and an older saleswoman looked at us and immediately went to look for the alarm button, I never felt so much discrimination, she followed us wherever we moved in the store looking for the item. I felt so persecuted that I left the store, I will never buy from that store again. It's a shame that they discriminate for wearing beach clothes if you're in a city where it's normal to go like that.
