Tome un anillo único especial para volver a soldarlo, pensó en ir a Encants pero esta tienda está cerca y dijeron que podían hacerlo, así que se lo dejaron. gran error. sacaron la piedra bruscamente y rompieron la superficie y se ofrecieron a reemplazarla por otra que no era del tamaño correcto o tan bonita. Pregunté si podían alisar las partes rugosas de la original, ya que era una piedra muy especial, por lo que enviaron ambas piedras para que las pulieran. me enseñaron la obra y pensé que era la piedra original hasta que vine a recogerla. el anillo es tan feo. en lugar de una piedra clara especial con colores amarillos brillantes y arcoíris, la piedra es gris y opaca con el engaste todo destrozado y feo en lugar de ser redondo y liso. Pedí que me devolvieran la piedra original y obviamente se había agrietado cuando la fui a alisar para quitar el daño que hicieron. y parece que alguien lo volvió a unir con superpegamento... pero ni siquiera se molestó en limpiar la piedra o sus manos porque la unión tiene suciedad. y me doy cuenta de que la razón por la que la piedra incrustada en el anillo se ve tan oscura y fea es porque está incrustada en un montón de pegamento, que nuevamente es negro sucio. Estoy tan triste que quiero llorar, el anillo era muy especial para mí y ahora está arruinado. Voy a tener que llevarlo a encantamientos que debería haber hecho en primer lugar. la chica estaba tratando de ser útil, pero realmente desearía que hubiera sido honesta y dijera que no podían hacer el trabajo, o incluso en medio del trabajo si lo hubiera llevado a encants, que son personas profesionales que reparan joyas, tal vez podría haberse salvado, pero ahora incluso la piedra original está arruinada aún más que cuando la rompieron por primera vez.

Si buscas un regalo, no lo recomiendo, no cumplen plazos.

Mi anillo de compromiso es de Aina, 7 anillos, 2 tobilleras, 5 pendientes…De aquí a un tiempo y en los últimos meses tuve problemas con el sistema de cierre y apertura de unos aros pequeños. Me los compro mi marido y soy incapaz y él de ponerlos y sustituirlos costaría 20 euros y la última es que me equivoqué en una talla y pensé que no era así, pedí disculpas porque insistí es que me viene enorme y otras más grandes no, hasta ahí pues cosas que pasan… pero cambiarlo me supone pagar 10 euros más, no te mandan otro y se llevan el tuyo o cualquier otro método, tengo que mandarlo yo y pagar nuevamente por el envío, así que lo regalaré. Es la primera vez que trato de cambiar algo….Creo sinceramente que desde que se ocupa más gente del negocio, la política de trato al cliente ha cambiado, cuando ella tenia menos fama trataba al cliente de forma espectacular, ahora entiendo que es personal con directrices. Sea o no sea así, que sea el personal o ella… yo después de 6 años o más voy a dejar de comprar. Las conocí en un mercado de Susi y ahora entiendo porque no la he visto más en otro mercado aquí en Madrid en todos estos años…una pena…

I will forever be grateful to her and her team for helping me design my dream wedding bands that symbolize the blending of my Indian ethnicity with my husband’s Spanish/Catalonian origin. She also helped me design his unique wedding band and helped my husband design the beloved necklace I was gifted when I was in labor with my son. No matter how challenging a stone is to find… her and her team will find it. I only wish she would open a store in the United States because her and her brand are one in one million. It’s hard to describe her style other than to say unique and very Barcelona. Carla makes her own jewelry in the store so is always happy to stop and personally greet customers as they wander in from the street. Worth a visit if you want something from Barcelona that is not touristy or mass produced.

Lester Dong: Had an initial chat with a sales person called Sergei or Sergy, was cordial and somewhat helpful on a watch I was looking for and was asked to come back later in the evening on the hope that it may be available. Came back in the evening and was told "maybe tomorrow". Come tomorrow and entered the shop again with Sergei ignoring me. Wasted time and energy on a stuck up store and salespeople, would highly recommend folks steer clear away from doing any business with this company. Union Suiza on the other hand were helpful and even offered to call on the arrival of the model I wanted.

Jaime M: Truly disappointing to be considered an AD.I came in a few months ago having a look at Tudor already with a specific model I was interested in. Came in and got led to the upper floor where they have their Tudor showcase. Got seated down and made to wait 30 minutes for someone to speak to me and my partner. Nothing offered during that time and the shop was not even busy.Once I finally got to speak to the sales person she was not sure of the model and even claimed it did not exist. I had to show her the tudor website and reference number which she checked but somehow could not understand. She just said it was not available. She gave me her whatsapp number and preceded us out of the shop without even offering us anything (I was keen to look at other watches but seemed like she just had different priorities)She then sent me a message on whatsapp later that evening asking me for the reference once again. I sent it to her and she said she would check with her manager/team the next day. She sends me a voice note with loud music in the background which made her message barely understandable and basically says it's not available and to send her a message in a few days or weeks. (Can't understand why I would have to be the one to follow up for a Tudor. Normally in other AD's they update you based on your requests)Anyways, I send her a message a month later and once again she asks for the reference number. Again I send it complete with the website link and she never replied.Shameful to be called a proper AD with no knowledge of customer service. Only reason I wanted to come here in the first place is because my regular AD doesn't carry Tudor but now I know never to return.

Estábamos interesados en ver algunos relojes Rolex y Vacheron Constantin, pero el empleado se negó a mostrarnos ninguno y nos trató mal, a pesar de nuestro comportamiento cortés y apariencia bien vestida. Es importante para Rolex que los AD traten bien a los clientes potenciales y les presenten las piezas deseadas cuando sea posible. A este AD en particular no parecía importarle en absoluto. ¡Recomiendo evitarlos e ir a otros AD en Barcelona para una mejor experiencia!
