    aleks tomala: good choice of skates but customer service is not very nice and extremely slow, also the shop is not well organized or has a terrible stock management. Two employees spend a lot of time looking for a brake and then one of them unsuccessfully tried to attach a wrong brake to the skate. We ended up buying skates for a beginner with no brake. Then I wanted to buy 6 pretty standard wheels (90mm, 85 or up) for my other skates but the employees were only able to find single wheels.. We spent 1.5 hours in the shop, half of it after having chosen the skates already, and we arrived late at our skating class. Visit smaller shops with better service in Barcelona instead.
    Response: Hi Aleks, we're really sorry that your experience at our shop was not as you expected. We are in the middle of the Christmass season and every days a lot of customers come to our shop. That makes that our stock and order is not so well organized as we would like. On the other hand, sometimes it is difficult to find some specific parts because we have an incredible large amount of different products. At a small shop were they can offer you only one or two different skate models, it is easy to have all parts for those skates. But we have more than 400 different skate models and knowing, for example, what brake fits to each model is not always easy. In any case we want to apologize if our staff were not as good as you expected hoping that you can visit us again in the future. We wish you all the best for Christmass!!!

    tiago moreira: Store is awesome, but the seller is rude and arrogant. Short tempered and no social skills. There are plenty of other options in Barcelona to buy your skate, go where they are polite, same brands are everywhere else, the rude salesmen not.

    Roman Borodov: Great place with friendly stuff. On my trip to barcelona I was searching for an Almost or enjoy board, since I stick to their shape. I checked online amongst many shop and it was pretty hard to find one, until I found this shop. It has wide variety of brends and, mostly important for me - nice choice from dwindle distribution. Bought my board here immediately as I landed, and had a very nice time in Barcelona. Definitely recommend to visit this shop.

    Petr Mácha: Very nice shop with skating needs. The service is very pleasant and nothing was a problem. We arranged everything by mail and the goods were ready when i arrived. Mrs. Elisa speaks basic English so you can communicate without any problems. I warmly recommend.

    A: Correct repair and maintenance service and charging just enough so that the customer is happy. The repairs are satisfactory and there are no botched or irrelevant fixes. They are serious, professional, transparent and recommendable in their work.
