Sammy Thechorkie: Person not welcoming and unkind. 2 times I went 2 times the same. I had 2 pieces of scotch to add to stick the etiquet to my package and they didnt let me 1 minute to finish because it was lunch time... I ended up in the street and they closed the curtain on me!! the etiquet ended up torned apart and i could only find another store to print it again. WORST SERVICE EVER DONT GO Update: They answered I didnt want to wear the mask, so now they lie on top of this. I only removed my mask one second to cut a piece of scotch cause you guys didnt have scissors. Why would I refuse to wear a mask?? They wanted to eat and were lazy thats all. Those are really people without education - NO GO

Anna Torres: I ordered a personalized mug to give as a gift, when I went to pick it up I saw that it was too dark, like orange, it had nothing to do with the photo that I had sent. This morning I went to discuss it and due to their mistake, the cup did not turn out well, they recognized it right away and they took care to make a new one at no cost so that I could have it today. In the end it has been beautiful and the person who has received it delighted with the gift. I really appreciate your speed and interest, since at no time have you tried to get rid of the problem.

Veronica Nicolli: Little staff to attend to, you queue for 20 minutes to be told to come back the next day because they were already closing and the place was full instead of informing customers. Advice!! Before going, you have to know the exact measurements of the photos you want to print because they don't even help you choose, if you don't have a better idea, don't go... the attention is lousy.

They are unbelievably incompetent, inflexible, disorganized AND rude. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Carlos Almécija: We were looking for a printer in the neighborhood and went to Grafi Car because of the good reviews on Google. Don't expect personalized advice if you don't wear the closed design. We (not experts in the world of design) brought a proposal in ppt. They told us that we had to bring it in Illustrator and that they could do it but that it would be very expensive for us. Very kindly (yes), he told us to come back once we had the material in Illustrator. Finally, we turned to another company in the neighborhood where we found good treatment, personalized support and good value for money, all including the design in Illustrator.

There may be unpleasant surprises. That's why we usually ask for the files to be printed in pdf, and if the client doesn't know how to design professionally, we can do the layout on a budget. Marc Mesnard: Staff there is very nice, unfortunately the boss is extremely unfriendly… Clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. I recommend talking to the younger members of staff there as they’ll be a lot kinder and helpful!
Victor Hugo: Great place to print stuff. Easy access to computers (with USB-A ports and internet) if you need. They accept payments with cards (with a minimum of 1eur) so that's a great advantage.

James Mori: Close to university, so prices cater to students … in other words, unbeatable pricing. There is no self-service … I copied my files off my USB stick onto their computer, and they printed for me per my specs (B&W vs color, 1- vs 2-sided, paper size, etc.). I think it's the most reasonable deal in town.
Kristýna Rosecká: The print on plotter wasn’t good, for architectural plans, the lines weren’t printed constantly, missing even some. In case of hatches and color shading wasn’t with smooth transition. It just needs better setting of plotter.
Hüma Talay: They're so helpful and professional. I made a design for preparing a christmas gift and they helped me to adjust the size for print and helped with every question, even at a busy day at christmas week.

Giannis Mathiopoulos: Very slow, always long queue, they let people queuing outside in the cold even if it's not full inside. If you want them to cut what they print, they will charge you extra (even more than the print itself)
Ondřej Pechal: Probably the best place for (graphic) designers to print at in Barcelona. By far the best print quality I could find and professional staff. Sometimes I go there all the way from Poble Sec :D The staff was friendly and helpful to me, only the paper selection I would expect a bit broader in a place like this. But I had a particular graphic design task. For most of the cases, they have more than enough options. Just be prepared that you might be waiting a while.

What we cannot do is make copies at the time that some clients ask us. And we ask you for a short time, 20 min. at 1 hour to make the delivery.
