One member of staff said hello to me then walked off leaving me at the door without a I’ll be with you soon or someone is coming shortly - just nothing! As a solo female traveller, I felt very uncomfortable. Not sure if it was because they couldn’t be bothered, or if they were prejudiced because I’m mixed race. Eventually an older member of staff came and welcomed me who was pleasant but then I took my seat and ordered a mocktail. It took them a long time to serve me and service certainly was without a smile. I paid in cash but instead of them coming right back with my change they instead talked amongst themselves at the bar and totally ignored me until I caught their attention and ONLY then came back with my change. 9€ for a mocktail overpriced! Jazz band very good but half way through they put the levels up - why couldn’t this have been sorted during the sound check?! This made the levels very painful noise wise and I ended up walking out 15 minutes early. 3 stars are for the older staff member being kind and the band being good in the first half but NOT for the appalling service from the bar staff.

Carolina: Fuimos a un concierto de una artista que ya conocíamos y que nos encanta, pero tuvimos muy mala experiencia por el local. Para empezar en la puerta ponía “consumo obligatorio 4€” – cosa que es ilegal, ya que si has pagado entrada para un espectáculo (16€ por entrada en este caso), legalmente no se te puede obligar a pagar por ningún extra.Al entrar nos dijeron que esperáramos en la barra, que alguien vendría a decirnos dónde sentarnos. La sala era alargada, con un escenario bajo al final, y todo el mundo estaba sentado para el concierto.Mientras esperábamos decidimos pedir dos Coca Colas, ya que teníamos sed. El camarero nos dio dos botellas de 200ml (cabe destacar que una lata tiene 330ml), por las que nos cobró la friolera de OCHO EUROS.Otro camarero vino y nos dio permiso de pasar a la zona de sentarse, instándonosa que compartiéramos mesa con otra gente. Cuando digo mesa me refiero a típica mesita de café cuadrada del Ikea presente en todos los pisos de estudiante. Los asientos eran incomodísimos: podías elegir entre taburetes redondos de plástico sin respaldo, o una fila de cubos semi acolchados durísimos pegados a la pared desde los que tenías que girar el tronco 90° para poder ver el escenario.También el aire acondicionado estaba altísimo y dirigido directamente al público. A mitad de actuación les pedimos si podían bajarle la potencia, y dijeron que sí, pero lo que hicieron fue apagarlo 5min y volverlo a encender a la misma potencia.La puerta del baño no cerraba bien y no había papel.Durante el concierto, los camareros todo el rato iban y venían pasando por en medio, trayendo bebidas y cobrando. La pareja de delante se pidió dos cañas y también les cobraron 8€, así que entendimos que era el precio mínimo de cualquier bebida para asegurarse de que el cartel de su puerta se cumplía.La experiencia en el local hizo que se estropeara la experiencia general del concierto, por muy bien que lo hiciera la artista. No volvería ni aunque tocara mi grupo favorito.
