Whether you are a novice or a pro, the owners Michael and Natalia and other instructors do an amazing job in coaching you. They are all extremely friendly and teach with both patience and passion. Nivedita D'Huys: Really great academy. Michael and Natalia are great trainers and really passionate about what they do. I live that it’s in English and Spanish, which made it easier for me in the beginning. The classes are easy to follow and you can also train independently when you’re not in class. I also never felt intimidated by the people who had been doing it for years and training with them only made me stronger and more confident.

Ramiz Tairi: Been training here for 2 years already, started in the beginner’s class and now I participate in the more advanced class. It has been an amazing journey to see my fighting skills grow from scratch. The classes are small (5-10 people) and of high quality. The trainers really know what they are doing and explain a lot of theory, which I find very important - it is not just a hack-and-slash gym. The atmosphere is very good, and the participants come from all over the world, very multi-cultural – hence the classes are being given in English as well as in Spanish. Next to Thai Boxing/Muay Thai, there is also BJJ and Self Defense Class for the ones who like garbling or who don’t want to be punched 😉

Giuseppe Quevedo: Great gym, very complete with machines, dumbellss, rings, mats and great chill-out areas. Highly knowledgable coaches who provide a great training atmosphere. The only room for improvement I would see is perhaps in cleanliness of martial arts areas during peak attendance times (18h - 22h)

Brady Dubois: Great gym, followed the mma and kickboxing class. The instructors were very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge about the sport. The gym itself was very clean and they had great material including an octagon.

Andrea Nornes: Fantastic gym with new equipment, a very friendly staff and atmosphere, and an open environment without the machines being too close to each other as they often are in Barcelona gyms. Prices are reasonable as well. Only drawback is that it is closed on Sundays. For anyone who can survive without a Sunday workout I highly recommend XFit Eixample

Pau: Excellent gym! Friendly people and a good mix of different experience levels. Floor is good quality mat. I am doing boxing, but there are other types of stand-up and ground styles, check the schedule.

Even more personal feedback in the 1:1 classes which are priced fairly. You can go for a trial class before joining also. One small thing to improve would be slightly better opening hours but apart from that the gym is perfect.

Alex Y V: Awesome gym with exceptional instructors. Trained with Muay Thai instructor- Andres (for over 2 years) and now started BJJ with Jonás. Both very attentive and super professional. Great training atmosphere. Thank you team 💪🏽
Guido Gun: Good location, more equipped than regular 24h gym (full CrossFit area, tatamy and boxing equipment) . On the downside you pay 12€ to get in and the receptionist is extremely rude when it comes to the gym rules. Looks like they are doing a favor to let you train there.
XAVI: Templum it’s a gym where you can train martial arts (jiu-jitsu, mma, krav maga...) and also cross-fit. Very nice people with such a great atmosphere of kindness and respect. If you are looking for some kind of training mma, box or whatever I truly recommend you to go try this place. Good professionals and very nice circles. The prices: depending on the martial art or activity you’ll want to do prices might change. But APPROXIMATELY all are between 85-50€ (1 activity).

Pau Rotmar: Kung Fu classes are very complete and dynamic. I have been to many centers where a lot of movie nonsense is practiced. However, in this center you can see a serious Kung Fu, put into practice and applicable to combat. Highly recommended.
