Moe Khanaty: The worst service of my life and I've traveled across the world. They refused to serve me unless I have my passport (they wouldn't take a scan or a hard copy), yet when I went to Vodafone they didn't ask for it - clearly this is not a regulatory requirement. Then, when I came back with my passport they made me wait 30 min for a Sim card and served people after me. When I complained the man at the counter didnt care. I walked out and found Vodafone. They sold me a Sim card in literally 2 min without my passport and I was out the door. Vodafone is one one block away - don't bother with Orange - the company is absolutely useless thanks to its poor staff.

陳冠融: Worst customer service I have had in my entire life. I already paid 20 euros for 2 months (40GB a month). However, I cannot connect to the Internet with less than one month. The staff Mark asked me to pay for additional 5 euros for online customer service, but ended up with buying extra 16GB. He ignored the real problems and chooses to make me pay more. I tried to ask other employees for help, but they said that the only person I can ask is Mark. What’s going on with Orange? Never going to trust the company.

Trevor Kennard: we came here the second day of our first trip to Barcelona and the staff were extremely helpful and patient, since we didn't know the details of getting a pay as you go SIM for our phones from USA. highly recommend this location!! we had to go back due to unexpected extension of our stay and we were in and out with excellent service in 10 minutes! ¡muy bien! next time we're in Barcelona, we will be back at this Orange for our mobile phone needs! ¡muchas gracias!

Cassi Esteves: I have been to different stores in Barcelona and so far the staff is better in this one. They speak English, don't let you wait for too long and no BS trying to sell you something that don't suit you. I saw the good reviews and decided to go further from my home and I wasn't disappointed, worth it. I decided not to go with Orange at the end, I think they are quite expensive but it's nice to know you can go to this shop if you do have them as operator.

Rose Ward: They're really nice here but they need more staff and more breaks. I was waiting a long time and the person I saw was really tired. They did their best, I could see they were all tired. More staff needed.

Joel Peck: I bought a pay-as-you-go SIM card from this company. I found that it did not work to connect my laptop to the internet via a hotspot. I went to two different Orange stores, and they tried to sell me a contract, but otherwise wasted my time for several hours during four separate visits. In the end, I rang an English-language support line run by Orange, and I was told that hotspot is not supported on pay-as-you-go SIM cards provided by Orange in Spain. What??? Hotspot is a basic function of a smartphone. Nothing on the packaging of the SIM card indicated that it would not perform this basic function. Any reasonable person would assume that a SIM card would work for hotspot, along with other basic functions like voice calls, SMS, and internet access on the phone. The lack of any notice that the SIM card is not fully functional seems like a dishonest trick to induce customers to buy while under a false impression. Very bad Orange!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Buyers, consider buying your pay-as-you-go SIM cards from a more straightforward company.

Erin Donovan: NON NATIVE SPANISH SPEAKERS, BEWARE! I told the young rotund lady with short streaky hair--who assists customers at the kiosk--I needed the cheapest SIM card, the most basic one. On the touch screen, I thought I saw an option for 5-6 euros, but instead of letting me make my own selections, she started making selections on my behalf, which would not have been a problem if she had not taken advantage of me being a non native Spanish speaker. In the end, she selected a SIM card with the most basic features and charged me 30 euros for it. When I saw that price on the screen, I thought that couldn't be right and questioned her about it. She responded, 'Oh just put you pin number in'. I just assumed I misread the charge and input my pin like a fool. When I later inspected my receipt, I noticed I the charge. After contacting Orange customer support, several agents confirmed that I was grossly overcharged, but they said nothing could be done. Please, beware the company is dodgy, and the woman who assisted me is a thief. That POS is no better than a pickpocket!

JS Lawrence: After being treated so badly at Tienda Orange Napoles store I am most impressed with the service at this location. Natro(sp?) helped me and what a difference. He was energetic, polite and most helpful. Gave me exactly what I needed. 20€ for 2GB with international SIM card so I don't have to look for another SIM card while in EU. Thank you!!

B Z: terrible service, I arrived 5 minutes before closing time. The store attendent was sitting on his desk and was busy on his phone, when I ask him kindly for help he says me 'you should be more polite and greet him first'. Normaly it should be the store attendent whom is greeting the guest as soon as he enters the store, his colleague 2 desk further is also fighting with a costumer. seems like she came 20 minutes before closure, the store attendent were rude and not helpfull at all. If you close at 16Pm you close at 16pm, not 5 minutes before, if not change the opening hours, it's sad that people don't understand what a good guest service is, meanwhile we are paying their salary. About orange we are already 1.5months without internet, because they made a procedure mistake. A good advice don't come to this store and a beter one... don't take a contract with orange, to sign up it's all fine, once you have issues, then there is nobody to help you out and nobody cares

victoria beckha: The bad: my Husband had cell phone stolen from a cafe in Barcelona. The good: staff and help from Orange. Needed an inexpensive unlocked phone and a cheap sim for 4 more weeks in Europe. Despite some limited English, they answered all my questions, helped me pick a phone, unlock it, get my VAT taxes form and active the phone. Life savers in the middle of our European trip. Highly recommended!!!

Nikoleta Mougkasi: Me and my friend were waiting in queue for 30 minutes just to find out that the only staff member of the store, which is located next to Sagrada Familia, the biggest touristic attraction of Barcelona, spoke only Spanish and refused to even try to communicate in any other way but Spanish.

Anna-Mari Hatakko: Extremely slow & bad customer service. Employees are not friendly and in most of the cases they don't know how to help you even in normal issues. No one speaks English, so foreigners don't even bother to deal your things in this place. I would give 0 starts if it could be possible.

Tom: I was having problems with my orange Mundo sim/plan. Got help from a lady here who was all business and very knowledgeable - she got my problem fixed quickly and efficiently.

Brennen Smith: My review is based solely on my very quick experience with 1 customer service agent — after visiting another Orange store location to do an equipment return and being completely unhelped at the other location (separate review provided on that location’s Google maps page), I came here. Within 60 seconds the return was complete, a receipt provided, and I was on my way. I forget the staff member’s name, but she made my day brighter, for sure.

Erin Rowe: The service and attitude from most of the people who work here is very poor. I had one good experience when I first signed up, which was obviously a facade just to steal my money. There are so many fine print details that were never explained, a discount I never received and now my bills are getting higher and higher every month. When I try to resolve it, I get rude, condescending conversations. The customer service team needs a serious overhaul and a lesson on empathy.

Kristin steinarsdottir: Horrible experience. As a new costumer I was literally scammed by the salesperson Jenny. I order full service of internet and phone and wanted to get the new iPhone 13 pro but it was out of stock, me and my friend asked if could ad another phone ? (iPhone13 mini)for him also on the contract the payments are spread on 2 years. As I’m awaiting the phone to be back in stock Jenny calls my friend and does not contact me as the customer and says I have not enough credit to get my phone and i personally asked her to communicate with me and not my friend and how we could continue to resolve the problem and I waited a week for reply but she never responded. Now three months later I give it another try with another sales person “E” that was giving satisfying service. “E” confirmed that becaus of the iPhone mini for my friend on my contract is now impossible for me to get my phone. So in the end I have no new phone and this has not been resolved!

Julian Monti: I had few issues with Orange, impossible to solve by phone. I came here and solved all of them thanks to the support of Cathy. She is a real professional! I saw her spending an hour of time for explaining how a smartphone works to an old lady. She was kind and smiling all the time. Really admirable! She solved my issues with Orange just with a pair of calls. The best service one may expect.

Peter Burton: I went there to see if I could extend my service on a French SIM card. The agent, a male, was remarkably rude to the point of yelling at me and was probably wrong but who would know. I ended up going to Vodaphone. Great service and a much better plan. Avoid Orange.

Rami Abou Nada: Staff very helpful. Was spending 2 weeks in Spain so my wife and I opted for buying a local sim from orange to cover our trip data package and local emergency calls.

Antoine Berwart: Terrible service. They tell you that your wifi/fibra will be installed in max. 7 days but after 22 days nothing. They did nothing to help. The orange call centre is even worse. I ended up changing operator after 25 days waiting for nothing. I highly recommend to try some other operator even if they are a bit more expensive.

Arijit Dutt: Orange is the best pre-paid SIM to opt for when in Spain. 500 minutes+16GB on 5G @10euros/month, free roaming within EU and multilingual customer care in English, Spanish, French and German. Customer care even calls back if you give a missed call. They even provide new pre-paid connections at the point-of-sale, unlike Vodafone & Movistar. Happy sales guys and girls eager to help at their stores. Best service I have ever received in so many years👍

Olivia Bosch: Poor professional attention. I ordered a phone by call with identity to pick up with my passport and when arriving in the shop, the guy told me because my passport is not EU passport, they cannot hand in the phone to me even I pay onsite...which has strongly given a feeling of discrimination of the passport origin! Just imagine, with this theory, my country should limit all non - Chinese passports buying any phone nor buying a train ticket in the country. But my holly great country doesn't do this.

Eugene Lipunov: Orange offers SIM/WiFi cards, working all over the Europe - convenient for tourists to stay online. Yet registration procedure is a bit more complex then in Hong Kong.

Robert Chemtob: Some of the agents are very rude and all they want to do is sell, not help you with existing service. To get a number you'll need your passport.

Maciej Majewski: The staff is completely unprofessional. Went there 3 times to solve additional changes on my account and still didn't get any answers. Apparently promotional contract for the internet for 15 euro that I've signed costs 30 euro ant the staff acts like it s the most obvious thing in the world at the same time refusing to explain why the lie to customers. Avoid at any cost

Aaaa Hhhh: Dreadful staff. Avoid unless you like wasting your time. Because I live nearby and am an Orange customer, I have gone here 4 times to try and get information or get issues resolved. Every time, the staff have failed to provide even the simplest of answers and have been completely uninterested. I now just go to the Orange store on Carrer Pelai where the staff actually try and do their jobs and help the customer.

Other than that, they will advise you to call apple or the corporate number. To summarize, Not motivated to help and they give misinformation regarding the plans

I can get past this considering we're in Spain but the attendants at least shouldn't roll their eyes at simple questions like "how much does a text msg cost on this sim deal?" Luckily there was one sort of useful gentleman there to offset the extremely useless lady so still worth one star.

Robert S. Dezal: A bunch of liars and incompetent people. I was sold on purchasing fiber optic with Orange, a year commitment. I said multiple times I needed the technician to come fast, that was my condition before signing and they told me not to worry that it would take 2 days, that it was really fast, sometimes even day of, etc. 5 days later, no technician called or showed up. Typically spanish. They'll lie through their teeth to get your money and then, nothing. Their technicians are too busy doing Siesta all day and cannot come to your house to plug a simple router. Avoid this company.

Phineas Phog: Worst customer experience ever. There was only one customer before us when we entered but the staff continuously ignored us and kept serving ever that came in after us. I approached one of the staff when she wasn't serving anyone and she said to wait a minute, then after a minute went on to serve another person that entered after us! We walked out and found another phone store several doors down that greeted us as we walked in and attended to us with fantastic service within minutes. Orange sucks.

dave simpson: We needed a phone plan to call the US. We went to the mall to visit Orange for a service plan for our one month stay in Spain. We waited over one hour with only two other customers and two service people. I guess Spanish speakers get priority because we just sat uninformed and no friendly staff. When a third service man showed he cleaned up the showcase and numerous displays and finished his lunch before even opening his work station. We waited another 30 minutes. We explained our request and he struggled to understand even though his English was OK. He set up a plan charged our credit card and handed our cheap phone to us and waved the next customer forward with out any explanation. Our phone only accepted Spanish input and even our concierge could not unlock the phone for general use.. We could not use the phone and had to move to another city with our tour. We had no luck in exchange in any other city. What a waste of time and money... I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Choose carefully!!!

I got the wrong sim card, and when I returned and asked them about it they only said sorry but really didn’t care. Andrey Kulkin: The worst customer service I have faced The company has made a mistake and opened two the same contracts on my and wife’s name. They made me pay twice and promised to resolve the issue for 8 months, but never did. In the end they just advised to quit their services and leave it as it is. After that I still have received several bills and none of my claims have been even replied.

Gerry Roche: Bought an Orange prepay Sim yesterday in another Orange store which was now shut. My phone started rebooting so found this store and asked for assistance. Was very poorly treated. Corina Perjan: Worst experience I've ever had with a company. If you weren't informed about all the conditions when signing the contract, no worries, you'll find them out from your bank account... I wasn't informed about like 4 charges and different kind of fees. Yeah, they tell you that the installation is free, but then, you didn't ask about the service fee... They tell you that you have a discount when moving to a different tariff, but you never asked about the fee for doing that... Absolutely horrible, why would you ever want to trick your customers like that... Next time it'd probably be cheaper to hire a lawyer and a translator before signing a contract with them
