Scott: If you need to see a doctor for a prescription, etc, this pharmacy seem to get a commission for a private service that comes out to you (150 euros), when I asked for an alternative such as a medical centre I was told there is nothing like that. This is the second time over 2 years I have been there and been told to phone this private doctor and say the pharmacy name so that they get their commission. I ended up walking up the road to the next pharmacy and was told straight away there is a medical centre 500m away for free.

Claudia Goetsch: The one and only pharmacy I go to in this area of town. The customer service is excellent (the lady there is super nice and helpful) and the prices are good. They have helped various friends of mine out who needed medicines on their vacations, thus they are happy to help tourists and as well as locals. Five stars.

Ant da Ferreira: I have gone for bepanthol, they asked me if it was for a tattoo and I said yes and they gave me a special version for tattoos. My surprise is that when I get home the ingredients ARE THE SAME. And they have charged me more than 20 euros when the other one is worth about 15 euros. I'm from the neighborhood and I've been to this pharmacy other times but I won't go back, it's okay for everyone to take their profit, but not to be robbed and to be deceived knowing that the ointments are the same.
Response: The manufacturer, Bayer, markets the special tattoo cream, with a specific composition and texture for it, at a higher price than others of its own brand. If you have not opened it, you can stop by the pharmacy and we will replace it with another of the same composition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Fernando Maciá Domene: Yesterday I went to this pharmacy with a terrible impingement on my back. He just arrived at Euromed and I had to give 5 hours of class that afternoon and another 5 this Saturday morning, and I was very worried about not being able to concentrate due to the pain. A lady from this pharmacy was super nice. Although he couldn't give me prescription medications, he recommended a heat patch, Voltaren tablets, and ointment. It was great for me and although in the afternoon I still had some pain, this morning I was great and I was able to give my classes without problems, when the pain normally lasts three or four days. So a 10 for attention and getting what they recommended to me right. Thank you very much for an excellent attention!!!

Vina Michelle Mamuad: Pharmacists not that attentive and you cannot return and change what you’ve bought after 24hours even if you didnt open it yet, while other pharmacies, you can.

imfeelingpeachy: The girl who served me was really rude(curly dark hair tied up in a pony tail and wears glasses). Never cracked a smile, tried telling me that 120mg of fexozenodine is the maximum they have (which is not true, you have to probe them to give me a generic brand) and then never said thank you after we bought the medication, and instead talked to her colleague whilst serving customers. Worst customer service ever! Never stepping into Farmacia Nadal anymore.

Patricija Krage: Not sure why it’s stated that they are open 24/7, but this is not the case. I went there around 6 in the morning, in hope of being able to get what I needed, but I think they first open at 9.

Katie O Reilly: Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I have a prescription from Ireland which was refused in the past but after explaining, basically arguing with the pharmacist she handed me over the prescription, after loudly saying for everyone to hear what it was for. I am unable to stop taking this medication without consult, which I told her and it is when she gave it to me. I went in again recently to get the same prescription as they kept mine on file from the last time (I would not have gone back here, this was the only reason). The pharmacist was different but her service and attitude were as horrible as the first one. She seemed to enjoy fight with me, it was so upsetting and frustrating and despite them having my prescription on file, they refused to give it to me. Again, I explained I cannot be off this medication without consultation and she didn't care. I am now 5 days off a prescription she refused to give me that I am not allowed to be off. There is a pharmacy further up on La Rambla on the same side and they are so much nicer and accommodating, go there instead !

Designs by Liam: I called late on Saturday night as I had a baggage problem at the airport earlier and had to get an emergency prescription. The rudest most ignorant man answered the phone and said what do you want. Then he wouldn't answer my question. In fact he didn't even listen to my question. He Said I don't speak English and went on to say I am busy with customers right now in perfect English. I had a high opinion of this pharmacy now I wouldn't give it 1 star. I pay €250 per month for my medical and I know what they pay and this is the thanks and treatment you get. I am so furious now if I could give this pharmacy less of a score I would. He is the rudest man I have met for a while. If you see a man working in there turn around and leave.

Ari Chazan: Horrible service. Price gouging during covid. Will never go back. I bought some face masks there during the epidemic they were defective. They all immediately broke as soon as you put them on the face. When i tried to return them (same person, minutes later) they tried to insist that the masks were not defective. Although they easily tour in the person's hands.

Man on the phone couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions, interrupted me, and told me just to go the hospital if I was unsure about what medication I needed. The phone call lasted less than one minute. He was unwilling to give up 60 seconds of his time to answer one simple question.

Anthony Borgniet: Woman was rude, swearing. Asked me why I live in Spain but don't speak Spanish. Told me I need to change my face mask because it was dirty. Just a horrible person having a go at me for nothing.

Stefan Becker: The only place know of in the centre thats open when all the others are closed (24hrs?-dont know). Staff can speak english. Pretty big so they've got pretty much everything. Staff have always been nice to me. Saved me a couple of times.

Ana Zem: Awesome place! Loved the bee wax cream and the weed foot-cream. Lovely service as well, though I've never been. My sister works there, she can be nice. Plus they can offer more than ibuprofen

Pax Lopez: I wanted to go the pharmacy because I was curious about their own cosmetics brand so I went now thinking that it was open as they suppose to close at 10 pm. When I arrive just before 9.30 pm they told me they were closed so I could not come in. I beg them to help me because I was coming from far away to just buy the cosmetics and in their web says they close at 10pm. They treat me bad, very unprofessional, let me wait pretending they might just open to show me the products. Meanwhile an old lady came with a girl asking fir an emergency check of blood test as the lady was feeling really bad and they just didn’t even help her or comfort her but instead they ignore this lady in need. After seeing that I was sick to my stomach. When I ask them again to help me then just ignore me, so my time waiting was for nothing. I have never seen this in my life. Disgusting people, arrogant and cold hearted working in a place like this. Never again will even think to go there. Terrible place and people

Beatriz Stuckenschmidt Maues: Had an unfortunate experience. The gentleman on the night shift tonight was very unhelpful as I was hoping to find over the counter solutions for sinusitis. Sadly it is the only pharmacy in the area that is open late.

Here is the story of what happened: Beatriz wanted a product for sinusitis and we offered Sinex Sensi, sold without prescription. Beatriz also wanted a product from her country which we didn't have but we could order in less than 24h. We offered an alternative called Sinus, also sold without prescription. She finally bought some products and left. We tried to offer what we had at that moment of the night (1am) and our suppliers are closed and don't make deliveries. It is sad to see how clients complain all the time through Google but don't have the time to complain straight to us. We believe this is a trend and we have to face these anonymous and hidden critiques.

Shlowik: I’m from Barcelona and this is the most expensive pharmacy in this city. Just around the corner exist other options way more cheap. 30€ for sun protector that costs 18€ it’s a robbery.

Felix Ibañez Fanes: I order an eye drops for glaucoma --Duocop-- because they don't have it and they serve me another one --Cosop-- without warning and claiming it's the same. And no, it's not the same. The composition is identical but the Duocop is single dose (prevents eye infections) and is worth half the price. It wasn’t easy for them to serve me what I wanted, and I put the recipe down. The lady owner was especially stubborn. I will have to look for another pharmacy that will build me more confidence.

We are health care providers and would never change a medication that has already been prescribed. Ardeshir Mazaheri: Easy accessible 24/7 pharmacy with a good service. It is a must-know info for the citizens. I was there at 00:10 and there was a queue of 6 persons standing in front of me and it took around 15 minutes for me to reach the reception desk. These people came front different regions of Barcelona to get the medicine, so ist was already expected. The stuff are very friendly and speak english very well. I was being provided with different options as the methods of cure. Therefore the customers have a degree of freedom to choose one.

Albert C: It is always open which is nice if you have an emergency. However the prices are high. Expect to pay at least 15% more than the average of the surrounding pharmacies.

Marc Ramjee: It is a pharmacy that DOES NOT give the ticket, that is, you always have to ask for it, it is something very strong, your obligation is to ALWAYS give it! Mery Rivero: Very very very unpleasant, people like that should not work in a place like a pharmacy. I have gone with just enough money to be able to buy medication and they did not want to attend to me because I did not have enough to buy them a mask. They have a window from their counter to serve people outside and they have refused to use it. They have told me that either I bought the mask from them or they did not attend to me. It is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. I understand that without a mask you cannot enter, but in a time of emergency it seems to me a shame that having access to the window they did not want to use it. They have literally told me that if I wanted them to use the window to wait for me at the door for 40 minutes and that they would attend me then, and on top of that I was the only customer at that time, so it wasn't because they were busy serving people, they just didn't let them has given the will And now, to culminate, as I was leaving, the young boy was waving at me and boasting of his treatment towards me while the woman laughed at him. I don't have enough words to describe how unpleasant and rude they have been. Zero decency or empathy with a person who goes to a pharmacy for an emergency. I repeat, people like this should NOT work in a place like this. To both the woman and the young boy who have treated me like this, I hope you never see yourself in that situation and they treat you as you have treated me. If you read this, you should drop your face in shame. P.S. From what I see in the rest of the reviews, this is a problem that is repeated over and over again, how unpleasant, bordering, rude and disrespectful they are with customers. I don't understand how these people keep working there. When a person goes to a pharmacy, it's not for fun (especially at 9:30 p.m.), it's because they're not feeling well or have an emergency. The minimum that is expected of people who work there is a minimum treatment, I am not even saying pleasant, RESPECTFUL.

Austin Henry: I went to this pharmacy and asked for Ibuprofen (Advil). The pharmacist behind the counter produced a box with ten 400mg tablets and said it would be 7€ and 20 cents. I asked him if the 7€ price for 10 pills was correct and he said yes, so I left. I walked 3 minutes away and was sold a box of forty 600mg ibuprofen for 2€. Either the store has outrageous Advil pricing or they try to scam tourists. Either way, this is not a good business.

The reference you were given at the other pharmacy should be sold with a medical prescription ONLY. Our intention was to obey the law. Not to scam you or anyone else.

Nicole Staton: While visiting Barcelona I needed sunscreen and stopped by this pharmacy to pick it up. My Spanish is passable but the pharmacist offered to speak in English, which was very accommodating. She found me a bottle of sunscreen and rang it up. Only after I had paid for it was I astonished to find it had cost 22 Euros. 22! That's $36. I was appalled. I went back the next day to return it. Unopened with the receipt. The same pharmacist helped me, only she refused to speak English and spoke Spanish purposely too fast and when I asked her to repeat herself, she was condescending and rude. Needless to say, she refused to refund my money and I was left feeling insulted. In the end I had to leave the sunscreen at the hotel because I couldn't take it on the airplane. I encourage you to avoid this pharmacy and it's rude pharmacists altogether.

Florencia Urbani: Yesterday I had a tooth removed and I went with a swollen face to ask for the Ibuprofen 600 that the dentist had indicated. I went in to the store to purchase skin glue and all of a sudden I was approached by an old lady who spoke to me in Spanish and then changed to English when I responded that I didn't speak Spanish. She told me she was American and then told me a sob story about her mobile not working and that she needed to call her friends and asked to use my phone to call them, I told her no and she left. I asked the girl who was working behind the counter and who was Spanish and who was speaking fluent English to me if it was a scam and she said she did not understand what was said. Stupid liar.. it was obvious they knew each other and obvious that she understood what was being said to me

Steven Rosson: This pharmacy is basically a tourist trap / scam. I came in looking for ibuprofin and pointed to the Nurofen I saw behind the counter. The guy told me to talk to his colleague, who then told me she had something that would be "better". She then pulled me into a back room and explained to me that ibuprofin is a general anti-inflammatory and would thus not be very helpful for the muscle pains in my leg. Instead, she recommended an expensive combination of some random box of pills and a cream that I should rub on my leg. I asked to see the pill box and she reluctantly handed it over; it had "medicina homeopática" on the side of it. What kind of pharmacist tells someone that some homeopathic pills are going to be better at treating inflammation than an anti-inflammatory drug? Steer clear.

Rocio Oliver: Traumatic experience Yesterday afternoon I went to this pharmacy looking for a medicine I needed for today at 8 am, it was difficult to find so when they confirmed that they had it available I felt relief. The Dr. had sent me the prescription by email and they told me that they did not accept that format. As it was 7:30 p.m., I went to the CAP to try to speak with my doctor, but he was gone and I tried to contact Dr. so that she could send me the prescription in the required format. I was distraught and explained the situation to them. So far the way to proceed seemed correct to me, the medications should be treated accordingly. I was waiting outside the call of the Dra. Since at 9pm. the pharmacy closed. At 8:55 p.m. The Dr. called me and when I explained the situation to her, she immediately sent me the prescription in the required format. I went into the pharmacy, 8:57 pm, and they told me that they did not attend to me, that the computer was off, while they attended to other customers. Honestly, I almost burst into tears. I begged them to attend to me and the oldest man refused, insisting that they were already closed, even saying something like "go the people who come to give the tabarra late" while accompanying a neighbor to go out. Finally, the youngest pharmacist deigned to attend me and gave me the medicine, not without first blaming me for having missed his train. The only one who was respectful and empathetic was the girl. The treatment was not only unprofessional, it was also not humane.
