Carlos Peralta Martín: I really like the store. I went looking for a crested gecko. They have several and in the end I kept the most precious one (as you can see in the photo). The treatment is very friendly. They advise you and describe the care of the animal well. They make you feel comfortable, without putting pressure on you.

Laura Ramos: We are delighted, thanks to them we launched to have two pogonas and recently a corn snake. Their knowledge about reptiles is infinite and they are always willing to help with any problem that arises and to find a solution for our reptiles. We buy all the live food from them and they explain to us how to maintain it. We have also bought the terrarium. They have good prices. A perfect business for us who, although we live relatively far away, do not change. Carmen and Ángel are both passionate about animals and it shows. The animals they have are super well cared for.

Joan dk: I have bought live food for geckos, zophobas, good price and good size. They have reptiles for sale, chameleons, pogonas, geckos etc. Live food, dark crickets, zophobas, fruit flies, etc. They seem to be specialists in reptiles and the attention has been good. But little cleanliness in the store, very bad smell and some carelessness with animals. If you go by car... Bad area to park.

Xavier Lopez: I bought a canary as a male and after two weeks of joining him with the female we realized that they fought a lot. I took it to a specialized and very trustworthy store and they realized that it is female too. I called to comment and they made me change to a male and when I arrived at the store and introduced myself, the clerk very rudely tells me that they do not make change because it was sold as a male and that they do not sell me more birds. After making the return and telling him that they are not ways to treat a client and of course I do not recommend it nor will I ever return.

Rotem Ben- David: This place is dangerously good. Came in to buy my doggie a new bed and ended up buying half of the store.
Jack Waller: Careful this company do not refund any items. I bought a cat box and tried to return within 5 minutes of buying it. They point blank refused and would only give credit and not my money. I explained I have rights to the refund but they still refused. Staff were ok, but their company policy is wrong.

Laura Hurtado: The fav place of my dog in Bcn. They are very friwndly and always help wit any question you might have. Plus the shop is very complete with all the assortment you might need for your pets. Awesome place, we always come back to buy some snacks or the plaque or what ever we need for pets wise. 100% recommended. Plus they have a socio subscription.
Mörgan Früsher: This store was good at the beggining of the year...now, they dont have nothing, especifikly, cat sand....they just have toys for pets, nothing more....I think they change for bad because even the employees treat you like making something special for you but they just have to make an inventary and ask fir the things the store dont have.

Joel Pani: We went to this store to learn a bit about fish tanks and fish (without a clue) and ended up with an aquarium and 25 fish. The staff we have dealt with (Domingo and Gisela) have very good knowledge and are very nice.
MARIA DEL MAR GONZALEZ PAEZ: Today I went to buy things for my dog and my rabbit like other times, but I had the bad luck that the girl who charged was the rudest and most unpleasant person, coming to disrespect. A tall, dark-haired girl. But the fact is that while he was waiting he had already heard her speak despotically to some customers who asked him what the product was asking for when they left. A shame as he has treated me, the people waiting in line were hallucinating. I have no complaints about another girl who was in the store with glasses, nor about other guys from other times.
Tania: Very complete as a chain in terms of brands of animal food and accessories but little concerned with animal welfare. Today there was a dead rabbit in poor condition, being trampled by the others and no one paying attention to them. And as for the fish (different species and different tanks) with quite a few dead and some sick about to die, mixed among the others. They should be more aware of the conditions in which they keep the animals, and not just to sell and be in front of the public. They are lives. For this reason, the sale and exploitation of animals in chains (or at least controlled and cared for) should be prohibited. Go business. I hope people are aware.

We went back after 2 months and they had another even smaller one, it slipped when trying to stand up... A shame really, it should be forbidden to sell them so young

Irene Cotrina: We liked very much this particular branch of the Kiwoko chain. The place is well stocked with all kinds of products for pets, we could find several dog food brands without grain and treats as well. The prices were very good and we were treated very well from the stuff.

Альбина Садыкова: When you buy puppy from crate like this you should remember that you buying dog with psychological disorders from young ages. Human babies at this ages are not left alone, and same story with dogs. The puppy is not yet ready to be separated from mom due to age. Puppies don’t know how to be alone. This is not included in THEIR basic settings, because in past they needed to stick together in order to survive. So if you don’t want in future your dog being destroying all the house every time being at home alone and every time when you closing toilet door, you shouldn’t buy dogs from crate. They already have psychological issues and usually it’s very hard to fix even for professionals. Without systematic classes of teaching to be alone, the dog will think that his/her owner, (who has gone for even five minutes), is leaving forever. And it will always be experience of existential horror. Because of this, up to 3.5 months, it still impossible to leave puppy alone for more than an hour. Puppies in this shop are much younger. Don’t buy anything here in order to stop supporting this seller
Anna Rakoczy: Shocking! They keep puppies in scandalous conditions - glass cages with some straw. Dogs up to 3 months must spend time with their mother and in the herd, where they learn correct behaviors, otherwise they can be mentally distorted, fearful and aggressive!!! Anyone - make them stop!
Response: Dear Mrs Anna Rakoczy, We are sorry to hear your negative opinion, but our puppies are in perfect conditions. We keep them safe and healthy because it is our priority. We fulfill all the legal measurements in our shop, including the space where they are kept during the short stay they have here. Moreover, we need to explain, that our puppies spend 2-3 months with their mother, and just a short period in our facilities, were we still keep a strong control on them, including socialization plans, as part of our professional Vet advice and our strong and proved experience in the business. It is strong proved by our customers, our puppies later have a perfect and healthy life.
E. A.: if you love animals DO NOT BUY THERE! They keep puppies in glass boxes and guineapigs alone in a cage - they should never be alone and the puppies are too young to be away from the mother.

Fran Gavilan: They tend to cut and paste the same reply to negative comments that people leave. Anyone who loves animals should not buy in this shop. Dogs kept in a glass cages, you wouldn’t keep your pets like this so why would you tolerate others doing it? Don’t support the business of this shop
Response: Hello Fran. Our replies are always diferent, for each case, like this to your negative comment: We don't have glass cages in our shop. We fullfill all the Law requirements (Generalitat de Catalunya + Ajuntament de Barcelona), and we keep our animals short stay in our facilities in legal spaces that are daily cleaned, climatic controlled, they have human interaction +3 times per day, suppervised by our Vet all the time, etc. We have been in this business since 1880 in Barcelona, that is 140 years now, and 4 generations of our family. We love animals, and this why we are good at what we do, as can be seen on all the other positive comments left also here, plus all our experience in the business. We offer also a big range of products and accessories for animals, and we have a good indidualized customer service, and that is the reason why people who loves animals as we do, trust us.
