Juveria Shah: Amazing experience, Guido even knows about”Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” 😂. He let us take time to get comfortable with all the equipments, teaching us everything about them. We chose option d, he picked us up from Barcelona and drove us to Costa Brava. We spent around 40 minutes in the swimming pool getting comfortable with being under water and then took a boat to the middle of the bay. When we got into the water I panicked, but Guido was patient with me let me stay in the boat and took my partner for a dive. After sometime he came up spoke to me and once I was comfortable he took me in and we slowly descended down. It is a life changing experience and I’m glad to have done it with BCN diving 🤩🤩

Gordon Lamrock: This was my first time diving with BCN, and I went to L’Estartit with Guido. He’s a terrific dive lead, passionate about his sport, and terrific to talk with for the long drive up Costa Brava (he also speaks five languages, including English, so that was lucky for me). This company is well organised, and I love their weekly WhatsApp update that tells you what’s on offer for the next week. For a modest fee, they include transport from their Barcelona office (which is brilliant for those of us without cars). I only rented a wetsuit, but they have a full locker of kit to cover whatever you need.

Michael Sullivan: Guido was an awesome instructor, and extremely accommodating. He provided transport for me to and from the dive site and Barcelona, and we talked extensively about my experience, comfort levels, typical problem areas, etc. I felt in very safe hands. The dive itself was great. Guido knew the area well and pointed things out that I would have otherwise missed. I mentioned that I had yet to see an octopus while diving, and he was able to spot two! He also provided some nice GoPro pics/footage after the dive, which was a really nice touch. This was a terrific experience, and I definitely recommend it!

Kristen Thomas: My husband and I dove with BCN Diving this week and had a wonderful time! Transportation from the dive shop in Barcelona to the dive sites in Lloret de Mar was super convenient, as was equipment rental. The sites exceeded expectations: clear water, a lovely view of the shore, lots of marine life, and interesting underwater terrain. And our guide Guido did a great job tailoring the experience for newbie OW divers.

Jai Ratadia: It was all amazing! Very good instructors and very kind as well. We were briefed properly and the dive spot was also amazing. The water was a bit cold but that is nature for you. It was just our group, the 3 of us and 2 instructors, which made it a very personal and memorable experience. We did two dives, one shore dive and one boat dive. Each of them lasted for approximately 30 minutes. The ride from the BCN diving shop to Lloret De Mar (the town for the dive spot) was included in the price which was very convenient. The car journey was smooth and the car was also very comfortable. It is a ethereal experience to see the underwater world and move away from the busy city and there is no one better to do it with than BCN diving, especially for first timers.

NIKOLAOS KONTAXIS: If you don’t speak Spanish you better avoid it. I had to wake up at 6 a.m. in order to get myself there and as soon as i arrived the guy told me that based on my poor experience i can not dive with the rest of the team (just one person would dive with me) despite the fact that i had explained this to him beforehand. He gave priority to the other person for no reason. They didn’t offer an alternative plan, they didn’t have one more instructor to dive with me. Totally unprofessional
Toon Weyens: Neglected facilities and no attention for the customers. Bad equipment. Rude treatment. They let you wait in the burning sun for an hour and a half. Basically an unfinished building site, or a ruin. Only good thing is that the instructors are really awesome. Thanks a lot to Evan for making the drive great after all!

Paolo Bassetti: PROS: The two instructors were nice, competent and friendly; equipment was OK and properly working, as far as I can understand. Small group (3 person each instructor) CONS: The water in BCN was extremely dirty and "dusty". I could barely see my friends a few meters away. No fish, just slimy rocks. Would have probably been a much more interesting experience if done a few km away from BCN

Larz Larz: Well, I’d say it wasn’t worth it, The team made us walk in the sun like 20 minutes from meeting point to the beach, then we waited a lot of time in the sun (was extremely hot) Preparations and guidelines were all made in the sun, like 1-2 hours. The team should do something about it…the sun thing was nightmare The experience itself was rly bad, the ear pressure was very uncomfortable. I won’t recommend this to anyone sorry Note: the team is very friendly, they are cool and understanding…I loved them

All the others at medusa dive, actually everyone i’ve met there, is so helpful. Jordi is always up for a joke and to lighten up the mood, Carlos is supporting everyone with everything and Yanis can tell you anything about project aware, diving against debris and general environment issues. Andrei SE: Had a great time and the whole experience was really nice. Marta was very patient with me, safety was always top priority so it made the experience even more relaxed. Went to Palamos and the things we saw there were really beautiful, a lot of flaura and fauna, and nice rock formations. Fernando Serra: Incredible experience, although it is true that it is exhausting, time flies. I was lucky enough to take the Open Water course with Dani Grau and the experience has been unbeatable. He gave us the necessary guidelines to be able to dive on our own without the need for help, in just a few dives. Always aware of us and helping us only when necessary, letting us make an effort until we progress gradually. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you Dani for your work and for transmitting your passion for diving as you do!

Ruben Moreno: I speak as a non-customer because I have not bought anything. I cannot comment on the quality of the courses they teach but they are surely good. If I can say that the material they have for sale is from proven brands and the store is cool. But what I can also say is that I have gone to buy a diving suit and what the girl has told me very kindly and with all the education in the world is that if I wanted to try it on I had to pay € 30, they do it because there is a lot of "supposed buyer" that goes, tries on the suit and after seeing the size that fits him he buys it online and if I kept it they would deduct the € 30. Each one runs their business as they want, but they have to understand that there are more brands of suits in the market and that each body is different and each manufacturer makes their sizes and the ones they sell may look bad and you can decide to go to another place to buy another brand that suits you and in the end it will cost you € 30 more? It seems to me a bad mechanism and a driving away customers. Still, thanks for everything and best regards.

Ivan Gomez: Blaumar Dive center offer Snorkeling. Forget it! they let you alone in the middle of the ocean without guide and very few safety precautions while the others go diving.
Response: Good morning We are very sorry for the misunderstanding that occurred when deciding on the activity. However at no time was it asked that snorkelling was to be an option included in the boat ride before leaving the docks. During the trip, he asked if it was possible to go with a mask and snorkel, which is an service we do provide for our clients while divers are in the water, however at this moment there were complications due to issues of distances restrictions in regards to the safety lifebuoy. We ask to please be understanding for any confusion that this incident may caused. Again, we do apologize if this was not explained with absolute clarity from the beginning that the activity which we had scheduled for that day was specifically a diving trip with tanks. We do understand we are not infallible and we appreciate your help in aiding us with any deficiency that we may have. Claudia Martinez: Incredible experience doing a baptism for the first time! Everything is great, you have a very cheerful and friendly team, which explains in detail everything you have to do so that everything goes well, they help you at all times. My instructor, Claudia, was the best of the team, she was at my side at all times, checking that I was okay and guiding me through places with wonderful views under the sea! We had a brutal day, with winning to repeat and even to do the course to be able to do dives. I recommend it 100%, it is an incredible feeling and sensation, of peace, like being in another world. Laura P: Great experience with the Posidonia Dive club! I was only in Barcelona for a few days, but I could enjoy an exploratory dive off Sant Andreu de Llavaneres (very accessible by train). A very simple and warm welcome. We left by boat and there were not many of us. Visited a wreck, with a nice diversity of species (especially nice schools of Baracudas!). Thank you for your spontaneous welcome. Special thanks to Pau who offered me very good diving memories. I will come back!
Damian Renshaw: My experience at Posidonia Dive was excellent. I completed my basic dive with Claudi and my open water with Leticia who were both great teachers, making me feel comfortable and safe through their guidance and knowledge. I highly recommend this center to anyone. I can’t wait for my next dive!
Joan Guisado i Gámez: One of the greatest diving centers close to Barcelona. Stuff is very nice and willing to make you feel comfortable. My fav spot for diving is called "Sanctuary", an old fish farm now sunk in the sea. As fishing is forbidden in the area, it is usually full of fishes. It also has huge lockers which are handy when lots of people are changing at the same time. It also has tables and chairs, so you can have something to eat or drink after your diving. A 🔝 center!
Irapuã Santos Ribeiro: Friendly and experienced team. Made my dive super easy, even with the strong currents that we had today. Very good price-quality service.
Hugo Casillas: My favorite Diver center near to Barcelona, Spain. The monitors and instructors are very profesional. I recommend 100% this center. You should ask for Xavi Who has more than 30 years as expert and monitor.
Viktor LOOSZ: They were very nice and welcoming. They speak English, recommended.
ADRIAN ARIAS: Good diving center in Mataró. Full equipt with bathroom, boat service, diving equipment to rent. Staff was extraordinary attentive. On the boat they offered warm soup (it was fresh dive). Parking discount. If you live in Barcelona is good spot to practice before the season starts.

Xavier Torradas: Excellent team of professionals. Good people, good facilities, boat a few meters from the dive center, transfer of bottles to the boat. A good work team. Those responsible, Leti and Miguel, welcoming, Xavi, a true professional and excellent treatment, Pol, the youngest, also a good professional and very pleasant. In short, a fully recommended diving.
