veronica campana: C'è un po' di tutto, soprattutto bicchieri, Pentole, posate.. Qualche lampada, vari oggetti per la cucina.. I prezzi sono ok e si può trattare. Ci sono anche degli specchi. Al piano superiore ho visto delle sedie soprattutto.È un po difficile muoversi dentro perché è stretto però in altri punti si cammina bene.

She spent a lot of time with us to help us find just the right thing for our needs. The transformation of the chairs after she and her team restored them is awe-inspiring. Al final del plazo, y justo en este momento, nos informan de que la entrega se demorará dos meses más por problemas con un proveedor. Nosotros hemos cumplido al pagar, pero ellos no respetan sus obligaciones. Y sólo nos piden disculpas por las molestias, y no nos proponen ninguna indemnización por tener nuestro dinero más de cuatro meses ni por obligarnos a cambiar los planes. Lamentable.

Deprés d molts mails, trucades..i veient q no et deixes timar, quan demanes q et retornin els diners, accedeixen a portar.ho sense suplement (diuen els d la botiga q ho assumeixen ells..). Evidenmemt, deprés d tot el calvari, arriba amb moltes setmanes de retràs i pensant q mai més tornarem a comprar en aquesta botiga. Ricard: Nunca había comprado un mueble en Habitat y nunca lo volveré a hacer nunca más. Aparte de que ni la web ni el proceso de compra ni la atención al cliente está disponible en catalán, resulta que si no te registras antes y realizas la compra como invitado, no recibes ninguna confirmación de compra. Una vez recibido el mueble (un escritorio) al cabo de 10 días (no tienen stock debe venir de Francia), una madera de la esquina del mueble está dañada (defecto de fabricación). Para devolverlo haciendo uso de la garantía (según sus instrucciones), me exigen que desmonte el mueble, lo envuelva de nuevo en el embalaje original y que se lo envíe a mi cargo. No lo haré para evitar más problemas, pero nunca compraré más.

Hossein Rajabi: Compré una mesa de comedor, después de recibir la mesa con retraso, tiene daños en el costado de la mesa y un rasguño, después de contactar al servicio al cliente responden que necesito esperar 2 meses para el reemplazo, después de 2 meses, ahora ellos responder es que tengo que esperar otros 4 meses para el reemplazo.Es una pena que Habitat cobre mucho dinero sin atención al cliente.básicamente es una pérdida de dinero

S. Fernández: Un truño como un puño!!He ido a devolver un pack de servilletas y no me han querido hacer la devolución porque dicen que no hacen devoluciones. En ningún sitio (tiquet, cartel informativo en caja, etc) pone que no hagan devoluciones.Les he comentado a las dos "señoracas" de la caja que por qué no lo dicen cuando compras, y su contestación ha sido "haber preguntado". Para qué estáis en tienda si no es para informar? DigoTela marinera...os vais a pique amigos!
j arm: Más de 8 meses después seguimos sin la cama. Ahora la pieza tiene las tuercas integradas pero los tornillos facilitados no son los que tocan, son más cortos y no sirven. No son los correctos. Habéis alcanzado el máximo grado de incompetencia posible, primero faltan los tornillos, después faltan las tuercas en la piecero, después se ha de pedir la pieza a Francia, después los tornillos resulta que no son los correctos. Y claro entre medio que si fulanito ya no trabaja en la empresa y dejó la incidencia a medio resolver, que si me voy de vacaciones pero le dejo el tema encargado a una compañera pero ha pasado del tema, etc, etc. Llevamos así camino de los 9 meses desde la fecha de compra, para Habitat suministrar una cama es más complejo que la gestación humana, son incapaces de suministrar la cama. Os da igual, ya habéis cobrado, si fuesen vuestros hijos los que tuviesen que dormir en el suelo seguramente mostraríais más eficacia y profesionalidad, creo que entre unos y otros no podéis ser más incompetentes. Solo hay que montar una cama, para Habitat parece que es demasiado complejo.

xabier balza: Cliente desde hace años, estoy indignado con el servicio actual. Desde junio esperando una mesa que estaba "en stock". Han venido ya 3 veces sin piezas, piezas rotas, y hoy me dejan la última pieza en casa SIN MONTAR, habiendo pagado el montaje. Cada vez la misma discusión con la empresa de montaje. Absolutamente NO recomendable en 2022. Una lastima porque era una gran marca con muy buen servicio.
Chris Dottie: Pagué mucho dinero por una mesa de comedor y sillas hace más de 6 meses, todavía no ha llegado. Terrible servicio al cliente que nunca me contacta de manera proactiva y solo responde constantemente que el proveedor dice que llegará "el próximo mes".

But I was surprised when I saw the price: €20 had risen and after the discount the price remained as before. They hadn't even bothered to remove the old label. That's the Habitat sale hoax. Of course don't buy it.

Hossein Rajabi: I bought a dining table, after receiving the table with delay, it has damage on the side of table and scratch, after contacting the customer service they respond as I need to wait for 2 months for replacement, after 2-month pass, now they respond is I have to wait for another 4 months for replacement.It's a shame that Habitat charges a lot of money without customer care.it's basically a waste of money
