La persona que realizó el mantenimiento, seguramente al abrirla, rompió dos puas interiores de la carcasa y despues al volver a montarla ya no quedó bien ajustada. Ademas del mecanismo de marcha atras estropeado, que siempre habia funcionado estupendamente.No pienso volver nunca mas y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Pilar Lagunas Jariod: Hace dos años o un poco mas, lleve mi maq1uina de coser Alfa para que la revisaran y la pusieran a punto.Era casi nueva. Quede muy contenta con el trato de las personas que me atendieron en cuanto a la puntualidad del trabajo, el importe que tuve que abonar y me dejaron la maquina como una seda. El sabado a las 10 de la mañana tuve un lapsus simplemente me quede bloqueada con utilizar una simple palanca, necesitaba utilizarla, llame a la tienda a la persona que me atendio le explique mi"problema" intento solucionarmelo haciendome unas preguntas pero yo le dije que quiza seria mejor desplazarme con la maquina. Me dijo que si encantada. Fui y en un momento se me soluciono el problema. Es de destacar la amabilidad de estas personas, por desgracia, de hoy en dia, te quedas un poco perplejo, la amabilidad parece que haya desaparecido, Que sigan asi es un servicio digno de recomendar. Les pido que me hagan un presupuesto ya que la mi madre le tiene mucho cariño a esta máquina y se niegan.Su respuesta fue que comprara una nueva y que me ofrecían 50 euros por la mia, ( no entendí si no vale para reparar porque les interesaba tanto).Al final decidí llevarla a otro sitio para una segunda opinión y milagro, máquina reparada por 40€ y en perfecto estado.Ahí lo dejó, sobran las palabras...
