Steve Edwards - Sitivi: A unique shopping experience. It is all service, demo, inducement. I would simply not shop for technology in Europe. The euro is much too strong against the against the Canadian dollar. The life size touch screen clerks are straight from the uncanny valley and left me feeling attracted yet manipulated. The red robotic arm demonstrating its various adapters in the front window is a stopper.

In October 7, 2021 - I bought a TV (SAMSUNG) in the MEDIA MARKT store. I paid 799,00 EUR for the TV and a 3 year guarantee (Domestic and General) for 84,99 EUR. The total price was - 883,99 EUR!!! The TV has not been opened at the MEDIA MARKT store, and has not been verified when sold in the MEDIA MARKT store. Upon arrival home, I opened the box of TV, and I did not even remove the protective parts from the TV, because I noticed that the TV was broken (the screen was broken)!!! I asked MEDIA MARKT to return me the total amount - 883,99 EUR for the TV, and 3 year guarantee. MEDIA MARKT refused to return the funds and told me to contact the insurance company (Domestic and General)! The insurance company (Domestic and General) refused to return the funds and told to contact the MEDIA MARKT store. This store and the service, and the insurance are scammers!!! Be aware!!!

Nataliya Gusyeva: Cool place, can see all the product line in one place. A bit not comfortable trying things on the first floor, had to stand the time I could. There are seats there, but you can’t take the gadget with you. I wanted to try drowning pen, and it’s not easy to stand, especially when there are a lot of people moving by you. There is the second floor, more for games, tv. Also there is a huge seating zone, almost free on the second floor. People buy products, and get detailed consultation there. I also want people be aware of the glass stares inside. They are nice, but dangerous. Also, interesting thing. I was forbidden to unlock my phone with Face ID!!!

DK Lo: Absolutely gigantic and, as much as I don't want to admit it because I'm not a fan of Apple products, beautiful building with a ton of space for the Apple diehards. We were here on vacation and my wife's phone stopped working. Fortunately it was just a very simple case of operating system glitch, but I personally am very appreciative that we were able to be set up with someone that can help us through the issue, however simple it turned out to be, within a very short amount of time period. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. They are nice and polite, and provide a relatively accurate time with regards to when we will be attended to.

Date Company: Disgusting service. The staff is absolutely not friendly, feels like they’re doing a favor paying attention to clients. I came to buy a phone, the consultant asked which one I want and after 45 minutes of waiting it turned out that it was out of stock. She couldn’t answer when will it be available, other options or places to make a purchase, she was really annoyed to answer questions. By the way the consultants English level was below average as well. I’m surprised and upset by such an atmosphere in Apple Store.

The 26th I was informed it would be replaced by a new product; obviously I was happy with the service up until then. Ever since I have gotten in contact 3 times to ask about the status and they were not able to answer me on either one of the occasions. It actually isn’t a problem for me still, but the fact that nobody can inform me on how long this is going to take or can’t even bother to try, just amazes me. Unfortunately hospitality seems to be far gone at large commercial corporations. The latter time I wasn’t even able to get in contact with the actual store whilst technical support advised me to ‘send an e-mail’. Last generation Apple products I’ll use, not because of the product but because of the service.

Sergio GARCIA PEREZ: They told me that rust and corrosion in a 9month 1300€ is normal and not a problem, and threat me that if they take the phone to repair, even under warranty, if they break it or don’t fix it they will not return the phone to me but that instead I will need to pay more than 950€ to have a new one! Just return my phone if you don’t want to repair it! And they were aggressive. On top of that, Very bad technical support and customer attention. I came with an appointment and told me to wait…. And waited 30mins! Very disappointed by this store and by apple.

Larisa N. Schlechta: Customer support below average. You need to interact with multiple employees for a basic info and you’re asked to wait until they finish with the current customer. You patiently wait for 20 minutes only to get ignored because for others - usually for Spanish speakers. 3 days in a row, the same situation. The AC working at it’s lowest with over a hundred people inside so you basically visit a smelling sauna with ill-mannered employees. Worst Apple Store experience so far.

mina: Strolled around here a little today. They had a few Kpop Albums but no really new realeases. athe english book section was also quite underwhleming for people who like to read Adult Fantasy. Nonetheless they had a pretty good amount of english books. Vinyls and comics were also among many. Bought some cool calendars for 2022-2023 where there was a wide variety. The checkout was quite chaotic since no one really knew where we were able to pay.

Le Cool: Always a great place to shop and find what you need and discover some more (if they have it). Staff is usually always very helpful, although it might depend on the person in charge of the section (I asked for a game they'd had a few weeks earlier and the guy there couldn't be bothered to check when or if they'd have it again, leaving me no option but to go elsewhere). Yesterday cashier lines were a bit out of hand, specially after closing the section direct payment points a bit more that an hour before closing; that increased line times noticeably. Nevertheless, although cashiers were stressed, they managed to give a good service regardless, without rushing the customer as you pay your items, which was nice at least.

Anna Star: I had a very good experience with this store. I got help when choosing air purifier, home delivery was very fast. I also ordered blender with in-store delivery. Everything fast and easy.

Bruno Finco: Both seller and cashier told me or tricked me I could change for another computer or get a refund if it wasn't the right fit for me and that's why I bought it. I did not like the computer, and when I came back. Their answer? "Sorry, we cannot do anything." I understand if the store does not do that. But once two employees tricked you into that and you bought the computer, a solution should be found.

LoOney Vladimir Markovic: This Fnac is big! But the offer is kinda limited. There are no non-Spanish comics (or I couldn't find them), cds and blu-rays are pricey. Action figures' prices are good but the figures are so random. Vinyl pop fans will probably find much more diverse stuff.

Juan Carlos Lifante Mena: Store not recommended. In other Tien 21 stores they sell the cheapest products. And my personal experience today I bought a fan and my surprise. When I removed the seal from the box I realized that all the screws had already been manipulated out of their bag and also the rest of the components. And once you pay, forget about changes.

Annabel Roche: The one in the store, attentive and charming. The carriers, some louts. They have arrived two hours later than announced, they have entered the house without a mask, they did not have change even though they knew I had to pay them and they have not been able to answer any questions about the appliance. They are gone without even finishing removing the packaging. That's where you fix it, ma'am.

Javiera Puentes: I bought a Rowenta fan. On the same day of purchase, it shorted several times. I took it to the store (at the sale, they told me a 2-year warranty), but the owner just plugged it in and turned it on and, since it didn't fail, he told me it worked fine. After much insistence, he offered me to order the same. I came back the next day and they had brought another model, of lesser value. I left him my fan for inspection. The next day the owner told me "I have had it on here and it works fine". I claimed that if a new appliance shorted out in my house and in several different outlets, the warranty covers the technical review, but he refused and I had to take the defective product with me. I'll have to take it myself to a technical service, new. I always try to buy from this store to favor small businesses and not big chains, but I will never buy there again. It's your word against mine, but I know it's not safe to use it as is. A pity, I will not return and I do not recommend it. To sell no problem, but you have to respect the customer.

Manuel Mendizábal Fernández: I bought a fridge a few days ago in the store. The guy who served me was correct and polite. The problem came the next day when they had to bring the fridge home. Supposedly we agreed that they were going to come from 12 to 14 and they were going to call me beforehand to let me know. To my surprise no one called me. I had to call several times and in the end they didn't even pick up the phone, which in my opinion leaves much to be desired on the part of the company. In the end, the delivery man got the wrong house and tried to deliver the fridge to a neighbor. Luckily this neighbor knows me and informed the delivery man where my house is and thanks to this the issue was resolved. After calling several times and leaving a message on voicemail, I'm still waiting for Tien21 to call me with an answer or now an apology. I would like to give you some advice: when you have a problem with a client, you talk and solve it, but not answering the phone when you knew that I was calling makes you look very bad. I will certainly not shop there again.

Roger Norimaki: I bought a gift of about € 150 and it turned out to be defective, they changed it, nothing to say, however I do not put 4 or 5 stars for two reasons: first because the experience of a defective product seems repeated in this store, second because the person Oriental that they have there does not have a profile to serve the public. Alirio Barboza: Excellent variety of Brands, quality and fair price in White Line, and varied electrical appliances. Very good customer service with advice on the best choice adjusted to your budget.

Line Noise: Absolutely terrible customer service both in store and online. The staff take absolutely no responsibility for the company's actions; it is nearly impossible to contact them on the phone. And they simply don't deliver what they promise. In my case it was TV - meant to be delivered Thursday morning and didn't come. Still hasn't arrived. DO NOT BUY from MediaMarkt if you can help it. You will regret it if you do. I am only giving them one star because zero is impossible.

George Mykh: I just bought a ventilator from mediamarkt that was faulty. As soon as I arrived home I realised that one of the pieces didn’t go together with the ventilator, so I went back to the store and not only the staff was not apologetic they did not offer me another ventilator nor a compensation for unnecessary travel that I have done and 2 hours of my time. It’s bizarre that people still do business like that. At least they didn’t spit me in the face.

ADRIAN ARIAS: Horrible. Hardly rice tags a lot of demo but nothing on stock on mice for example.was looking for staff but all busy.Ambient is not the nice for browsing. Just go there for what you need and leave.

Marianne McDade: Unfortunately they are often out of stock of what you might need and the staff seem a little overwhelmed with the amount of customers to be helpful. I recommend calling ahead to find what you are looking for or purchasing online.

David Rodríguez: Book and technology store. All products have details and the store is well organized and tidy

Yann McM: A little gem of a cafe\restaurant with beautiful breakfast\lunches presented like works of art at around €10-12 it's quite reasonable for what you get. Friendly staff, very cosy & thoughtfully decorated with some pieces of furniture dating from the turn of the century. The music is carefully curated and at the perfect volume. With more tables & sofas in the back there's plenty of space for a group of people. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻

Cristina Rubio: The attention is slow. I waited for someone's attention almost 20 minutes and no one was around. It seemed like shop assistants were like organizing things. This particular situation gave me time to look for the same phone in another store and yes, I went to other store from another brand and end up buying it.

Magdi Fahed: Dear Sir, Why I am not rating here low becuase I am comparing to other Fnac store around the world. I have visted other branches around the world 2 or 3, and I found more products, more help and attention from staff. While I have faced difficulty here to get answer and advice for one question. I know that if you do not get what you want Fnac will tell you how to get it. I am pretty sure that the store is one of the best for products, especially electronic.

Reda Haddou: Most of the staff is not knowledgeable about the products although the facility is filled with technologies. Another big problem is that on top of that, they refuse to let you try some adapters checking if they fit. Rather, they are more interested to make you settle and buy the product even if they are not sure it’s compatible. I had to come back a second time to ask about the USB-C the responsible assured compatible with my micro SD Card. Instead, I would initially rate this a 1 star but fortunately a merchandise expert lady helped me find the correct adapter.

Daniel W: Located in a mall, so big you won’t miss it. Huge arrays of electronic items. Got myself an iPhone rechargeable battery that was small and cute. Plus a lightning wire. To replace stolen ones at LaRambla 😖😖.

Frank Kasa: Huge store with a huge display of all things electrical. I've been lucky enough to go there when it hasn't been busy and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. There are always special offers available but you have to watch the prices. My mobile was cheaper by a few euros than anywhere else but I found the dslr cameras to be more expensive. Owen Ernst: Tries to get help 3 times with finding a sonos speaker. No one walked with me to the 'high end' section of speakers, where i could find the speaker I was looking for, they all just pointed in the general direction. When I finally found 2 sonos products tucked away in a small corner next to soundbars, the worker was not knowledgeable about the speaker. Please train your workers to be more customer service focussed, for that reason we come to the store and don't order on amazon.

*Iren*: It's good that you can find and buy what ever you need for home or office from this chains market with a good rate.

Panda Pomkiin: They have a good selection. Found a few things cheaper than the Amazon rate. Very friendly lady at the online orders collection desk. But then again that lady should be the exception, the staff here tend to be unhelpful and even rude. Update: This chain sells returned items resealed (with their own sticker) for full price. Be warned!

Ville Lahdenvuo: Overall nice, but pushy with extended warranty and stuff. It's understandable, but annoying.

Dani Roca: Scam prices. Cheaper in amazon. They don't accept rebates even if you show a cheaper price for the same exact product somewhere else

Carlo Tamagni: Beware!, they are scammers, the company is in the UK, they send you the producer (supposedly) and when the transport company calls you they ask you to pay the tariff + VAT. Although they tell you that they will pay you, when you claim, apart from the fact that they only speak English and in very bad ways, instead of paying it to your credit card, they ask you for your bank account information to make the transfer, it is a scam, not it occurs to you, I have palmed 150 euros, but I have not risked giving them the bill. On top of that, they tell you that it's you who doesn't want to cooperate with them. the Barcelona address is false, they have no office or store in Spain.

Ciprian Corneliu Bec: Product not yet installed, since we have been waiting for more than a month for them to solve the issue of invoices! For a month, almost 2 times every week we have contacted them. The only thing where they more or less answer you is in the chat on the website. They tell you "by tomorrow you have it solved" and nothing. And so we've been over 4 weeks! We bought one of the most expensive products they had, about €1,800, which in the end gave us a 10% discount (and later on Black Friday they had a 30% discount). €1,613 paid, and there is no way to invoice correctly. 1 month after making the purchase, we still do not have the product installed because without an invoice to post, we will have to return it! Economic losses in our company by having to spend all this time without a signal. We believe that we have spoken 1 on 1 with all the telemarketers of the company! They say they are in Spain, Barcelona, ​​on Corsega street. They do not have a store here (we have not found it), nor do they have CIF of activity here in Spain. It turns out that the company is in the UK (and we have our doubts as to whether or not it really is), and the product comes from China! In addition, when arriving from China, from FEDEX (the transport company), they asked us for €363 to pay in customs fees. There, luckily they solved it and so we have finally been able to receive the package! We don't even know what they are called, because on one side it says GSM AMPLIFIER, on another it says Mobil Boosters Spain, and on the invoice (after much insistence), it says that the company is E-world Systems LLC. We believe that, since making the purchase, if we put together all the time that we have had to claim everything from them (only for the issue of the invoice, it would be more than 10 hours in a row. It gives us the feeling that they have good products (as someone said on another page of reviews on them...they come from China), but they don't look bad. Now...the customer service is BY FAR the worst we've come across out of all the companies we've worked with! We can't recommend them. Too much stress, too many headaches. We don't even want to imagine how they respond if the product fails (even though we contracted a 3-year guarantee), but if something fails, surely it is more worthwhile to buy another team (from another site), because if we complain to them, until they solve it, we are left with other problems! Our experience with them was... "out of this world" something we haven't encountered so far!

James Hashim: I now understand the reason why Miro is fast loosing out to MEDIAMAKT. I bought about 70% of my domestic appliances from this company until now that I was sold a used internal antenna as new. Returned it back to them and the attendant told me it couldn't be changed. All my pleas were to no avail. I smashed the gadget right there on the floor and walked out of the shop. Really bad service!

Edgar K: Spent 10minutes waiting to be attended in an empty store. Tried to call THREE attendants none of which bothered to do their job saying to wait, to ask someone else or that it’s not their department. Well, now standing in the WORTEN across street and writing this while their attendant is waiting for me to finish so he can sell me some kitchen appliances.
