Juan Martín Lusiardo: Reasonable prices and a wide variety of bulk products: grains, spices, nuts, honey, chocolate, tea. They sell various types of granola and vegetable milk that are very tasty (much better than the supermarket). Best of all: no plastic packaging involved.
Francisco Javier Velasco: Well stocked with products such as nuts, legumes, eggs, honey, etc. One of the few places that have dried blueberries. What comes to be a "granery" but in which they also have liquid soap in bulk. They have several types of honey that they also sell in bulk (either you bring them a jar or they lend you one leaving a small deposit). I have been several times and plan to continue going.
Hervé Petetin: Very good bulk store, nice, the people who work there are very nice, they have many things. And above all, I love that they have milk in glass bottles that you can return!!! So far I have not found it on other sites, a 5/5 !!

They often try to put “whatever they want price” to items without you even realizing. Such a bad experience in the last visit. Not recommended.

Alexandria Miller: Man who appeared to be the owner was noticeably suspicious of and rude to myself and my other dark-skinned friend but perfectly hospitable to our fairer friend while browsing. Unfortunately needed spices as a souvenir on the last day of our trip, and after buying a good amount he changed his tone/attitude. Would not recommend.

We are quite perplexed by your description of how the person treated you. Our team composes of a multiracial, multiethnic group. We are people of different origins; local Catalonians, Korean Japanese, Tibetans, Peruvian, Rep. Dominican, and Mexican. Moreover, recently, we opened a new shop in Granollers. There we have the team, also multiracial and local. A Senegalese lady is also a part of our team. She is a most appreciated companion in our Granollers shop. We will investigate what could have happened when you came to our shop in Barcelona. Still, sincerely hope and believe it would have been some misunderstanding. Pranjal Nandi: It is one of the best and cheapest Indian Grocery Store in Barcelona. They have wide variety of items available. Almost every indian grocery item is available. If not available, you can also order them to bring it for you. In addition they also have some Chinese/Mexican/Japanese groceries too. Most importantly they are way cheaper than the other popular stores nearby.
Amit Sangle: It has a variety of items but some are not available like raw peanuts.The staff is very friendly and supportive.
Carolina Diepa: Very good products and very varied. It is appreciated that they have Latin products as well. I always buy yerba mate and dulce de leche at a reasonable price. Cheaper than supermarkets... Attention girls, very good always!

Bianca De Frenza: I LOOOOOOVE this place. It has all the things to make you feel back at home. Whenever I am missing Ireland I go back to this shop to get some irish sausages and gravy and I feel back at home. The owner is super nice as well.

Adam: The shop temperature is poorly managed so a lot of the products get damaged. The photos attached are of a Terrys chocolate orange and a Cadbury’s caramel egg which have “fat bloomed” a process that happens to chocolate when it is kept higher temperature than it should be. All the chocolate I bought was like this which is super disappointing because everything is over priced as it’s been imported. Get some industry standard air conditioning please!
Response: I am sorry you have had a problem Adam. The chocolate oranges only arrived on Tuesday from the UK so I do not know how it can have got warm. They are brought over in a chilled lorry. Please bring it back with your receipt and we will exchange it. Which shop did you get it from? There are no photos attaches. Sorry I thought I had sent this. The supplier is crediting us with the goods

Ineffectual Gamer: Very poor shopping experience. The place in Barcelona has really gone downhill. Lots of products replaced with off brand products but the prices go up and the temperature in the shop is over 30c winter or summer. This cannot be good for the food. I have noticed most of their bread products are freezer burnt too. I thought this was a one off when I bought one a few months ago but I checked recently and all the bread and most of the crumpets had freezer burn. I think I will have to change to an internet supplier for my products in future.
Response: I am very sorry for your experience. We are fighting with the land lord over the air con. We have had it fixed twice this year and now it is being replaced. We have had no other complaints about freezer burn but if you have any problems with products please return them

Response: The prices include IVA which is not charged in the UK. Unfortunately after Brexit the transport prices rocketed as everything had to come bia Ireland and also we have import duties and documentation to pay. We also have tpo pay for special heat treated pallets. It is definitely not easy importing from the UK now. Also any dairy or meat products have to have veterinary certificates.

Bryan Mcdonald: The prices I think we can all agree are a bit high but its clear on the reasons why. As much as I am into all things local and catalan, there are for sure products I miss from home, haggis, frozen neeps and bisto gravy granuals in particular. You have a good selection of products and I love coming down to buy a few things as a nice treat to myself. Keep it up guys.

We have tried our best to keep prices as low as we can but with import duties IVA on food which we don't have in the UK and the crazy cost of transport which has doubled it has been really hard.
