VK Menon: Gran colección de botas en cada punto de precio. Son los distribuidores oficiales de las marcas españolas - Mayura y Sendra. También tienen tamaños para que uno pueda probar el tamaño correcto. El personal fue muy útil. Interactué con Daniel, quien me guió para tomar la decisión correcta. Recomendaría esta tienda, pero trate de estar allí antes de las 8:00 p. m., ya que la tienda cierra temprano. También tenga en cuenta que no tienen un vínculo con las agencias de devolución de impuestos en caso de que sea un ciudadano extranjero.

VK Menon: Great collection of boots at every price point. They are the official stockists of Spainish brands - Mayura and Sendra. They also have sizes so one can try out the right size. Staff was very helpful. I interacted with Daniel who guided me on making the right choice. I'd recommend this store but try to be there before 8pm as the store does close early. Also do note that they do not have a tie-up with the tax refund agencies in case you're a forign national.
Juan Garcia-Fuertes: clean screen would reappear. I tried several times and the same thing occurred. Finally I was able to get thru in a different computer. I don't know what was the reason for the problem but I am happy it went thru finally.

Me dan un vale de 3 meses (me dicen que normalmente es un vale de un mes y por ser clienta me dan 3, ridículo) cuando están en plena “liquidación” y apenas tienen modelos de mi talla. Cambian la política de devolución a su gusto, sin información en web sobre la devolución en tienda, con un servicio postventa penoso. La verdad que entiendo que hayan ido cerrando tiendas y auguro que no serán las únicas…

Soy de Canarias y los envíos a las islas normalmente tardan, pero como máximo me suele llegar en 5/6 días con fin de semana de por medio, por lo que estoy muy contenta con los envíos. Las cajas me han llegado bien y los zapatos me encantan. El estilo de zapatos que suelo adquirir son zapatos de tacón y plataformas y son comodísimas para la altura que tienen. Además, pido desde hace años en esta tienda y los zapatos me han durado mucho a pesar del uso que les doy. Recomiendo mucho De Las Cuevas!!

Le pregunta al chico si lo puede coger, y le dice que NO, que no se puede coger ningún zapato de allí. Entonces qué pasa con ese, ¿que no se venderá? En primer lugar, pretenden ser una tienda alemana, pero resulta que en realidad tienen su sede en España. Esto no se aclara durante el proceso de pedido y es engañoso para los clientes que esperan recibir sus pedidos desde Alemania. Tampoco es sostenible que una empresa pretenda ser de un país cuando en realidad opera desde otro.Además, cuando me di cuenta de que había pedido en una tienda fuera de Alemania, inmediatamente quise devolver mi compra. Sin embargo, me decepcionó saber que tenía que encargarme yo mismo de la devolución, lo cual es un inconveniente que no estaba preparado para enfrentar. Si hubiera sabido que estaba ordenando desde el extranjero, no habría hecho la compra en primer lugar.Por si fuera poco, el servicio de atención al cliente de sivasdescalzo es pésima. Cuando me acerqué a ellos para expresarles mis preocupaciones, me encontré con respuestas inútiles y desdeñosas. Está claro que no valoran a sus clientes, y no recomendaría esta tienda a nadie.

Quiero devolver la chaqueta, pero no hay ninguna opción válida para hacerlo, ya que esta empresa tiene la siguiente política: 'Los costos de envío de devolución corren a cargo del cliente' y eso es muy pobre. Los costos de envío de devolución son más altos que la chaqueta misma. Intenté comunicarme con la empresa, pero solo responde el bot. ¡Empresa muy poco profesional sin preocuparse por el cliente!
PILAR GÓMEZ EME: No volveré a comprar. En tienda online te cobran 3€ por gastos de envío pero como no te vayan las zapatillas y las quieras devolver tienes que pagar tu la devolución, en correos por 15€ y en otras empresas de mensajería por 8€… su respuesta es “que cada empresa tiene su política devoluciones” y punto. Pero la de esta empresa es una basura. No la recomiendo.

Firstly, they pretend to be a German store, but it turns out that they are actually based in Spain. This is not made clear during the ordering process, and it is misleading to customers who expect to receive their orders from within Germany. It is also not sustainable for a company to pretend to be from one country while actually operating from another.Furthermore, when I realized that I had ordered from a store outside of Germany, I immediately wanted to return my purchase. However, I was disappointed to learn that I had to take care of the return myself, which is an inconvenience that I was not prepared to deal with. If I had known that I was ordering from abroad, I would not have made the purchase in the first place.To make matters worse, the customer service at sivasdescalzo is extremely poor. When I reached out to them to express my concerns, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It is clear that they do not value their customers, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

We have already gone twice to change them and they do not give us an answer. The answer is that they have to send them to be repaired and that now because of the holidays they cannot solve it. They have not returned my money or give me the option to exchange them for another model. I really hope they give me an answer soon, because this has never happened to us before.

Llevaba la caja de las sandalias, la bolsa de la tienda y el tíquet de compra.No nos cambian por otras porque dice que no pueden venderlas al no estar la plantilla y suela nuevas. Hemos ido ya dos veces para cambiarlos y no nos dan respuesta. La respuesta es que tienen que enviarlas a repararlas y que ahora por vacaciones no lo pueden solucionar. No me han devuelto ni el dinero ni me dan la opción de cambiarlas por otro modelo.
