Llevaba una prenda de ropa, estaba esperando en una caja para ser atendida y pese a pasar 5, dependientas por donde yo estaba ninguna me dijo nada, de repente aparece una dependienta por detras y me dice, esta cerrada cuando no había ningún cártel. Horrible muy decepcionada.

Shanti Alexandra Sequi: EL TRATO AL CLIENTAL ES PENOSO.Mi hija y yo decidimos ir a esta tienda porque mi hija tenía mucha ilusión, ya que sus amigas llevaban ropa de allí y le gustaba mucho.Claramente, se iba a probar ropa y la señora desagradecida encargada de manejar la ropa de los vestuarios va y le dice, en el tono más despectivo que he escuchado en toda mi vida, que se espere, y que no podía entrar en el vestuario más de una persona, hasta mirándole por debajo invadiendo su privacidad para comprobar que estaba siguiendo las supuestas normas.Después vinieron un grupo de extranjeros a probar ropa, y a ellos no les dijo nada. Es más, les dejaron entrar todos juntos sin ni siquiera revisar su ropa y sus bolsos.Quiero anotar que mi hija y yo no parecemos las personas más ricas del mundo, pero por favor, un mínimo de respecto a una niña de doce años que solo estaba ilusionada para comprarse ropa como sus amigas.Y lo peor de todo es cuando mi hija salió, la dependienta, esta tenía las narices a decirle delante de todos "Ya sabia que no te comprarías nada".Este tratamiento es vergonzoso, inaceptable, penoso, ofensivo y la más juzgadora que he visto.Me puedes tratar a mí así, pero a mi hija de doce años NO.No volveré más, y aún menos recomendárselo al AMPA.

I don’t ever write reviews as I don’t like to complain but I came into the store looking at the sale and asked one female if she could please tell me where the Chang ring rooms were. She turned round to me with the most aggressive face and said hi how is your day, implying I had asked rudely where the changing rooms were in a rude way. She then pointed at the changing rooms and rolled her eyes at me. I was in so much shock didn’t even buy the top.

andrea leria: Mala actitud de vendedoras, tienen las cajas al final de la tienda donde no funciona internet (ninguna cajera solo maquinas), por lo que es imposible abrir la aplicación .La solución que te dan es ir a la otra punta de la tienda a la puerta para poder conectar con wifi y luego volver.Cambien las cajas de lugar o pongan wifi liberado es muy to to como lo tienen montado.
