Boris Spanovic: Wonderful experience! First, store is in a really good location, they have so many exclusive shoes that is so hard to choose from! Most important, Laura - worker and her friend were soooo nice and very, very pleasant. They helped in choosing, trying, gave their personal opinions. I ended up buying two pairs. Plus, Laura is really handsome :) I would recommend it to anyone looking for some awesome sneakers in Barcelona, much better choice and prices than Foot Locker and other “famous” stores! Paula Rosan: Came in looking for a specific shoe - the staff searched TWICE to make sure they had them, and I walked away with a fresh new pair of sneakers! Great place and friendly people!
Juergen Thomas: Great offers, good prices and friendly salespersons. They are very patient and it is possilble to try the shoes and also ask for different sizes. Store concept is very nice, built like a market hall with different market stalls.

Frank M. Waechter: Terrible personal experience, queuing for 5 (!) hours with my son for a Nike Jordan drop and send away by the staff without any comprehensible reason. First they complained about the kids not queuing correctly, when the queue was done, they just decided to cancel the drop. left with the feeling this is all an excuse to sell the sneakers via ‘alternative’ lines and get more money. Totally unprofessional and presumptuous staff. Never will visit the store again.

mo g: very happy with this store! i went there first when i used to live in bcn. i loved the retail/interior design of the store and the representation of the products. extremely good mixture of streetwear, tech wear, high fashion and nice outstanding sneakers (especially collabs etc). the prices are often to good to be true in comparison to german cities, munich, berlin or stuttgart. i always made a good deal in the sale section. now i ordered shoes to germany as a christmas present on tuesday 21. and they arrived on 24. crazy because normally shippment to germany is like 1w. Thank you so much to the team of footdistrict!! please open up a store in germany..

Adrian Helfenstein: I bought a jacket which had been reduced in price and was available on stock. 5 days after the confirmation of my order, I asked Footdistrict to update the status. Then they sent me an email that my item was not available and they canceled the order. Indeed the jacket is still on stock, however with the unreduced original price... I am still arguing with the company to fulfill the purchase, however I cannot recommend this shop at all.

I can’t remember ever being treated this way while trying to buy something in a shop. I left the shop without buying the jacket. It was a waste of time and a bummer on the last day of a beautiful weekend in Barcelona.

Pei Wang: I’ve bought a few ballerina shoes from kokua during my past trips to Barcelona and their quality and style have stood the test of time. What brought me to write this review was my most recent experience with Marlene and her colleagues at the store. There’s a pair of ballerina flats i fell in love with but unfortunately ran out on my size. Marlene and her colleagues checked thoroughly to confirm there was none in stock. I was half serious when i asked them about a possibility the flats might become available within the weeks to come while I return to Spain from France, and if they could send them to my hotel in Madrid. Marlene took my contact information and contacted me within a week to inform me that those flats are indeed back in stock! She was super responsive, attentive and accommodating to my unusual requests(holding off the shipment till specific date). she even worked late to get back to my messages. The service and shoes are both superb at Kokua!

Daniel BK: The store was average as the decor was average and the placing of the shoes were nice. Prices were pretty high from market value but customer service was amazing. Just the prices were not great. You do also have to QR code the prices please change that as it is a hassle!
