Fadi Qassem: My wife bag was stolen in the shop and they showed little empathy and refused to provide access to the cctv camera unless we follow a complicated process even for police obviously we don’t have time as we are like most people on short stay . They have modern shoe designs but be careful for your belongings

Regarding the cctv, the reason why we couldn't give you acces to the video is that the Spanish law doesn't allow us to do so because of data protection. Only the police is authorised to have acces to the video recordings.

N: Bad experience. They do not follow covid protocols. This Saturday, there was a customer who was not wearing a mask and who was sitting in one of the armchairs in the center of the store; at first we thought that the clerks had not seen him and that they would ask him to put it right, but it turns out that it must have seemed very normal to them, as they continued to treat him as if nothing during the strip of time without ask him to put it on. Then another lady came in and repeated the play, without a mask inside the store and without any of the clerks asking her to put it on. To fix it, one of the clerks went for a while with her mask down or under her nose. Finally, we wanted to ask them to show us some shoes and we had to wait for the two employees to finish chatting in the back of the store so that they would take care of us, and not that they were talking about work. In short, we will not go back and avoid buying there.

Ramon Martí: Really nice shop, well organized, clean, cozy and with good products, they sell from shoes to clothes, coats, jackets and accessories like gloves or scarfs, it’s pricey but well, it’s timberland it has always been like this. The only problem is that there is only one staff taking care of the whole shop, usually it’s not a problem, but on busy hours it might be.

Brad Wright: Absolutely beautiful store right in the heart of the Passeig de Garcia. If you are a Carmina fan, then this is the place for you. As one of only eight stand alone stores in the world, going in is a real treat. Friendly team and absolutely beautiful footwear for both men and women.

Regent Renaud: Nothing to do with the store however, I agree with Anthony regarding the lack of online customer service. I also ordered in late November 2019 over 8 pair of shoes online. Some of these were for immediate shipping which I received within 2 weeks however, one pair of shoes also indicated for immediate shipping was not delivered. I tried to communicate with the company for the past 2 months with no response or acknowledgement to at least 6 emails requesting the status of this order. Great shoes when everything goes well but nowhere to be seen or heard from when issues arise. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
