Laura Cobo: El servicio de todos los camareros es MALO, TERRIBLE.Teníamos que pararnos nosotros de la mesa varías veces e ir hasta la barra y decirles a los camareros lo que queríamos comer y de bebidas.Mientras todos estaban hablando entre ellos en la barra y no hacían nada.Desde la entrada la recepcionista fue un poco borde.Lo único bueno que tiene este lugar son las vistas.Os recomiendo que vayáis a otro lugar a comer.El trato al cliente es terrible.NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR.The service of all the waiters is BAD, TERRIBLE. We had to stop ourselves from the table several times and go to the bar and tell the waiters what we wanted to eat and drinks. While everyone was talking to each other at the bar and doing nothing. From the entrance the receptionist was a bit rude. The only good thing about this place is the views. I recommend you go somewhere else to eat. Customer treatment is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Ramon: My initial decision was primarily influenced by the favorable reviews I found on the google maps platform which, I now suspect, might have been sponsored. While the hotel is excellently located, its actual condition leaves much to be desired.Upon my arrival, I was confronted with the disheartening reality of a room infested with mold in the bathroom and a bathtub that refused to drain. To my dismay, the second room they moved me to wasn’t much better. The entire hotel appeared run down, evidently crying out for some maintenance and general upkeep.More frustratingly, the warm water supply was exhausted by 7:00 am, forcing me to shower with cold water, which is far from ideal. Instead of a meaningful solution, the hotel staff’s response was to instruct me on how to operate the tap, as if the issue was a misunderstanding on my part rather than an infrastructure problem.Adding to the linguistic barriers, a cleaning lady was dispatched to address some of my concerns, but she couldn’t communicate in English, which made the process even more challenging.In light of these experiences, I believe that the rating and representation of B Hotel on Google Maps are misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the establishment.And how do I know the misleading part? I've switched rooms and the second room was only slightly better.
