Aiko Himitsu: It's okay if you want to sell something at very low price. I went with a steamer rice cooker unboxed valued in more than 60 euro and they offered me just 10. They just want to buy at 1/3 of the real price, and sell it by the double. You can find good offers but if you want to sell or loan something to them, rethink about it and go selling through Internet better

Roberto Lucci: Just cant stand these 2nd hand shops on Floridablanca. Their rule is: whatever you want to sell to them (even if it has never been used) it worth zero and whatever you want to buy from them is expensive even if its old. At these prices I prefer to give my second hand stuff to children who cant afford them. You make them happy which is worth more than the cents that these shops pay to you

Panda Pomkiin: Cex. Discount store with a trade-in options for games and electronics. They also buy your stuff if you are ready to part with them for almost nothing. Kinda overpriced for what they are. Very low trading-in credit and extremely high profit margin. Used to trade in my old games to Cex in UK, as I remember the trade-in payout was better there. Three stars because of they test the used items they sell and give a free guarantee so you can have some peace of mind. Kudos for that. Also friendly and helpful staff.
Joseph Jackson: Lazy and provide god awful customer service. Refused to exchange a 1 month old PlayStation controller because they said a joystick vibrates? What? Not to mention had me wait 45 minutes in the store without even telling me anything. Never coming back again, prefer to give my business to a company who cares about its customers.

He showed me the website I researched before I came, It's second hand. Don't always believe them, he lied. ITS THE USED SECOND HAND PRICE. If I had let him buy it, I would be very, very, very angry. Giovanna Angelotti: I have bought 2 times in cash converter and the truth is super satisfied with both purchases, the camera in perfect condition came with its battery and charger, without a box due to the fact that it was second-hand and with a 2-year guarantee from the store, the price difference is considerable the new camera costs about 270 euros and I got it for 75 euros. The skates are professional level 4 in perfect condition, they brought their skate bag and knee and elbow protectors, I bought the helmet separately. Otherwise very pleased with the attention and quality.

Alejo Barguñó: Monday morning and you find a queue of at least 6 people moving at a snail's pace. You go in and you see that there is only one person in buying and selling and he tells you that there is no one else. tamara lara: The review is for online sale. They are a bunch of thieves and incompetents. They meet with me to pick up the TV at home for a date and they don't even show up, which means that they lose another day because they don't have a word. Now they tell me that the TV does not pass the tests, when it is a TV that comes with its remote control and turns on and changes the channel perfectly. Linkendy: I have been talking to a representative named Cristian, and in the end I was quite disappointed in his attitude, even more than the fact that they finally did not want to buy the Mac. Although initially friendly, he rudely dismissed me from the conversation by telling me he has clients. more important to attend to at the end (we haven't even talked much), and also with a rather arrogant tone. Rarely have I felt so neglected as a customer in a store that, as I see it, has a good reputation. Personally, I absolutely do NOT recommend selling any equipment to this store: more than anything because it has revealed to me a hidden valuation that they make upon receiving it that the client is not previously informed in any clause of the contract. Based on this, they decide in many cases whether to pay the AGREED budget or not. It has been contradictory: he told me that the minimum for which they buy and have bought equipment from individuals is when it retains 80% of the battery's design capacity or more, but since mine was closer to 80 than 90%, no he is interested. I have consulted with a computer engineer with a lot of knowledge of Apple, and he has shown me how the state of the battery is far from being as bad as Cristian has painted it to me. In short, he wanted to take advantage of the situation as seen. I can imagine what the scenario would have been if I had made the mistake of sending them the equipment before asking them for details: they would have discounted approximately 300 euros (according to what he told me they had to change the battery for a new one), and if it was not okay, they would have made me pay for shipping to bring the Mac back. I imagine that it would have also involved more hidden costs. Fortunately, I have already closed a sales agreement with another individual who, even though he is a computer scientist, has not objected and has recognized previous bad experiences with this store. Please, if you value your financial and mental health, refrain from selling anything, at least while representatives like Cristian are in charge.

If the product is in the same condition, without a problem the guy told me. 2 days later i'd like to return it and they want to let me read their shop policy(no returns possible) Obviously lying to increase sells. Antoine Don: I've been looking for an online tienda de informatica in Spain for the past few weeks as I needed a fresh 4090 build for my 3D render work. I'm extremely happy with what they build for me, very professional. They communicated with me during the process because some parts I choose were incompatible with my case and everything has been smooth and professional. The shipping was EXTERMELY fast, I received my PC in 24h even tho I'm living in Andalucía. For thoses who might been worried about shipping a costly PC build, the outside shipping box had minor deterioration (pretty normal for shipping) and the PC inside is VERY WELL PROTECTED. They have several layers of protection : 1. air protection. 2. boxes of your other components the inner box 3. Styrofoam around the PC case. 4. The best : inside the PC, they put some kind of auto-inflating plastic which has a styrofoam that adapt to all your components inside your PC. This way, everything is in place and doesn't move a tiny bit or is affected by any movement during the shipping. Overall I'm very happy, I will definitely do business with this company again. +5 stars, thanks for the awesome job <3
Sergey Evchenko: Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience of buying gaming PC. First of all that’s a lot of money that’s why I’ve researched everything we have in Spain and by far Neobyte is offering the most competitive prices on all the components. Also they are lowering prices for videocards following current crypto winter trend. Which is really good for us, gamers. Second step was selecting actual components. I’ve checked through the list of offered configurations as I was searching for 3080, i7/12, DDR5 rig. If you are reading it in 2025 it can sound old and ridiculous but for 2022 that’s a very solid configuration. I found pretty similar to what I was searching for but went for a custom config as I wanted more RAM and an old school cooler. Surprisingly custom config added just a bit to the price for custom assembling. I’ve read again through the whole feedback about being careful with the packaging to be able to return without problems in 14 days. Then I’ve payed quite a lot for my dream gaming PC and started to wait! In three days as was promised I’ve got notification about delivery and next day delivery company dropped my boxes at my home. As I expected my PC was carefully packed and filled with the special material. I’ve opened and set it up and then extensively played different games for some days to check if everything is fine. No surprises, everything was working as expected. Super high FPS in all games. High performance in work related applications. I am really thankful to Neobyte as everything went smooth and they were able to provide the best possible experience. Low prices, great selection of components, fast service. Definitely will come back and recommend to others. But be careful with packages and save it for two weeks if you want to get easy return. That’s quite simple. Good luck to everyone! Reymon B: Went there as a tourist, bought a mouse. They sold me an open box with a defective middle mouse button. Partly my fault because I did not notice the mouse was an open box. Reply to shop: Yes, I am sure it was Neobyte. When I went back to my place I noticed the seal was broken. I am now back in my home country so I do not think I can send it for warranty.

LD Juery: We bought a whole new PC from NeoByte about a month ago. The least we can say is that we are more than happy and satisfied of their work. The team is very nice and always willing to help and listen. I don't know if they speak English there, but no doubt they will do their best to help! The PC itself is perfectly built and setup. Special mention to the fact that the case arrived perfectly cared and packed in its original box with high level of protections! You clearly feel their professionalism. 2 concrete examples. First one is that we bought a z270 mobo with 3200MHz DRAM. By default, the z270 chipset tops DRAM frequency at 2133MHz, but the guys didn't forget to enable XMP in the UEFI options in order to benefit from that DRAM clock speed. Second one is that they took care of placing all cables in a nice and fashionable way. In a few words, do not hesitate to buy from them. Big up to the team! Big up to their availability (in-person, over the phone... and even web chat!!). Big up to their prices... cheaper than most online stores! First time I'm writing a comment on Google, but they really deserved it. 6/5 would even be closer to the truth! Damien

potspoyraz: I went to Neobyte with a grafic card problem. They check the computer immediately and found the problem in 5 minutes. They were so helpful. Turns out my problem was a wrongly connected cable and a dirty ram. They worked on my pc for about 15 min cleaned it and connected the cables. AND CHARGED 0€!! These guys deserve the best!! Thanks for your help!

I do not recommend it at all. I'll never come back

Alice Pardos: I'm not going back more honestly a shame. We are going to try to sell something, in front of us a boy who did not sell what he had, took one of the tools that were already there, left and came back to sell the tool, nobody said anything to him and on top of that they gave him the money for a tool that it was already in the store and that he had stolen. The uncle looked at me and told me that I needed it for vice... Here you realize who they give more priority... They wanted to buy me a new thing that costs more than 80 euros and they wanted to buy it for 15, when they make it more expensive. I told them the pk needed the money and they still told me starving... I WILL NEVER COME BACK
