Gábor Báthori: A very nice allround model shop, with kits, models, railway modelling, model supplies and some toys. It is a small shop, nevertheless it has a lot to offer.
Paco Arreciado: Null customer service, without desire. You go to a store to get advice on buying a €800 Crawler and they tell you (with the store empty) that they are not going to be talking all afternoon, to look at it online or to go to a club and see the cars there. I will not return, nor do I recommend anyone to go. And that they had already warned me of the mediocrity of the establishment….

Gerard Cardona: I contacted them to repair my DJI Mavic Pro Drone, they sent it to me to pick it up, they looked at it and they prepared me an estimate that I saw as an adequate price and in 7-8 days they returned it to me repaired. A correct and efficient job. I do not give them a 5 because their website could improve. But if I never have a problem with my Drone again I will contact them without a doubt.
FRANTRAKS: Luckily I did not leave my laptop or my mobile to repair on this site, and more after reading all the bad reviews it has. As some have written, this is what happened to me when I went to ask for my repairs. The girl who attends is very friendly but behind there you can hear a guy who is rudely saying whether or not he has an arrangement without even looking at what you have to repair. As he did not give me any confidence and I saw the arrogance of the uncle who is supposed to fix it (I did not see him I heard him) I decided to go somewhere else, but only to see the bad reviews and the answers they have, I warn people to that they look for another site, even if they have to move a little further.

Andoni Olazabal: Typical Fnac store, average variety/stock of mobile devices, laptops, electronics and mainstream audio gear. Second floor houses DVD/Blu-ray and book departments, again a decent offering. Often quite empty, so a comfortable shopping experience. The only negative side is that the prices are on the high side. Staff is willing to help and friendly.
