Además al salir me preguntaron como habia ido y les comenté qué mal y la recepcionista no tuvo la decencia ni de preguntarme que habia pasado ni preocuparse. Alfinal fui yo que lo explique lo sucedido para que mejoraran. Me dijo que me llamaría la responsable y aún espero la llamada. Trato al cliente muy malo.

Y Gold: I had a 90 minute Thai / oil massage and a 90 minute yoga / Thai massage combo sessions with Kate. Kate is both an excellent massage therapist, and a very good yoga teacher. Kate was able to quickly identify the problem areas during our first massage session, and relax the tightness in the muscles. She found and treated the pain points that have been missed by my regular massage therapist. The oil part of the massage was so relaxing, I simply fell asleep on the table - yet it clearly felt very effective. During the yoga class, Kate provided the corrections for the things I wasn't doing correctly in my regular classes, and gave very useful suggestions for improvements. Kate has also been very responsive and accommodating with regard to booking the sessions. The location is very central and super convenient. Working with Kate has been one of the highlights of my trip to Barcelona. Highly recommended.

Although the lighting, the times and everything else is studied, the customer experience is what counts. But the treatment is too commercial, you cannot stop a massage in the middle so that they make you add extras and at the end of the session when you are relaxed, they continue to insist on extra discounts or special offers. It loses all the charm that the place and the session have. I understand that marketing is important, but it is not the forms.

Amanda Jones: My husband and I went here for a couples massage. It is a pretty place but there were many problems. They did the massage on a large bed/platform type of thing with no face cradles. My face was crushed into the mat and I could not breathe when they massaged my back. Also they use cheap plastic type disposable sheets for you to lay on ,and the towels were polyester and very hot. Needless to say, it was not comfortable at all. The masseuses were fair. Mostly stretching and walking on us. They barely used oil or kneaded my tension out. Also they charge 2x what other places charge. I would not recommend going here.

marta: Me regalaron la experiencia de babyspa con bañera y no estuvo mal. Lo que deberían de revisar es la duración ya que cuando tratas con bebés siempre hay inconveniente y no se deberían de dejar los masajes a media. Se deberían de adaptar al ritmo de los bebés y si está llorando o tiene hambre deberían de comprenderlo y esperar a que se calmará para continuar con el masaje y no dejarlos a medias.

Pero el trato demasiado comercial, no puedes parar un masaje a mitad para que te hagan añadir extras y al final de la sesión cuando estas relajado, te sigan insistiendo en descuentos extras o ofertas especiales. Pierde todo el encanto que tiene el lugar y la sesión. Entiendo que el marketing sea importante, pero no son las formas.
