Roberto Mendoza Puente: Unos auténticos estafadores. Hemos comprado más de 50 cestas de Navidad en mi empresa, Kapalua Trading, en Barcelona. Algunas llegaron con paletas ibéricas llenas de gusanos. En particular la mía, que soy el Director General, llegó con gusanos, realmente repugnante. Y cuando reclamo el cambio nos dicen que solo aceptan reclamación hasta el día 31 de enero. ¿Por qué? No lo sé. Pero si que se que nunca más compraremos nada a estos estafadores y recomiendo que nadie lo haga. Es asqueroso el concepto de atención al cliente que tienen. Tanto como su paleta ibérica llena de gusanos. Y además los voy a denunciar a la OCU, a ver si logro que les hagan una inspección y les cierren este negocio de sinvergüenzas.

Así que lo dicho, UN DESASTRE, yo de udes. buscaría otra empresa más formal.

Amazon da más seguridad en estos casos aunque parezca mentira.Muchos años comprando para este servicio.

Maite Fernández Recio: Hola quería plasmar mi reclamación con esta compañia recibí mi lote de navidad el cual incluía una paletilla JULIAN DEL AGUILAR paleta de cebo ibérico. Llegó dura no lo siguiente no se podía cortar, reclamo con garantía y hoy me entregan la reposición y hago entrega de la que no se podía consumir, mi sorpresa es que sigue estando dura i comestible y muy salado. Ni la calidad que ofrecen es buena ni la atención al cliente por reclamación ha salido como uno esperaba. Vuelvo a reclamar a ver que indican por que o Martí no realiza un buen control de calidad de sus proveedores o dicho suministrador Julián del Aguilar es nefasto con sus paletillas.
