Barcelona Cooking: what do users think?

Anne Margaret O'Brien: My family and I had a wonderful time at our Barcelona Cooking class! Juan was so knowledgeable but also so much fun! We loved the market tour and all of the recipes and wines were absolutely delicious! If you are looking for a cooking class in Barcelona, look no further!

Scott Burton: What a great experience!! Renate did an excellent job of including the group in all the cooking activities. She was fun and engaging and all had a fantastic time. The food was the best meal we had on our 16 day tour of Spain. We would highly recommend anyone take the class!!

Sandi Fryer: Thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Juan. It was SO much fun. Although I am an experienced cook Iearnt a lot. The visit to the market was amazing and the food we cooked super delicious. Highly recommended. Don't miss it on your Barcelona itinerary.

Jamie A: My whole family had an amazing time with Barcelona cooking. The tour was fun, informative and interactive for all participants. After a short walk we were back at the class with our fresh ingredients and ready to cook! The instructor for our class - Juan - made the class fun and entertaining, giving everyone a job and keeping us laughing while learning. Two in our class had allergies and they were accommodated with no issue at all. Adults only enjoyed wine but kids still had fun. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time!

Dr. Dennis Ng: Such an amazing experience! I felt that the cooking class enriched our vacation and allowed us to immerse ourselves in Spanish cooking and culture. The chef was very helpful and informative. I enjoyed the trip to the local market to gather ingredients for our dishes. We also had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and enjoy lunch with them.

Kyle Schwarz: Gracias Renata and Barcelona Cooking for a fun, informative, and delicious experience. We had paella at a restaurant near the beach earlier in our trip but the paella we made as a group during the experience was so much tastier and more satisfying. We also made several other quintessential Spanish dishes. Highly recommend.

Julianne DeVito: Incredible experience!! This is such an amazing company with incredible chefs and great customer service. Cooking classes can accommodate any allergies EASILY! Barcelona cooking is a must do when visiting, Chef Juan is talented and one of a kind, the food was spectacular and cooking with others was so fun!

alyssa benedict: We had a fabulous experience! Juan was a fabulous host filled with positive and loving energy and much cooking knowledge. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Everyone had many chances to participate and learn new skills, all while having fun. Juan is an excellent teacher and facilitator!

SW: Didn’t expect that would be so much fun in the cooking class! We were traveling to Barcelona and looking for a good restaurant to try paella, the hotel relation manager Hugo recommended this place so we joined last minute, and it turned out great! You learned not only one dish but with couple starters, soup and a dessert, having dinner and eating them there with WINE they provided. If I’m going back to Barcelona, I will join their tapas class for sure.

Michelle Bray: Great way to spend a few hours in Barcelona!

Denise Schwartz: . We highly recommend this experience!

Michael Manns: My friend and I booked a class here on a whim and were very satisfied with everything! We had a session with Juan making Spanish omelettes, gazpacho, and paella - all turning out very delicious. He was attentive, charming, and informative on the cooking process/ingredient selection. Definitely a recommendation if you’re looking for a more “local” experience!

Lorraine Suarez: We had a great time cooking with Renata. She gave us great directions and oversight but we really felt like WE cooked the meal of gazpacho, paella, creme Catalonia. It was a lot of fun and delicious!

Andrew Nguyen: Truly an amazing experience! We had an incredible time with Chef Candido. Definitely one of the most memorable nights in Barcelona!

Austin Brown: Juan was amazing. Got talked into the experience by the girls I was with but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Juan was an expert and a great teacher. Recipes and food were amazing can’t wait to try them at home.

Tali Meshorer: - did the market tour and paella cooking lunch.Renata was our guide and Chef and she has so much knowledge and really took good care of all of us.It was all delicious, in a casual and fun atmosphere, well planned. Suitable for experienced and unexperienced cooks, and you can relax while others cook if needed :

Cindy Liggett: One of our favorite activities in Barcelona! It was so much fun to tour and shop the market, then return to the kitchen to cook all our favorites. We had a great time preparing four courses and everyone participated, even the grandkids. The results were delicious and simple enough to recreate at home. Chef Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. All in all, a 5 star experience, thank you!

Vera Hager: Great experience with Candido. The visit to market was fun and full of information. The menu was delicious and he could give us a lot in debt knowledge.

Jaina Ambwani: This cooking class with Juan was unforgettable! With the amazing company, delicious food, and juan’s welcoming personality, it was one to remember. Juan created a family feel and made everyone feel like a true chef, it was super fun and I definitely recommend

Amy Hayes: One of the most fun things we did on our two-week trip! Exceeded my expectations. Lucia and Mimi were incredible hostesses. Brad Kraft: Had an ABSOLUTE BLAST doing this! We had flown in overnight from Chicago that day, and was a little tired. But Alex and his team really brought the energy. Great story telling, the cava never stopped, the laughs were constant, and the food we created was AWESOME! There were 8 other couples, so we ended up making a total of 9 different paellas, and got to taste each of them. So much fun that night. Will remember this for a LONG time!! Thanks Alex and team, from "Wisconsin" couple.
Laura Goradia: Best thing we did in Barcelona!! Experience, chefs, food, wine, intimate atmosphere… it was wonderful!! And I have 2 very hard to please adult kiddos that travelled with us! We all had the best time!

Alex Covert: We had the best time at this paella class! Not only was the food delicious, but the class was super fun. Our instructor was very informative and more than helpful. We loved getting to meet people from different parts of the world and share a meal with them. We highly recommend taking a class with The Paella Club.

Tina Seidita: Alex led our Paella Club class last night, and he was the best! He made all of us feel comfortable immediately and we became close with the other guests sharing many drinks and laughs. The class was informative but also fun. The music playlist had us all dancing while we cooked. Make sure to add Paella Club to your list of activities in Barcelona.

CIB - Culinary Institute of Barcelona, Escuela de Cocina: what do users think?
100% recomendable!
Nadiya Lasiychuk: Positivos:Profesionalidad
Robert Bosch Palau: Brutal!
Giuseppe Scionti: Gran lugar y gran equipo.
alex santolaya: He estado mirando escuelas de cocina y ninguna me ofrece algo tan diferente.

Sizza Izza: If you are passionate about the culinary art and interested in starting a restaurant or food related business, this school will provide you with all the information you need to be healthy, happy and successful in this industry. They take a well rounded approach with lesson plans that differ from those of a classic culinary school. If you let your mind open and focus in on your passion, You will gain all the knowledge required to proceed with your dreams. Also a personal shout out to the support from the staff, I’ve met some of the kindest people there who are still encouraging and curious about me even after the graduation. Thank you all so much for the support. And if you’re looking to be a creative and professional chef in todays culinary atmosphere, all the tools to achieve that are here, it just takes you!

Malik Bin Khaled: A school that makes you think differently and definitely gets you ready for the future. As a student here I recommend this school and their specialization courses.

Nadiya Lasiychuk: Positive:Professionalism

AÜRT Restaurant: what do users think?

Kvayero jose: an unforgettable gastronomic experience, a lot of love for local products and dishes

J Rosenberg: Recommended dishes Grilled Cabbage and Garlic Toffee

Amrita Sebastian: Delicious and innovative food, perfectly good. Fantastic service.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating of dietary requirements

get lashed: Don’t be deceived because this Resturant is in a hotel but honestly the hospitality is outstanding and great food. I got the tasting menu and believe me they explained every course to me it was an amazing experience and the pairing wines I left knowing so much. I would visit here again if I came to Barcelona. One if the best fine dining restaurants I’ve been too.

Xef Pardo: A good restaurant, a gastronomic proposal that goes from more to less, elegant, comfortable space, somewhat noisy as the hotel lobby fills up and where the experience begins to lose quality. The proposal starts strong, powerful flavors, easy to identify, some surprise elements, a menu based on proximity, very subtle Asian touches that accompany it perfectly.Very weak main courses, it must be taken into account that the appetizers and starters are very strong, you get to the red mullet, in our case poorly executed from start to finish, full of bones, overcooked, low in salt, an unfortunate dish, after a lamb, the bottom, the sauce, the garnish, were exquisite, not so much its cooking, a product of tremendous quality where the cooking did not do it justice. The last salty pass was great, a loin head, with a medieval wink. The desserts or let's call them sweet, fresh, light dishes, were nice, but to me, and it's a personal opinion, everything seemed like desserts until we got to Mochi, I hadn't found a dessert, restaurant pastry.Nice, attentive staff.Good value for money.

Laura Ramirez: It has been an unforgettable experience. The concept is very different from a typical Michelin Star restaurant, you are in the hotel lobby, sitting at a kind of bar and in constant contact with the chefs. Marc and Xavi are charming. The winemaker, Marta, fantastic. Artur talked to us for a while and was lovely too. Dishes? Amazing one after the other. incredible. To repeat many times. The price? Average to one star. Recommended 200%!

Born to cook Barcelona: what do users think?

Muchas gracias!!

Aaron Jarvinen: We went to Born to Cook for a corporate team building event with about 30. The staff did an excellent job hosting us and creating a great atmosphere. We prepared three different paellas and had a wonderful evening. Definitely a memorable experience and something I’d recommend doing.

Kathleen Cavalier: Our group had a really fun evening with the chefs at Born to Cook Barcelona! Highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys cooking or just eating!

Regina y Miguel Angel

Silvia Mallor: BORN TO COOK or how to turn a family gathering into a culinary experience. Thank you Alex and team! Totally recommended!

Irfan Toprak: , it was very organized.

Todd Runyan: Going to cook in Barcelona may have been the best experience of our whole Spain vacation! What a great way to spend time with the family. We were treated to some delicious appetizers and explanations of how to distinguish some of the best food in Spain from some imitations. Some of the foods that we have tried previously while in Spain, we thought we didn’t like but here we learned the difference between the lower quality and higher quality and learn to appreciate it. Everything was delicious! Our chef/teacher was wonderful, and we did all the work under her careful guidance. We made paella and some tapas, and even a delicious dessert! Then we all sat down together to share a meal. Really wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about this place in this experience. Our family didn’t agree completely on very many things, but we all agreed that this was the best part of Spain and the best of Barcelona.

Ademar Albertin: Been there with my working colleagues for a team building evening. We were divided in 4 different teams, with one main “Chef” each of the teams, who were responsible for cooking from the scratch 4 different dishes. The experience was awesome. Aside from working in different roles with my colleagues we learnt how to cook better and great dishes. The staff were super friendly and engaging with us all the time. Super recommended.

Osvaldo S.: Experiencia Genial! El Masterchef Alex fue genial!

Jörg Strotmann: Absolutely famous and delicious place in Barcelona

Scott Herskovitz: We enjoyed getting a tour of the market and a taste of meats and cheeses. Nuria was great and easy to talk to. They accommodated our desire to make a meat paella instead of seafood. Recommended!

Disfrutar: what do users think?
Daniel Taylor: Good food staff so friendly thanks 🙏
terry barham: Lovely place. Food is unreal but not big portions, so you probably will go to the chicken shop afterwards.
Tomer Botner: We had a wonderful meal at Disfrutar. The food was smart and tasty, execution was 10/10, the team was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the top of its class.
Goran Ristov: I dont think that I will be able to ever forget the taste of "The Hare and Foie Gras". Gorgeous food overall, the service is impeccable 👌 and is a must visit in Barcelona 🥂
kar kar: ExceptionnelGrandioseRecommande +++++
Chris Buonincontri: Mindblowing culinary adventure. Get the wine pairing. Sat down as a skeptic and 3 hours later felt like I’d experienced some of the craziest food magic I never knew existed. 10/10

Anna Villarreal: Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff very friendly and professional. Very cozy place and beautiful interior patio. The tasting menu is a pleasure for the senses. We've been here twice and our favorite dish is still the caviar stuffed Chinese bread.

xavier carcasona: A barrage of flavors to which better, in almost all. Very nice service, who try and manage to create a very good atmosphere. We will have to taste the Festival menu. 7/6/2023

Anila Qureshi: We had the 28 course traditional menu. It was our first time. We had booked in for dinner. We had been given a tour before sitting down and were greeted by all of the staff including the chefs. We loved every course. Our favourite part was having our petit fours on the terrace. We were the only couple for a long time. It made it all the more romantic and special. We will definitely be back.

Ernesto Ruiz Sosa: For me it has been a pleasant experience. This is the third time I've gone and I'm very fond of it because it was the first Michelin star restaurant I went to with my girlfriend. The decoration of the restaurant is very nice, the staff very attentive and professional. They have exceeded my expectations in this sense. We opted to try the classic menu.A true wonder for the palate. I can only say that my favorite dish is the truffled egg and I recommend it to everyone who goes to the restaurant.

Mireia MV: An experience from the moment you walk through the door. I have been here twice and it was the first Michelin star restaurant I tried. The restaurant is beautiful, the attention of the staff lives up to expectations. The first time my partner and I tried the classic menu and we were amazed. The second time we went with a friend who had never been, and we asked beforehand if it was possible to make a classic menu and two festivals at the same table, since a priori it is not possible due to timing issues. They told us that they couldn't do it but that the three of us should do the classic menu and they were going to change several dishes for the two of us to have a different experience than the first time. I loved it because they didn't change the most emblematic dishes on the menu, however we were able to try different dishes from the last time and it was perfect. My favorite dishes are the ham jelly macaroni, Chinese bread bao, and truffled egg.If you can, I recommend making the pairing because the flavors really marry. The price has gone up quite a bit since the first time I went but it is something we save for big celebrations and it really is an unforgettable gift. I have other restaurants on the list that I want to try but we will return for sure in a few years to try the new dishes and enjoy the classics again. Thanks for this experience!

Alan Argany Güell: Hem disfrutat del menú clàssic. Una gran experiència culinaria i un servei excel·lent!

vicenç gonzalvo: Not spectacular, the following.Guaranteed show in every way

Carlos Arias Arellanes: Great attention service and everything very well

María MG: como el menú festival

Maria Jose Ramos: Atmosphere: 2/5

Comida excepcional, personal amable y profesional.

Carlos Portillo: Simplemente brutal!

De verdad he vivido aquello?

Gracias

Just Royal BCN: what do users think?
patrizia caddeo: The experience was really positive, Juan not only taught us how to cook a tortilla, paella and catalan cream but was pleasantly entertaining. He was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions and include everyone in my team in the preparation. Great team event and team bonding activity!
L Sapp: I scheduled a private event for my team building activity in Barcelona. We did the Paella Class/Late Dinner. My team members have returned home and yet cease to talk about this event. We had a group of 22, only 19 were able to make it. Since we were late dinner we didn't get the chance to go to the market but it did not take away from the experience.I did have some issues trying to make payment, being that we were currently traveling throughout the EU and payment set off a chain of fraud alerts for my credit card, but that was my fault and not theirs. The evening was full of laughter, smiles and fun. This event will be hard to top. Since we were so large we had three chefs taking care of our group as well as their mother I believe. Tapas were provided along with unlimited beer and wine. We made sangria, seafood and vegetable paella as well as creme brulee! We sat together family style to enjoy the labor of our own hands and hearts. This is truly an experience, the staff lead with love for their country, history and cuisine!
Art Hance: So glad to have stumbled across this while planning our trip. Our host was great in providing a tour of the market and what they look for in sourcing ingredients. The chef gave us a cultural tour of Spain while we enjoyed the prepared Tapas from each region. The food was excellent and everyone had such a great time. Highly recommended and if I make it back I'll do it again!
Tony Cheesman: We were lucky enough to have a class of only 3 people, myself, my wife and another young man from New York. Our chef for the day was Juan, and he was extremely welcoming and friendly. The property where the kitchen is located is beautiful and looks over a beautiful square.Firstly we visited the market on Las Ramblas, the Boqueria, to buy our ingredients. Unfortunately for us we had to book on a Monday, and the seafood selection was not the best as the fishermen do not fish on Sunday. Before our lesson Juan introduced us to a selection of tapas from different regions of Spain, and explained about them. He also kept our glasses filled with a very nice Verdejo wine!We cooked a beautiful Catalan potato and onion tortilla (omelette), paella and. Catalan Creme desert. We all prepared the ingredients and then each cooked one of the dishes dishes. Juan explained what to do and why, ensuring that our creations came out excellent. We then got to sit at the lovely dining table to be served our dishes with another couple of bottles of wine. Best food I ate during our whole stay in Barcelona. We are so happy that we booked this class, it was great value.
Andrea Keikkala: Fantastic must do experience in Barcelona!!
Emiliano: Great experience cooking Spanish typical food with company teammates! The chef was both a excellent teacher and a great facilitator to break the ice and share some jokes. The flat is beautiful, and it's located in one of the most beatiful squares of the city.
Heather Howard: This was the BEST experience! I wanted to do something unique for my anniversary and this class and market tour was perfect. Out of our two week trip to Europe, this was probably our favorite experience. Horya was the best host. He told us which market stalls he preferred, fed us AMAZING tapas, showed us how to cook the most delicious dinner and dessert,, and fostered an environment that allowed us to chat with other guests and make friends. I could not recommend this class any more enthusiastically. You won’t regret it!
Tevis Pieper: Seafood paella, tapas and lots of laughs. Loved this cooking class. Ended up being just three of us, but that made it more intimate and hands on for us. The tour of the market was the only low point because we went to the touristy one, not the other where locals still shop. Otherwise, both the chef and his assistant (mostly for translation at times) were amazing. We had lots of laughs, shared stories, and learned both about tapas and cooked seafood paella, a potato omelette, and a creme brulee like dessert. Definitely recommend.
pprubia: Experiencia muy recomendable, entretenida y además muy didáctica, gracias
Keith Timko: we had the best time with Alfredo & team! We loved learning how to cook paella, tortillas and catalan cream! What a delightful experience!
Andrea Ulloa: My husband and I came to Barcelona for our honeymoon and we knew we HAD to take a cooking class, and our class with Greta was INCREDIBLE! The entire experience was magical. The thoughtful history lesson was so interesting, the market tour was captivating (especially all the tips and tricks Greta showed us), learning about the tapas that belong to the different regions was eye opening and making the paella was a next level experience that we will NEVER forget. All of the tips, tricks and culinary advise Greta shared with us will serve us so well in the years ahead. I had more cooking experience than my husband, and I still felt challenged, while Greta was patient and a great teacher with my husband who was less experienced all while making sure we had fun. We can wait to get back home and make all the recipes we learned in Barcelona for our friends and family. Do not hesitate if you are on the fence— it’s an unforgettable experience!
Dan Queen: Such a fun afternoon! The cook was very fun and engaging. The group we did the class with was fantastic. I am not a big cook, but thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Would highly recommend!
Chelsea S: Our cooking class with Just Royal BCN was not just the highlight of our time in Barcelona, but the most memorable part of our entire trip through Spain! Not only did we get to make and eat delicious food, there was so much fun and laughter and our group stayed for an hour after the class ended just drinking and talking. It was amazing beyond words, taking this cooking class is a must!
Elizabeth Holt: This was hands down the best organized activity I’ve ever experienced. Both chefs/hosts were kind, patient, funny, and gave the perfect amount of history, instruction, and detail on each dish. There was great conversation between hosts and guests. The food was delicious, the wine was fantastic, and we left feeling full, happy, and prepared to take home what we learned and recreate each recipe for ourselves. If you’re looking for an authentic tour/cooking experience without the usual touristy/gimmick feel, I highly recommended booking with Just Royal BCN.
Gabriele W: My sister and I had a cooking class with Gretel this week. We had a wonderful time, first walking through Mercado de Boqueria, tasting jamon and torrón. Then, we went to the school to start our dishes. We had many tapas to start, then we cooked a tortilla, a paella, and creme catalana for dessert. You will definetly have enough food for the day :)Wine and soft drinks were also included!Thank you Gretel & team for having us! We wish you all the best!
Charnetta Holman: Very enjoyable experience. Chef Alfredo was awesome and Sergio was an absolute pleasure. Great food and great wine. If in Barcelona it is an excursion you won't want to miss.
Mallie Al-Khafaji: This is the best time! I am not much of a cook, but my friends wanted to do this class and had read good reviews so we decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did! Alfredo, the chef, was awesome. He made the class fun and the food was good. The other participants were super fun too. We laughed so much and had a wonderful time making paella, tortilla española and crema catalana. Alfredo made some lovely tapas and took us on a culinary tour of Spain with them. His explanations of the different areas was really interesting. Anyway, it was a highlight of being in Barcelona and I highly recommend it!
SIMPLY AMAZING
Paul Hoeks: Great experience. Wonderful place where you prepare the food that you just bought before in the market. The guide/cook did a great job keeping everybody busy preparing the meal. And ofcourse the best part was eating it after that.
Mari a: M'ho van recomanar, tenia unes expectatives força altes abans d'anar, però encara va ser molt millor l'experiència!!!

Tony Cheesman: , paella and. Catalan Creme desert. We all prepared the ingredients and then each cooked one of the dishes dishes. Rosa Torras: Very good experience to reinforce Team building. They treated us very well and we had a good time. This event is worth doing.

Tevis Pieper: were amazing. We had lots of laughs, shared stories, and learned both about tapas and cooked seafood paella, a potato omelette, and a creme brulee like dessert. Definitely recommend.

pprubia: Highly recommended experience, entertaining and also very didactic, thank you

Keith Timko: we had the best time with Alfredo & team! We loved learning how to cook paella, tortillas and catalan cream! What a delightful experience!

Gabriele W: Wine and soft drinks were also included!Thank you Gretel & team for having us! We wish you all the best!

Heather Ennis: Amazing experience! We had such a lovely time. My family and I filled up this class, so it was basically a private cooking class for us. Juan took us on a tour of La Boqueria Market, provided a delicious tasting of typical Barcelona and Catalan foods, and taught us to cook Tortilla, Catalan Cream, Pan con Tomate, and Paella. It was all fantastic fun, delicious food, and lovely wine. Thank you Juan and Just Royal BCN for a wonderful afternoon! I highly recommend Just Royal BCN!

Emma Hickey: -- plus market tour was interesting and we really enjoyed the 10 tapas and history provided about each one before we started cooking. We also had 2 non seafood eaters in our group and our chef happily accommodated them with veggie paella. All the food we made was delicious and we left the class with a lot of friends. I highly recommend!

Restaurante Lasarte - Martín Berasategui: what do users think?
Maya Minkin: Our family had the most exquisite dining experience with the tasting menu. The chef and staff were incredibly accommodating to our requests for gluten free foods due to celiac disease. Shellfish allergy was also accommodated although tasting menu was not possible. The four hour experience held a flow of incredible flavors. The presentations were most artful and whimsical. We were swept away with the creativity and warmth of this special establishment. All five of us highly recommend eating here if it suits your budget. It was a wonderful and memorable treat for us and our three teenage daughters. Our young sommelier was impressive, so was young our main server. We enjoyed the choreography of the timing and plating. The staff was incredibly attentive!Pork trotters not recommended; decor could use an update.
JUAN GERMANY: Excelente experiencia.
Dashiell Renaud: This was the third best meal of our trip to Barcelona, before taking cost into account. After taking cost into account, it’s a distant third, considering that #1 Sartoria Panatieri was $22 per person, and #2 Sandwich Sant Jaume was $8 per person. The best item we had by far were the chocolate profiteroles within the petit fours. The skate fin was also quite nice, as was the foie gras and eel amuse bouche. The first set of amuse bouche starters were nothing memorable or special, and all tasted as though they had been prepared an hour earlier and had sat out to get soggy. The atmosphere of the restaurant can only be described as an airport lounge. All it is missing is a departures board to complete the aesthetic. The entire room is orientated towards passages leading out of the dining room crested by emergency exit signs. And instead of having a kitchen space to look upon, the center of the dining room is a utility table that entirely resembles an airport lounge buffet. Honestly if they were fully embracing the airport lounge look as a gimmick it would have been cool, but instead it’s just a windowless wainscoted dining room in denial of being the least atmospheric dining space of any michelin establishment I’ve been to anywhere. And the service is cold and dry. Most noteworthy is that, despite attendants fluttering less than a meter in front of us throughout the meal, it took ten minutes for me to get the attention of someone so that I could ask that they they please put our bottle of wine - which had just been left sitting on the utility table - on ice. We were also implored that the dishes were not large enough to be shared, but that definitely was not the case. If we had been permitted to order only what we wanted to order, we would have left adequately sated, with the better half of the dishes we ended up trying, at close to half of what we ended up paying ($250 per person).
Arsene: My family went there for lunch and had their tasting menu, which was very delicious! The environment was fancy and clean, and the service was excellent. All the servers were polite and nice and made sure we were satisfied. The food was extremely quick and there was little wait time between the courses. The dishes were also plated very intricately and delicately. Personally, I didn’t like how all of the dishes had raw seafood/meat, which makes the food a 4 star for me. I strongly recommend the Las Landas pigeon for the main course and the cinnamon spheres for dessert though, they’re super good! Overall, it was a great experience and the food was delicious.
Gerhard Gerner: We had a fantastic evening. The food is in a perfect Harmonie.
Andrés Gutiérrez: Impecable! We had the tasting menu and it was a delicious experience. Everything was delicious, but the crusteaceana ravioli and the pig trotters deserve a shout-out.
Ghassan ElKhazen: Excellent service and food , chef is Amazing along with Somelier and Maitre d’hotel is very joyful
Jeremy C: Located only 15m from the crowds shopping on Passeig de Gràcia, the main dining area is sealed off from all that noise. Strangely, the spacious, modern design feels kind of dark, even with 4m ceilings and sunlight pouring in through a dozen light shafts. Wierd. The service is on the very formal side of fine dining, but the staff was personable, helping me with a few Catalonian nuances I did not understand. The food was excellent, especially the pickled oyster / hibiscus / shiso granita (sorbet) and the crustacean ravioli / burrata (cheese).Of course I'll return.2023 05 11. M3.

Amalia Ortega Reyes: They can have all the stars they want, but it doesn't justify charging those prices for 3 bites.

Milagros “Mili” Tena: The restaurant is elegant and the treatment of the staff has been close and exquisite. Spectacular tasting of the wonderful creations of Berazategui. All the dishes on the tasting menu were delicious and beautifully presented. I will be back for sure!

Montse Moro: We loved the dinner and I understand the 3 Michelin stars in terms of the quality and delicacy of the dishes.EXPERIENCE: It is one of the most elegant restaurants I have ever been to. It is located in the Monument Hotel. We called to ask if they had parking and they kindly told us they had valet parking. Given the ignorance of how to use the service and if it had any cost, we decided to park in the area. Formal dress is recommended.FOOD: Amazing! I'm glad I first went to several Michelin star restaurants to be able to better appreciate Martín Berasategui's cooking. From my point of view, the dishes were delicate, you could taste the flavor of all the ingredients. I was surprised by the elaborate simplicity of the dishes. The decoration of the precious plating is art.SERVICE: The crockery was simple, the protagonist is the food. The service was correct. I really liked the detail they had at the end of the dinner by coming with the chef and saying hello.

JUAN GERMANY: Excellent experience. The service is very professional. Intense flavors expressed in small portions, very well achieved with high-level management of culinary techniques. The matured squab and tenderloin of old Galician cow at its exact point of cooking. They were also kind enough to sell me the special edition olive oil used in the restaurant, I would describe it as a round flavor. In general, I recommend it, you have to take into account the amount to be paid.A small detail in the chocolate souffle, it arrived with the upper edge burned at one end and that makes it a bit bitter.

Victor Figueredo Lapi: I really give it a 4.5, the really high-level food, however, compared to other MICHELINs, despite its high level, I prefer another one than if I give it 5! But let's see we have eaten excellent everything spectacular.
