Katja Pianka: The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The service is wonderful. They overcharged me twice for my dry cleaning and it was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss, but whatever. The wifi is not good though, so if you need that-you may need another option. It kicks you off every couple minutes and is very spotty, so my phone bill is always nuts when I travel to Europe and stay here. 😄

Harriet Sneddon: 6 of us went to the wet deck for a day 11am-5pm. The minimum spend was about £1100. The surroundings are lovely and the cabanas were great. The service was lacking. A few mistakes with orders were made and they were not that attentive, we often had to go to the bar to get someone to come over. It was all forgivable but at the end of the day we went to the front of the hotel to ask for a taxi, the hotel bell boy told us he could only get taxis for hotel guests. The bar and door men had told us to go to him for a taxi. When I said we were hotel guests as we had just spent the whole day there, he said management had given him the instructions to only order taxis for overnight guests. He then proceeded to show me his tan marks to say he has spent all day outside and he is just following orders but that he won’t help, and if we wanted a taxi we need to walk down the street. All in all not a great experience.

Simon Waldron: This modern hotel has been built with character and has plenty of innovative facilities in the rooms, including USB and 13A sockets. Service from start to finish was excellent and the breakfast offers diverse and plentiful food. Perfect location for exploring many of the highlights of Barcelona on foot as it is only a 15-minute walk to Placa de Catalunya and La Sagrada Familia, and if you need to cool off on a hot day then you must visit the pool and bar on the top floor.

The only response to this was to 'test' the food and check if we want a doctor.Breakfast is honestly disappointing. In such a city such Barcelona, one would expect a better selection and choices. If you want to book here, don't bother taking the breakfast option. You can find extraordinary choices outside.While the rooms are clean and location is nice, the experience we had will prevent any future stays in this hotel.

Marjon Otero: We had a really great time at this hotel. Service was incredible and rooms while small very comfortable. The terrace for cocktails and breakfast was really peaceful and enjoyable, and I highly recommend leaving time to do both. Drinks up at the pool area were delicious and service just excellent. 1st floor library and living room is decorated beautifully. Overall, loved the location and service and hope to be back soon!

We were in awe of the service provided by the hotel. A gentleman named Carlos was especially helpful. When our van pulled up to the hotel, they greeted us by name, took care of our bags and quickly got us to our room after a long flight. This was especially helpful traveling with younger kids. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Service was impeccable! I have traveled to some pretty great places, but this is the best service I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about the Hotel Arts and their staff. Exceptional! Thank you Carlos!
Mitch Harmon: All of the expense and none of the luxury.Checked in and our rooms were without water for 6 hours. Across the board, the prices throughout the hotel were verging on extortion, $350 for a bag of laundry? I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and understand there is a markup but at this hotel it felt predatory. Rooms were good not great, location was a bit far from the main attractions in the city. Overall experience was extremely lacking and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Willow and Tim Oberweger: When we first got here the hotel had an awful smell in all 3 rooms that I booked. At a 5 star hotel there should also not be lines to get on the elevator with a 5 minute wait. The carpets in the lobby are stained and when we switched rooms they still smelled AWFUL. One of our rooms had a damp mildewing rug and black mold behind the trash can. They informed us that the reason it smelled was a flood. I believe that if there was a serious flood the hotel should be CLOSED. The hallways also smell awful and lots of carpet stains there too. Also not enough seats at their TINY pool for the amount of rooms they have. I will never stay here again, do not recommend.

Craig Rutledge: Room smell very moldy, and asked to be moved and second room was the same. Service, for exception of concierge desk, was awful, from restaurant service, to front desk, to bellhops. Housekeeping accidentally picked up one of our shirts with towels, which fortunately after I called they found. Just on and on. Definitely not worthy of a Ritz Carlton branded hotel.

Olli: While they helped me to change room, my iPad charger was lost by housekeeping! They didn't want to compensate it in anyway. They forget or reply late. and promise to comeback but never contacted again. They are understaffed in reception - you wait long time for check-ins and check-outs. Arts used to 5-star hotel not anymore worth the money.

When we woke up the next morning, we thought that at least we would have a good breakfest, but when we arrived, we were not allowed in until we paid for breakfast again... The food looked cheap, the plates were worn. I regretted eating because I got food poisoning. Will never want to return to this hotel again...

Stefan Huber Gumede: El personal del hotel es agradable. Pero las habitaciones están en pésimas condiciones, no son dignas de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nunca he estado en un hotel donde tengas que pagar extra por usar la sauna o la sala de vapor. El spa pedía 60 euros cada uno por utilizar el spa. Me he alojado en varios hoteles de 5 estrellas o menos, pero nunca me encontré con uno así. Los precios en el bar y en el bar de la piscina son ridículos. Comparado con el Burj Al Arab, tengo que decir que los precios del Burj Al Arab son una ganga. Realmente me gustaría recomendar el hotel ya que podría ser el mejor de Barcelona. Lamentablemente no vale 3 estrellas. No vale 440 € por noche, en el mejor de los casos, 120 € por la experiencia general. No me quedaría de nuevo.

Brian Thompson: I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Barcelona. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms were well appointed. The staff were quite friendly and especially helpful in the dining room on the lower floor.However the hotel is very much in a residential area and not good for tourists. It would be much better down by the beach area where there is so much more to do.

For $600+ per night, no breakfast included and they limit you to one water per person. The spa has all these rave reviews, but it’s a few small massage rooms with a sauna that doesn’t get hot enough. The food and drinks are overpriced, no reason to eat at the hotel when you can get a better meal for 1/3 of the price 3-4 blocks down the street.The rooftop patio is cool, but the pool is small, and nobody is staffed to order drinks/food.

Mark Nicholas: Could not find a more photogenic location to stay. Street and rooftop views worth the stay alone. Rooms and staff great. Drinking and eating on the rooftop bar with the views was superb.Walkability: Great access to the Gothic quarter.

John D'Amato: We were greeted warmly upon check in and offered complimentary Cava sparkling wine after traveling from Madrid. Our room was spacious and the rain shower was nice. The hotel is in a good location, we walked everywhere, mostly. You will need taxis to get to some of the major tourist attractions for sure such as Sagrada Familia church and more. Breakfast was good I just wish the servers were a bit more friendly. They need to smile more. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop pool! The view from up there was pretty nice. You can see the water and the cruise ships too. You can walk to the water from this hotel in about 20 minutes.

Welsh Tucker: H10 is in a great location and the room was spacious/amenities are nice. Our issue was with the AC. I understand that air conditioning is a luxury in many European countries but if we are paying for it in the nightly rate it should be working. We noticed when we first got there that the room was very warm especially given the summer heat. The front lobby was nice and cool and then the room was warm. We contacted the front desk as soon as we realized it wasn’t working. At first, the front desk told us to “just wait 20 more mins or so” as they can remotely control the AC system. We waited for almost 30 mins in the hot room with no progress. We called again, they said they would send someone up, no one showed up for over an hour. We called again, finally someone came and said the filter was extremely dirty which is a concern for a 4 star hotel. Eventually, they seemed to partially fix the AC so we just decided to deal with it for our one night stay. However, I left fairly disappointed with our stay given that half of our time there was without AC/having to reach out 5-6 times for someone to fix it.

La azotea era agradable para relajarse con un bar para mayor comodidad y una pequeña piscina que estaba bien.Mi culpa realmente fue con las habitaciones y la limpieza y la falta de artículos que se completaron con el servicio de limpieza. A. Michael Stevens: The hotel’s location was ideal preceding a cruise, but is nicely located regardless. My room was very spacious, but showing signs of age. It was nice to have a balcony. The sofa in the room was dilapidated. The tub was converted from a jacuzzi and no longer had operating jets. The multifunction shower was nice though the small jets were clogged. The breakfast buffet was very nice and service was excellent. Front desk staff were professional and efficient.

Though the hotel was brimming with potential, the actual experience was tainted with a few shortcomings, mainly attributed in my opinion, to management issues.Firstly, let's discuss cleanliness - an aspect paramount for any hospitality service. The hotel's cleanliness standard had room for improvement. Not that it was terrible, but for an establishment claiming to offer 5-star services, it was definitely subpar.Service is another critical aspect where the hotel faltered. It seems to be a manifestation of poor management rather than the fault of the diligent staff. The employees were genuinely helpful and interested in assisting the guests, yet they seemed stretched too thin. A couple of instances that stood out included the delayed delivery of luggage to our room, which arrived only after repeated calls and a thirty-minute wait. Dining at 'The Corner' restaurant was another experience that could have been improved, as the lone waiter struggled to cater to all the customers. Waiting for the menu, and then the meal, tested our patience. Similar scenes repeated at breakfast, with the rush leading to inevitable queues.Despite these shortcomings, the hotel does shine in certain areas. Its location is a winner - a fairly central area with most of the city's attractions within a walking or short driving distance. However, be prepared for some noise from the nearby port where ferryboats dock frequently. Though it was not bothersome for me, thanks to the sound insulation, some guests, especially with balconies overlooking the port, might find it annoying. Plus, large ships docking nearby can block the view and affect privacy.The hotel's interior design reveals that its prime years might be behind it. There's a charm to it, but it also exhibits a need for a facelift. If properly managed and refreshed, this hotel could truly live up to the 5-star standard it aspires to meet.Summing it up, my stay at the Eurostar Grand Marina Hotel was not a bad one, but it wasn't exceptionally comfortable either. I appreciate the staff, the hotel's cuisine, and the central location. However, management needs to address the issues to truly unlock the hotel's potential and deliver the 5-star experience it promises. For now, it feels like a diamond in the rough - sparkling yet, not polished.

Room woods is about to fell on you, room service is disaster, you can break your legs on balcony and that stone parts, 3 man big rooms most expensive have sofa for 3rd person and cannot sleep at all on that, TV's not working most of them, they have no parking at all, there is a public underground parking and isnt connected to hotel. That pool is like 5 x 4 m. When you open or closing doors everyone around you will wake up... rly rly dissapointed for 550 euros one night room!!!

Leanne Dobrowolski: I stayed here on vacation and I cannot fault the location as it was ideal to walk to the marina and through the main parts of Barcelona. The hop on hop of bus actually stops at the bus stop outside also which is helpful if you’re a tourist and tired after a long day out. This is also helpful that you can buy a ticket at the stop and just get on to your destination.The staff in reception, in the bar and during breakfast were always very polite and helpful and the way I would expect at any five star hotel. They were brilliant 👌 The breakfast itself was lovely and there was a lot of choice which is great for anyone that may need particular food choices. The roof top was nice to chill out on with a bar for convenience and a small swimming pool which was ok.My fault really was with the rooms and the cleanliness and lack of items being topped up by house keeping. We didn’t have any tea for a couple of days and when we got tea then we didn’t have milk. The towels were clean but the floors were not cleaned very well and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. These are small errors and while we enjoyed our stay, we just expect it to be a bit better with the rooms, cleanliness and services in them.Another helpful tip might be to add a folder with information. There was a QR code with hotel services but it might be helpful to have general info about the area. I have had this with previous hotels and it’s really helpful when you don’t know the area.

Luc Mortier: Correct 4 sterren hotel maar wij hadden kamer 212 aan de voorkant met balkon en uitzicht.Je ziet dat de kamers al 10 jaar oud schade aan meubels etc.Maar hetgeen dat zeer storend overkwam is het lawaai in de kamer komende van de drukke straten voor het hotel.De ramen van de kamer waren door de warmte uitgezet waardoor deze niet goed meer afsloten waardoor het lawaai in de kamer niet te harden was en we oorstoppen gaan kopen zijn.Omdat het hotel vol zat geen mogelijkheid tot ander kamer.De rooftop bar lag er altijd slordig bij ligkussen waren versleten en drankjes en eten werden niet tijdig afgeruimd.Wat wat wel top was was het ontbijt.

The people at breakfast and the girl who waited on us March 24th Friday night at the bar and room service were all very helpful. Cleaning service meticulous and very attentive. The whole team is discreet and polite.The only thing I would suggest the hotel looks into is the family rooms. They are basically 2 double rooms interconnected. But they have two doors, that cannot stay open. So in order to move from one room to the other, you have to constantly open and close 2 doors. It is a first world problem, but it is a tiny thing that would greatly enhance the experience and comfort of families.

NO teníamos pensado comer, simplemente tomar algo.Cogimos el ascensor y subimos a la terraza; es pequeñita limpia y acogedora. Nos atendió Patricia, que encanto de mujer! Atenta, servicial y con una sonrisa en todo momento.Nos recomendó algunos cocteles, y… menudos cocteles se marco Josema, alucinantes y preciosos. Eric nos sacó un picoteo para acompañar, y les pedimos si tenían alguna magdalena, bizcocho o algo para poder poner unas velas, nos sacaron unos trozos de tarta de chocolate para chuparse los dedos!!!! Y por supuesto, brindamos con Cava! ¡Solo nos faltó meternos en la piscina!, pero tenemos seguro que volveremos! Nuria: Fuimos una noche a tomar unos cocktails a la terraza de la azotea, pedimos unos "Mercè" y estaban demasiado amargos, obviamente porque llevan maracuyá, pero se pueden equilibrar en dulzor, para lograr un mejor resultado.La presentación de los snacks en una bandeja-tabla, muy conseguida.Las vistas son bonitas si te levantas, porque sentado no ves nada, lo tapa vegetación que hay alrededor de la piscina. Servicio seco y tieso, se agradecería algo más de simpatía, sin importar cuántas estrellas tiene el alojamiento, una cosa no quita la otra. Hay que hacer sentir al cliente como en casa.

Phil Xeiro: The location is amazing. However I have only went there to enjoy the rooftop bar, which is accessible also if you are not a guest at the hotel. That might’ve been the reason why the service was deplorable and the staff didn’t really care about one’s wellbeing. Very inattentive. Unfortunate, since it’s a beautiful place, as you can have beautiful views on the ocean (a bit far away), Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo and many more attractions. The cocktails are very nicely presented and mixed. It’s very expensive, but for the location and the quality it’s totally worth it. James: The front desk was helpful and informative. Filtered water system for refills. Coffee and tea ready to grab. Views from the deck area are neat. Downside rooms run warm. Recommend asking for room on the upper floor for additional views from the balcony. The shower was great, might be the best feature. The hotel is located for the most part near activities, but be prepared to walk. I would recommend it to others but not sure if I would book again perhaps just a one time thing as a pass through. Overall a nice hotel with a polite front desk. Get a hotel tote bag, big plus.

Calli Cox: My husband and I stayed here recently and loved it! It’s just outside of the “touristy” spots of Barcelona, so we felt like we got to experience more of the local culture while still being in walking distance to everything major. It was quiet at night and the staff was super friendly. We also loved the plunge pool and sauna and used it to unwind after lots of walking exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Forest Key: Super cute small hotel with very nice staff, clean and modern rooms with great beds, good breakfasts. Great walking distance to sites and parks and all the bustle but in a quieter less hectic neighborhood and better $ value.

Javier Escudero: A very nice, intimate and cozy hotel, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing in the heart of Barcelona. I recommend it 100%. I stayed for a couple of days for work reasons and I felt very comfortable. Mauro, the Head Concierge, was very attentive at all times and always ensuring that everything was to my liking. And the butler Daniel very professional and pleasant.

So glad that we booked here.The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful with amazing architecture and history. Amazing location in the gothic quarter with easy access to restaurants, the beach, historic sites and shops.The check in process was very smooth and included luggage delivery, a glass of cava and pastry.The staff is absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew. We had several questions regarding recommendations for restaurants, transportations, tours, even a good beard trim and they were able to assist.We took part in their tapas restaurant, morning breakfast and cocktails in the bar and overall had amazing food and beverages. Service was also splendid, shout out to Carlos.The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable with a well stocked minibar and plenty of room. Great turndown service as well. Did use their laundry service as well and was able to get same day processing which was great.Overall I cannot say enough about this place from the staff to the amenities and small touches. You would be greatly missing out if you didn’t elect to stay here during your time in Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit!

Cristina Álvarez López: I recently stayed at the Kimpton Vividora hotel, attracted by its 5-star rating and stunning location. While the building itself is beautiful and the location is amazing, my experience with the service was quite disappointing.The staff seemed overwhelmed, and despite their numbers, the efficiency was lacking. I witnessed disputes happening in front of guests, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The supposed 'mezzanine workspace' turned out to be the staff's workspace, and they didn't seem to care about guests trying to work there. The noise level was high, with loud conversations and music.When dining at the hotel's restaurant, I encountered incomplete dishes, and waiting for the side dish took unnecessarily long. The service on the terrace was equally disappointing, as it was difficult to get the attention of the staff, who showed little effort in taking orders or providing attentive service.One particular incident that left me quite frustrated was when I requested a taxi to the airport from the receptionist. I arrived at the entrance just two minutes late, and to my dismay, the taxi that was meant for me had been given to someone else.On top of these service issues, there was a significant problem with the bathroom. After taking a shower, the entire bedroom floor would get flooded, which was both inconvenient and hazardous.Despite the hotel's promising appearance and location, the service and overall experience fell far short of what I expected from a 5-star establishment. It's truly a pity, as with better management and attention to detail, the Kimpton Vividora could offer a truly exceptional stay.

Rose Sheahan: My experience at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona was one to be remembered. Location is in the heart of Barcelona making it walking distance to everything. The rooms are clean , functional and extremely comfortable. The team are friendly and very helpful. Laura at the head desk offered us an upgrade on arrival with a Cava ready to go. Jordi the hotel manager met us with a warm greeting which set the mood for our stay. The Concierge Manager FEDERICO was outstanding, from before we arrived to the very end of our stay. Fede helped me with organising airport transfers, tours, dinners and much more. What a great asset Fede is to the hotel, he made all our requests happen with ease. Five star hotel and service all round. Secret critic: They were so nice that when the cleaning staff accidentally took one of a guests stuffed animal with the laundry, they gave him a new stuffed bear and fresh warm baked cookies and milk! This stay couldn’t have been better! The location was a bit touristy, but everything was walkable or we could just hop in a taxi easily. Their breakfast/buffet is delicious as well as their lunch and dinner. The pool itself is a bit small and shallow but is relaxing for adults, and fun for kids too. I recommend for family’s and for people looking for somewhere to stay from 1-7 nights. Thank you so much Kimpton for our amazing stay!

Kate Papageorge: The hotel was beautifully decorated and I loved the overall vibe, from the music playing in the lobby to the signature fragrance of the space, to the vibrant happy hour. The location was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The front door staff and concierge were all extremely helpful and spoke English beautifully. They were also patient with me as I practiced my Spanish with them. I enjoyed working at the communal table across from the concierge and I loved taking in the view from the rooftop pool and bar. I also loved the decor of the guest rooms, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the Carner toiletry products were fabulous. I can't wait to stay again.

We were a big party and we had to ask for extra plates and glasses when it was a pre-reserved event. Also a couple of the dishes preordered were mixed up and the quality of food below standards for the main dishes.The avocado toast with smoked salmon doesn't really have avocado, it has a weird guac cream on it and cream cheese chunks every so often.The pancakes were also dry and the syrup overly sweet. It was supposed to have fruits with it but it only came with a single blueberry and another single berry. Most of my party ended up not eating it.The good plus: bottomless mimosas

Jacqueline Hesse: By far this should not be a 5-star hotel and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I overall had a fine stay and the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and tried to be accommodating, but there were way too many issues that just shouldn't have been present for an upscale hotel:1. The Wifi did not work whatsoever. It was terrible and frustrating2. I booked some nights with Hyatt and some directly with the hotel, and they failed to link the 2 bookings. Because of this, we were locked out of our room one night (although the front desk addressed this promptly)3. The most infuriating part of our stay was that laundry service was done for some items and we were charged for it (83 Euro for 7 or so items!) even though we did NOT request it to be done. In fact, we purposely did not want our laundry done because of how expensive it was. There seemed to be a misunderstanding but the front desk couldn't comprehend what the issue was, so they gave us a discount but we still had to pay 40 Euro for a service we didn't request. This is completely unacceptable4. We were charged 1 Euro donation on our folio TWICE because we had 2 bookings that were not successfully linked, when we should have been charged once for one stay. If I was told about this before, I would have opted out of this donation entirely. They don't tell you about it until you check out and hope you don't noticeAlthough the staff was so incredibly friendly, I just expected more for a 5-star hotel and am disappointed that we were nickeled and dimed for everything

Eugene Wang: I’ve stayed well over a thousand nights in hotels, and rarely have I experienced a service level that is attentive, gracious AND CONSISTENT. I would give the Grand Central service level six stars, if I could. I had very positive interactions with the cleaning staff, wait staff (both sky bar and breakfast), doormen and front desk. Kudos to the management team of this hotel!The team should cross train the management at the Principal Madrid - the service level there doesn’t come close.

We also found the location to be very convenient for exploring the city. We would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are back in Barcelona!

Amber Mitchell: Not a 5 star hotel, rather an elaborate ruse. We can’t speak to the quality of the rooms but we were disappointed by the state of the rooftop bar - dirty tables and awning, and the toilet handle is hanging off! We visited after being tempted by an offer on the website for a tapas with every glass of cava, only to arrive and find that the kitchen was closed! Even if it had been open the offer turned out to be essentially a joke, we were told would have had to spend the entirety of our deposit (€16 each) on the first round of drinks we ordered, so either pay double the cost of a glass of cava for no tapas or pay €16 each for a cocktail we didn’t particularly want! Whilst concierge staff were welcoming, rooftop staff were less so, and to top it off the view wasn’t even that impressive as half of it is obscured by huge potted plants or walling, overall a thoroughly disappointing experience, I’d suggest you save yourself the money and visit one of the truly charming bars in the area instead!
Cindy R: This hotel does not perform as a 5 star hotel despite the premium pricing. Example:1. I asked the room to be made up at 1 pm daily. It only happened 3/5 times.2. For the days they didn’t make up our rooms till 3:30 pm, we had to step out for 15-20 min for housekeeping to do their jobs.3. We ordered an airport taxi for 8:30 am, they ordered one for 8:00 am, so the meter was on for 30 min before we even got into the taxi. The staff is not on the ball!4. There is only a curtain divide for the bathrooms so you can hear everything.Pros central location and good rooftop pool but the above really made it a poor experience.

La Mia: Une adresse incontournable pour découvrir Barcelone vue de là-haut. Il faut réserver à l’avance, et la réservation nécessite de régler à l’avance une boisson de 16 € par personne.Étant donné la vue, j’estime que le prix est justifié. Le service est vraiment nickel. Nous n’avons pas attendu très longtemps avant d’avoir notre table, néanmoins il y a eu une petite attente de cinq 10 minutes.Nous sommes même rester dîner et avons pu assister au coucher de soleil ainsi qu’à la tombée de la nuit sur ce beau Rooftop.J’y retournerai à coup sûr à chaque passage par Barcelone.

Jacquelyn Horgan: . Fue una caminata rápida a prácticamente todo y me sentí muy seguro. La piscina de la azotea fue la actividad perfecta para recargar energías al mediodía. Servicio muy amable, servicial o check-in temprano y útil para organizar el tránsito temprano a la mañana siguiente, sin barreras idiomáticas, en general excepcional. Si tuviera que presentar alguna queja, supongo que diría que las sillas de la piscina se llenan rápido y nos echaron para hacer una reserva, pero ¿qué puedes hacer? Y parece haber sonidos de agua corriente bastante continuos provenientes de encima de nuestra habitación que continuaron toda la noche. Era más una rareza que un irritante, pero estaba ahí.¡De todos modos! ¡Quédate ahí y disfrútalo inmensamente! ¡Salud!

Cat Petrescu: Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí. Nos alojamos por 5 noches en agosto de 2023 y lo pasamos genial. Las habitaciones estaban extremadamente limpias y el personal venía dos veces al día para ordenar. Nos dieron 2 botellas de agua todos los días, lo cual fue genial ya que Barcelona no tiene muchas fuentes para rellenar. La ubicación era INCREÍBLE, caminamos hasta todo lo que necesitábamos para ver incluso la playa. El mejor restaurante en el que hemos comido estaba justo detrás del hotel. Cada vez que entramos al hotel, todos nos regalaban una sonrisa y un saludo. La piscina de la azotea era muy relajante por la mañana y la sauna también era divertida. Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado una semana más. Es muy fácil conseguir taxis justo enfrente. Las camas eran extremadamente cómodas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. Después de estar expuesto al calor todo el día, fue muy agradable volver a una habitación fría y dormir como un bebé. Realmente sentí que conocí a algunas de las personas más agradables del mundo en Barcelona. El personal también fue excelente con recomendaciones como mantenerse seguro en el festival y tener cuidado con los carteristas. También me encantaron los baños grandes, grandes espejos y armarios. Definitivamente tuvimos algunos problemas aquí, como que nuestra caja fuerte dejó de funcionar y nuestro dinero en efectivo y pasaportes quedaron atrapados allí y tuvieron que abrir la caja fuerte para sacar nuestras cosas. Luego la habitación olía a metal así que tuvimos que cambiar de habitación. Pero el personal fue MUY AGRADABLE y muy servicial y nos dio una nueva habitación maravillosa para compensar; incluso lavaron nuestra ropa gratis porque pensábamos que olía a metal. Recibimos comodidades muy agradables aquí: vale la pena cada centavo y definitivamente regresaremos.

Vijay Munde: 5. Triple room booked by meid equivalent to jail cell with small 3 ft window opening and tat too straight looking into other building with no privacy. Anyone can just jump from other building to this room!!6. Completely claustrophobic environment and Outdated interiors.7. Over n above super unhelpful staff who doesn't want to understand legitimate concerns of guest and only interested n pushing suites for higher rates8. Such properties bring bad name to brand like Marriot and Le meridian as guest are fooled by glorified pictures and marriot brand name later repend on the bookingNot atall recommended

Sa Kaz: 家族がマリオットの上級会員なので、マリオット系のホテルを頻繁に利用しているのですが、ここ数年で泊まった中で、1番悪いホテルでした。マリオットのクオリティーを満たせてないと判断して当日キャンセルしました。良かった所は、当日キャンセルさせてくれた所と立地。悪い所は客室の設備の手入れが行き届いてない事、そしてマネージャーの対応です。最初は、壊れて窓が閉まらない部屋に案内されました。低層階なので、防犯的な不安や騒音があるので部屋を変えるようリクエストしました。しかし、満室の一点張りで、交渉が大変でした。何とか対応してくれましたが、最初の部屋より若干劣るビューが良くない部屋でした。また、風呂が汚い事を指摘すると、水質のせいだと難癖つけて、やり過ごそうとするマネージャーの対応にも呆れました。因みに、部屋に置いてるお茶も汚く見えたので、写真取りました。立地とブランドに助けられてるホテルだと判断し、泊まらなくて正解でした。

Towel heaters, hair straighteners, top notch steam irons... every detail well thought out. The views from the terrace... incredible! The hotel was stunning. The decor, cleanliness, service, location... cannot say enough good things. Thank you Le Meridien!

Yagic Lin: Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The room I got doesn't have much view but was spacious. Hotel at large is fine for the price. The biggest pitfall is the cleanliness of the room. There was a headpin on the floor and some litter as well between the room door and the bathroom. And the robe hung in the bathroom got obvious marks on the collar and waist... Also you can feel the subway beneath you on the 2F everytime it passes by.

If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.The Location of the Hotel is Situated in an amazing Part of Barcelona, so close to many great Shops and Stalls and the wonderful Markets which run from Monday-Saturday which sell all different Products. Great Service by the Staff and Receptionist to me in great many ways and also great conversations with them. The Buffet Breakfasts were amazing which I found fantastic. Great feeling to me while I was staying in the hotel with customers and always gave great help to me in many ways

Christian Balmer: We have stayed at the beautiful Hotel Duquesa de Cardona in Barcelona several times. We decided to have our two-day wedding reception at this hotel in June 23. The beautiful roof terraces, the good food, the top service and the beautiful rooms convinced us. The whole celebration was accompanied by Moises the Food & Beverage Manager. He coordinated the food, the musicians and much more. Moises did an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you very much! All 45 guests enjoyed the stay and the celebration very much. We look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future and remember the wonderful celebration with pleasure!
Allison Taylor: We had a great stay here and will choose it again on our next trip to Barcelona. Enrico at the front desk was such a joy - it is so nice to be greeted with friendliness and effervescence when entering your accommodation after a long travel day or even a long sight-seeing day. He gave excellent advice as well on places to go and things to do. Such a gem of a person! We had a room facing the marina and it was perfectly clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the location. We did visit the rooftop briefly a couple of times just for drinks and it had a nice view. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walking and you have access to the Gothic quarter, El Born, Barceloneta or find a taxi/metro station.

Internet National: Super Hotel mit aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Egal bei Ankunft, bei einem Drink oder Abendessen auf der Rooftop-Terrasse oder Room-Service. Alles klappt wunderbar und man fühlt sich schnell zuhause.

AsianInHarlem: Este hotel goza de una ubicación perfecta frente al Barrio Gótico de Barcelona. El servicio es excelente, tratan a sus clientes con respeto. Su personal es muy proactivo al tratar de ayudar a los clientes. El desayuno bufet es bueno. Recomendaría el Hotel Duquesa de Cardona en lugar del SoHo House, unas puertas más abajo, únicamente por el servicio.

Pero a 20 € cada uno nos pareció más barato comer fuera de casa.Yo, en general, recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel. ciertamente superó mis expectativas. No dudaría en volver.
